So, we were approached by a sales guy from Nexus Energy Systems who offered us a 15-year contract at a certain price for solar panels. But when we got the bill, we found out that the contract was actually for 25 years and the price was a bit higher than what we were told. These guys are not to be trusted, they only care about making money and don't give a damn about your benefits. Watch out!

I got sunnova solar from nexus energy system a few years ago, they said they'd make about 8000 kWh per year which they said I needed. However, the system only makes 5,800, they say it's because panels aren't maintained but they don't maintain them. It's frustrating because the man who came to our door said they'd be maintained for 20 years. Also, they only covered 50% of what I needed so I have to pay solar panels plus a true-up bill at the end of the year or [protected]. Instead of saving money by going solar I more than doubled what I was paying before. I tried calling for a resolution for all the lies that were told so I'd get solar, but I keep getting the turnaround. Be careful with the salespersons in this company, they truly conned me.

so I got this Nexus Energy Systems thing and it ain't reporting like it's supposed to. I've hit 'em up a bunch of times to try and get it fixed, but I ain't getting no response. What gives?

Nexus Energy Systems messed up big time. They couldn't even put in the new solar cells right and they messed up my old system too. Plus, they disconnected a circuit that's really important for my house.

I hired Nexus Energy Systems to install solar panels on my property. The contract said that if they didn't finish the work on time, they would have to pay me $50 for each day they were late. But they didn't follow through on that promise, even after I sent them emails and called them. They were supposed to start the installation on November 25, but they didn't start until December 9. Finally, on January 9, they told me that the system had passed inspection and they had asked the utility company to connect it.

I bought a solar system from Nexus Energy Systems and Sunternal for a lot of money. But the system didn't pass inspection and it doesn't work. I tried calling Nexus Energy Systems many times, but I always got sent to voice mail. They haven't tried to fix the problem or contact me. I sent them an email and they said they would contact me soon, but they haven't. My system doesn't work and won't pass inspection. The company hasn't tried to fix it.

Nexus Energy Systems messed up from the start by installing the solar system, but it failed inspections before it could be hooked up. Then, on Sept 4th, one panel failed. I emailed their customer care email address on Sept 5th, but they said it would take a few weeks to fix anything. A month later, 10 panels (over 1/3 of the total panels) failed by Oct 6th and still no one fixed anything. My wife called customer service multiple times, but they just made empty promises. They said they would update the inverter software and send someone out if that didn't work, but it's now Oct 24 and nothing has been fixed. They won't even answer my emails. My wife talked to someone who claimed to be the owner, but it was just more empty promises. Nexus Solar got paid a lot of money for a lemon system that they won't fix. I don't know if it's the Canadian Solar panels or the Enphase inverters, but their warranty is worthless.
