Horrible Service
I am reposting my review edited because the entire text or most of it is not allowed to be removed per their consumer FAQ section. “I am editing my review to remove two sentences that I quoted from an email he sent because he started threatening me with legal action, saying he wants to sue me for copyright infringement. I merely stated the fact of what he wrote to me. That said, I am not a copyright attorney. I don’t need that additional hassle, I just want a working system.
There still should be no stars available to describe the service of this company! I am at my wits end with them! It's absolutely ridiculous ! We bought.. bought not leased our system from them! They installed it and life went on- I was actually happy they installed it in 2018 and I wrote a review then! Since then, an inverter has been replaced, optimizers have gone out and have been replaced; however, when they say they're coming to replace it, they just show up! or call and say were in the neighborhood and can stop by... no appointment! Who runs a business without making appointments for service that 'we' have to pay them for to do the work! On January 19th Sepehr Nozari tells us they'll be to us in 2-3 weeks! What was I suppose to do? I calmly said ok... 45 days later plus...on March 5th a guy calls us out the blue saying he can come by in 20 minutes! We're headed to a doctors appointment... appointment.. see how that word works.. and could not turn around to meet him at our home...He offered to come by on Saturday and if we weren't home to leave the box outside for him to do the work- Great! We leave the box outside. Saturday comes...and goes! On Monday March 11th, while I'm taking out the trash, I see the box is still sitting outside where he asked us to leave it. I email Sepehr Nozari with photos of the box and our system at a 0 and he says his tech said he came out and waited for 2 hours and no one showed up. This makes no sense, if you are so busy that you are 2-3 weeks out, how is it that your tech can sit and do nothing for 2 hours? That is simply just not true. His tech never showed up and if he did and couldn't find the box he could've called because he called us when he was 20 minutes away. He is the one who suggested leaving the box outside, the whole point of leaving the box is to take care of it- get it done. Not to mention Sepehr told us he wasn't sure why he made that appointment for Saturday because he was not authorized to go back. As of today Sepehr said we would have to wait another 2-3 weeks and they can come if someone cancels therefore last minute appointments is all they can do. We still aren't producing any power.

I am not sure why he said Sat and he said he will call you to apologize since he was not working on Sat and he was not authorized to go back. We are booked months out and we can come by within the next 2-3 weeks but we can only come when someone else cancels so last minute situation pretty much. Please leave the units somewhere safe outside so we can get it when we come by in case you are not home thx". First of all, we all know he didn't come by our house and stood around and waited for 2 hours, when he called us... and said he could be there in 20 minutes! What! His phone didn't work? LIE! Now we have to wait another 2-3 weeks for repairs on a system that is not producing any power! Who runs a business like this! No compensation, no urgency, no customer service, responds days sometimes weeks later! and They'll just come to service us at the last minute! Horrible!

About a year ago, we had solar panels installed on our house. Unfortunately, there was a power outage that caused the micro inverters to blow. Our home owners insurance didn't fully cover the cost, and the company that installed the solar said they couldn't cover the damage. It's really unfair that we have to pay out of our own pocket for something that was completely out of our control. We would appreciate it if the solar company could cover the remaining bill that is due.

My Solar Panels got installed by G C Electric Solar and they're still under warranty. Like, half of them stopped working in early August and I've been trying to get G C Electric to come and fix them ever since. When I call, nobody picks up or calls me back. And if they do call back, it's like after calling them a bunch of times and waiting for weeks. I finally decided to write to the Solar Panel Manufacturer (***) and they actually responded a few times. But G C Electric has only come to my house twice since August and the panels still ain't fixed. It's already mid-October and they keep rescheduling my appointments for later and later. I have a warranty, but it's like useless 'cause they won't come and fix the problems. I just wanna warn future customers so they don't have to go through this crap.

I hired G C Electric Solar to give me a solar system for my crib. I signed a contract with them, paid them the money they wanted, and they put solar panels on my crib on March 24th. The contract said I'd have a fully working solar system in April. But, their work ain't passed the city of Poway's inspection yet. Every time I hit up G C Electric Solar, they give me all sorts of excuses for why my system failed inspections three times. They blame Covid-19, their employees being sick, and too many people wanting their services for my system not passing inspection. I've talked to the city a bunch of times, and they told me my solar system ain't passed inspection 'cause G C Electric Solar ain't finished the required work. I told G C Electric Solar about this, and they say sorry, promise to finish the work, and then tell me "I'm good to go." But, they still ain't finished the work needed to pass inspection. Can someone please help me out?

I signed the contract with G C Electric Solar on 6/24. I made the payments as agreed upon, including an initial payment on 6/25 and a final payment on 9/2. The contractor agreed to deduct a referral fee, as discussed in our text exchanges. I have attached screenshots of these texts.
However, on 11/9, I received an invoice from G C Electric Solar requesting payment. I responded with all the details of the payments I had made and the deductions we had agreed upon. The contractor acknowledged the mistake on their end and assured me that they would close out the book. I have attached the relevant documents.
To my surprise, on 6/8/22, I received another invoice from the contractor stating that payment was due. I asked for clarification, and the contractor responded that they couldn't find the initial check. They agreed to work with the bank to stop the check if it hadn't been cashed. I also requested the contractor to send me the invoice for the misplaced check.
However, instead of addressing these issues, the contractor then asked for additional payment, even though we had previously agreed that it was not due and that the deductions were valid. I have attached all the email exchanges up until 6/29.
On 6/30, the contractor refused to agree to any of the deductions we had previously agreed upon and demanded more money. I have attached the relevant documents to support my claims.

G C Electric Solar put in 22 Enphase IQ7X inverters Built into Panasonic Panasonic *** AC Modules in January. In January, I found out that 18 panels weren't working. I reached out to GC Electric and Enphase, and they told me that on October 19th, there was a power surge that fried them. They both said that their warranty didn't cover this issue and they refused to inspect or assist me. I've been emailing them, asking them to answer my questions about why their equipment failed, but they've been ignoring me or redirecting me to their legal department. Enphase hasn't even bothered to respond to my latest emails. They've been giving me excuses for the past 3 weeks, saying that the problem was a power surge from the power company SDGE. Finally, I got a report from SDGE stating that my house had no outages, power surges, or voltage problems. I need help making Enphase and GC Electric Solar take responsibility and replace the faulty equipment they installed at my house. Thank you for your assistance with this issue.
