So far, so good
I don't have anything to say as bad review with this site. I don't have any problem since 2017. Been using this for 2yrs for buy and sell. They response asap. No issues that made me angry. I recommend this for everyone who really likes to buy or sell items/cards in any games/gaming platform. They also giving some chance for any users to win some credits to use for purchasing at store on their twitter page. So what are you waiting for? Come and join and try, you won't regret it!
I Flip over GameFlip!
I've been an user since December of 2015 and I consistently use this service for awesome deals on games! I love the first see, first buy it's all yours concept. It makes you stay sharp for the hunt. One you make a purchase you don't close the transaction until you do I full inspection of the product. This concept make the buyers and sellers establish integrity. Someone tries to get buy selling a faulty product, don't close the transaction until a resolution. Simple and clean. I can't say enough about GameFlip, I can't wait for the evolution of this company.

The Playstation Finesse :))
(playstation specific) I've had nothing but great experiences with this website. Great deals, profiles that you can research based on ratings, very legit. I had one transaction that was bad and customer service handled the problem right away. If you are like me and have physical copies of games that you get tired of inserting and ejecting, lol sell those and buy a gift cards from here to rebuy the digital versions. I've even managed to purchase ultimate editions of said games for the same price.
Sorry this was long but someone else may find my methods useful :)) )))
Best? Absolutely yes. No doubt!
Almost 2 years using Gameflip, selling or buying. Perfect marketplace for any kind games. Gift cards, in game items, games. Fast selling, fast buying too. Never get any trading problem from Gameflip bot from buying in game items (especially for me CSGO skins) already spent $168++ on 12 items, and i got the items without any problem, less than 5 minutes transaction. What else are you looking for? 10/10. No doubt best marketplace out there. Customer service is fast too, i was a bit nagging in asking, but they answered all my questions so well. Ah and one more i almost forget. They've hubs too so you can learn and train. Like they said in they home page 'Improve your gaming skills and shop while you chill'. So enjoy the website, you'll never regret. Dont forget they have promo code so you can save more:)
Happy shopping:)

Gameflip Review: Risky Business for In-Game Item Buyers
Gameflip is a website that sells in-game items, and it's not too bad, but it's not great either. The problem is that a lot of the items are stolen or duplicated, which means that buying from this website is more risky than you might think. What happens if you spend $500 on in-game items, only to wake up and find out that they were all obtained through fraud and theft? Gameflip won't do anything about it, because technically you did receive the items. And what about the sellers who are responsible for selling these stolen items? Gameflip actually puts them on their A-list sellers club, which is pretty messed up if you ask me.
So, in the end, Gameflip isn't really a safe or fair website to use. The real truth is that it's up to you to decide whether saving a few dollars is worth the risk of losing all of your items, or even just a portion of them. Gameflip doesn't care as long as they get their cut, which is just another day in the world of entrepreneurship. It's your choice, but I personally wouldn't take the risk of saving a few dollars and potentially losing hundreds.
GameFlip Review: Sketchy Site with Excessive Personal Info Requests and Poor Customer Service
site, it's sketchy as heck. The whole process was a nightmare and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The website wants too much personal information and it's not worth the risk. I understand that they need to verify your identity, but the amount of information they ask for is ridiculous. It's like they want to steal your identity or something.
The worst part is that they charged me before I even got the steam code. I had to go through the whole verification process just to get a refund. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. They just want your money and your personal information.
I also noticed that they have a lot of positive reviews on their website. I wouldn't be surprised if they were using bots or something to fake those reviews. It's just too fishy. And the fact that they have official workers from the website replying to reviews is just weird. It's like they're trying too hard to make themselves look good.
Overall, I would not recommend GameFlip to anyone. It's just too sketchy and the whole process was a nightmare. If you're looking for a reliable website to buy games from, look elsewhere. Don't risk your personal information and your money on this website.
GameFlip Review: Frustrating Experience with Under Review Messages and App Issues
I've been using GameFlip for quite some time now, but I have to say that the site has been going downhill lately. It seems like every time I try to add funds, I get hit with the same old "under review" message. I've confirmed my identity multiple times, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. In fact, I've had to cancel transactions three times in the past two weeks alone. It's frustrating to say the least.
To make matters worse, the app won't stay signed in and I can't even add money to my account. As a seller, I feel like I'm getting screwed over by this company. They're making it so difficult to do business that I'm losing out on a lot of potential sales. I've been dealing with the same sellers, using the same card and account for over two years, but now I'm seriously considering leaving this website for good.
My advice to anyone new to GameFlip is to avoid it altogether. There are plenty of other sites out there that are much easier to use and don't come with all the headaches that GameFlip does. You can still get scammed on this site, and dealing with the company itself is a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and honestly, I think it should be shut down.
Sketchy Website Demands Excessive Personal Info for Small Purchases - Not Recommended for In-Game Buying
This website ain't good for people who just wanna buy games. I wouldn't even bother making an account. They ask for way too much personal info just to buy something for 5 bucks. It's ridiculous! When you add money for the first time, you gotta wait a whole day. Then, when you wanna buy something for 5 bucks, they ask for your license, a bill with your name and address on it, and other forms of ID. All this for just 5 bucks! It seems really sketchy that such a small online company wants so much of your personal info for such a small amount. Unfortunately, I won't be using this site to buy my kids' in-game items anymore. They say it's for security, but my bank doesn't even ask for all this every time I spend 5 bucks. I think this site is more for sellers to sell to other sellers. I don't recommend using it for a quick in-game buy. I'd rather take my chances with eBay than jump through all these hoops when we don't even know who these people are that are taking all our info. It's literally the closest thing to identity theft possible. Use your judgement wisely before you give this company enough info to steal your life savings. I rate it a 1 for in-game buying.
GameFlip Review: Scammed Out of $300 for Non-Usable Gift Certificate
So, we decided to give GameFlip a try and see if we could save some money on a Best Buy gift certificate. We found a seller who was offering a $350 gift certificate for only $300, which seemed like a great deal. We were excited to save some money and went ahead with the purchase.
However, when we tried to use the gift certificate at Best Buy, we were told that it didn't work. We were disappointed, but we contacted the seller to see if we could get a refund or exchange. The seller asked us to send a picture of the computer screen at Best Buy to prove that the gift certificate didn't work, which we did.
The next day, the seller responded with some very unprofessional language and refused to refund our money. We were frustrated, but we still wanted to save money, so we returned the merchandise and tried to purchase it again the way the seller asked us to do.
Unfortunately, the second time we tried to use the gift certificate, the computer said that there were no funds on it. We were shocked and disappointed, and we contacted GameFlip to see if they could help us.
After a careful investigation, GameFlip decided to side with the seller and refused to refund our money. We were outraged and felt like we had been scammed. We are planning to file a complaint against both the seller and GameFlip for fraud because we believe that they took $300 from us for a non-usable gift certificate.
Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience with GameFlip. We had hoped to save some money, but instead, we ended up losing money and feeling frustrated and angry. We would not recommend using this service to anyone, and we hope that others will be warned about the risks involved in using GameFlip.
GameFlip's Verification Process is a Hassle: A First-Time Buyer's Experience
Yo, so I just gotta say, I was a first time buyer on GameFlip and let me tell you, it was a whole process. Like, they want you to give them your whole life story just to buy a $37 iTunes gift card. I mean, I get it, they wanna make sure you're legit and all, but dang, it's a lot.
So, first off, they want you to send them pics of your ID, front and back, and a selfie of you holding the ID and a piece of paper that says it's for GameFlip. Like, okay, I get it, but that's a lot of personal info to be sending to some random website. Then, they want pics of your credit card, front and back, and another selfie just in case. And if that wasn't enough, they want your cell phone statement too, showing your name, address, and phone number. Like, what the heck, man?
And then, even after you send all that, they might still reject it. Like, they'll be like, "Hey, that piece of paper needs to have the date and say it's for GameFlip," or "Hey, we can't see your name on the credit card even though we can clearly see the last 4 digits are the same." It's like, come on, man, I already gave you all this info, now you're gonna reject it for some dumb reason?
But, I mean, if you're cool with all that and you trust that GameFlip has better security than Apple, Venmo, PayPal, or Google (cuz they never ask for that much info, right?), then go ahead and make your purchase. Me, personally, I'm not so sure. I don't really wanna give out all that info just for a gift card. And now I'm just hoping that deleting my info under CCPA is gonna be easy. Fingers crossed, ya know?
Buyer Beware: GameFlip's Excessive Personal Information Requirements for Purchases
First time buyer here, and let me tell you, all you other potential first time buyers out there, you need to be warned about the hoops you have to jump through just to make a purchase on GameFlip. I was trying to buy a $37 iTunes gift card, and let me tell you, it was not an easy process.
First of all, they require you to provide a whole bunch of personal information, including the front and back of your ID, a selfie of you holding the ID and a piece of paper saying it's for GameFlip, the front and back of your credit card, another selfie just in case, and your cell phone statement showing your name, address, and telephone number. And even after you provide all that, you still have to deal with the rejections. They'll tell you that the piece of paper needs to include the date and the words "it's for GameFlip," or that they can't see your name on the credit card even though that information is already typed in when you make the purchase and they can see the last 4 digits of the card are the same.
Honestly, it feels like you're just submitting all these documents for someone to commit identity fraud on you. But if you're confident that GameFlip, based in Silicon Valley, has better security than Apple, Venmo, Paypal, or Google (because none of those companies ever requested that much information from users when they use their products like Apple Wallet or Google Pay), then I guess you can proceed to make your first purchase.
As for me, I'm probably going to pass. I really don't want to share that much personal information just for a $37 purchase. Now I just hope that the complete deletion of my information under CCPA is easy (fingers crossed).
GameFlip Review: Scammers Keeping Your Money Indefinitely, Avoid at All Costs!
GameFlip is a website that I would not recommend to anyone. It seems like a bunch of scammers run the site and they are just out to keep your money. If you visit the forums, you will see dozens of topics where people complain about having their seller accounts suspended for "repeated credit card misuse." But I think this is just an excuse for them to ban people who have over $100 in sales in their accounts, since you can't request a payout while suspended.
It's really frustrating to imagine if you sell $200 worth of products on their site, and they suddenly close your account. You just lost that $200. They will keep it suspended indefinitely to get out of any legal issues, and the admins publicly post that they are not "authorized" to lift the suspension.
I also noticed that one person is selling hacked Pokemon. I reported him several times over the past six months, and nobody did anything about it. So I posted in the forums, and moderator DunnBiscuit replied that they would look into the situation. Several months passed, and they did nothing. I replied to him, and he said it takes them a while to review requests. Then the seller posts in another topic that he can view support tickets, which implies that he is very much involved with the site. I told DunnBiscuit that I'm not going to bother with reporting him again since he can apparently view reports. He replied that the seller isn't involved with the site, but now I'm banned from the forums UNTIL 2044 for spreading "false information."
I have screen shots of all of this. I took pictures of every person who had hundreds in their accounts and can't access it, as well as the responses that they can't do anything for them. They claim it's because the gift cards are fraudulent and have changed their gift card policy to require proof, but there's a person who has literally sold 20,000 gift cards on the site who isn't banned and doesn't show physical proof.
These guys are obviously scam artists who keep people's funds indefinitely while playing favorites with their high grossing sellers (if they are even valid sales). Do not trust them.
GameFlip Review: Beware of Terrible Customer Support and Scam Tactics
I gotta say, my first two experiences with GameFlip were pretty good. I bought some digital goods through them, and it was a simple process. I just used PayPal to pay the exact amount for the item, and the sellers were happy with the transactions. I'm a verified PayPal user with no negative history, so everything went smoothly. But then, a few weeks later, I decided to buy a gift card from the marketplace. That's when things got weird.
GameFlip started forcing me to add funds to my account in increments of $100 max. They disabled my PayPal one-time checkout process without any warning or email. When I tried to contact support, they didn't address the issue at all. I had to do the increments three times, which was annoying, and it even flagged my bank transactions for fraud. I was still $100 short for the item I wanted, and when I tried to do the last increment, GameFlip froze the transaction for review. By the time it was unfrozen, the item I wanted was already sold. I was pretty upset by this point and just wanted a refund and to be done with the platform.
The thing is, GameFlip seems to be trying to force users to add funds in increments to avoid PayPal or banking protection mechanisms. They don't have a simple checkout process like eBay, and their customer support is terrible. They won't address any issues you bring up, and they're not transparent about anything. They bury everything across the site and don't give you exact amounts or limits. They won't even tell you why PayPal isn't showing up during checkout.
When I tried to cancel my transactions and get a refund, they just offered to permanently ban my account. They still have my $300, and I'm pretty frustrated with the whole situation. Refunds are a normal part of any business process, but GameFlip seems to be avoiding them at all costs. They don't care about their customers or want them as long-term patrons. It's a shame, really.
My advice? Be cautious when dealing with GameFlip. Their customer support is atrocious, and they seem to be trying to scam users out of their money.
GameFlip Review: My Experience with the Guarantee System and Getting Scammed on Roblox
I recently had a bad experience with GameFlip, a website where you can buy and sell in-game items. I purchased an item on Roblox for $100, but unfortunately, I got scammed. The seller claimed to have delivered the item, but they didn't actually do so. They even provided fake proof to GameFlip, which was accepted by the website. This was my first time using the GameFlip Guarantee System, which I had heard was reliable. However, this experience proved otherwise.
When buying pets on Roblox through GameFlip, the process is quite complicated. I received an email from GameFlip asking for evidence to initiate an investigation and refund process. They requested a video recording of my Roblox transactions page and a search for the pet's name in my inventory. The video recording had to be sent as a YouTube link. If I didn't provide the requested information within two days, my claim could be denied.
I complied with their request and sent a video of me in the game I purchased the item from, searching for the pet I bought in my inventory. However, GameFlip didn't accept my evidence. It seemed like they didn't understand what people were buying and selling on their marketplace. They need to hire someone who actually plays the games on Roblox or understands them to redo their entire system.
After almost three weeks, GameFlip finally replied and cleared my claim. I have a trusted profile with many positive reviews, over $10,000 worth of purchases, and I'm GameFlip verified. However, this was the first time I got scammed after two years of using GameFlip. Now that I know it's possible to get scammed, I recommend only buying from very trusted sellers, especially for large purchases.
I also want to warn others that there are ways around the GameFlip Guarantee System. It's important to be careful when buying and selling on GameFlip. If any GameFlip executives are reading this, my profile code is Z5DKZU, and the order number is 904a66d4-6b61-4788-a03a-32bde426f8ac. I tried making a ticket, but I'm being ignored.
Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with GameFlip. I thought it was a safe marketplace, but it turns out that it's not always reliable. I'm not angry about the money I lost, but I'm upset that I got scammed.

Subject: Request for Assistance in Lifting Account Ban
Dear Gameflip Customer Support,
I am writing to sincerely request your help in lifting the ban on my account. On April 18, 2020, I registered a backup account to take advantage of the newcomer discount code and purchase a product at a reduced price. I bought a PUBG code, but unfortunately, the seller sent me an invalid code. As a result, I opened an order dispute and reported the issue to Gameflip customer support.
To gather more information about the code, I contacted PUBG customer support, who responded to me via email. I have attached a screenshot of their email reply, which states that the code was used on June 27, 2019. This clearly indicates that the code sent to me by the seller on April 18, 2020, was indeed invalid. Additionally, I have provided a video recording of my phone and computer screen, showing the process of checking the email information. I assure you that I did not manipulate the image using Photoshop.
I would like to clarify that I registered the backup account solely to take advantage of the newcomer discount code. I used my own WeChat payment to recharge and make the purchase, without any intention of deceiving or scamming anyone. Therefore, I fail to understand why Gameflip has labeled me as a scammer and banned my main account.
I have been an active user on Gameflip for almost 2 years, selling thousands of products with total sales amounting to tens of thousands of dollars. My main account has a monthly sales record of over $2000 and has received numerous positive buyer feedback, with almost 100% positive reviews. It is inconceivable that I would jeopardize my reputation for a mere $25.
I hope that Gameflip customer support can empathize with my situation. I spend hours in front of the computer screen, eagerly awaiting responses to customer inquiries. I would never resort to creating a backup account for the purpose of scamming someone over $25. Currently, there are over $700 in funds in my main account wallet.
I want to reiterate that my intention in registering the backup account was solely to take advantage of newcomer discount codes and enjoy preferential purchases. I have never had any intention of defrauding others. In fact, I am the victim in this situation, having been deceived by the seller. If you provide me with an email address, I can forward the email reply from PUBG customer support, or I can even provide my email account password for you to log in and verify the information.
I swear to God that I have not deceived anyone, and I am willing to provide any necessary credentials to prove that I have not used a backup account for fraudulent purposes. I would also like to explain the billing address associated with my backup account. At the time, I simply filled in a random address since I only used the newcomer discount code once. As I used WeChat payment to recharge my Gameflip wallet, address verification was not required.
Please believe me when I say that I have not scammed anyone. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and lifting the ban on my account.
Thank you for your attention and understanding.
Sincerely,
[Your Name]
I bought two $500 Amazon Gift Cards totaling $1000. They were redeemed and successfully added to my account, and I completed the transaction on Day 3. However, on the 4th day, the cards were not on my Amazon account anymore, as they had disappeared without a trace. I tried redeeming them again but received an error indicating that someone else had used them. I contacted Amazon Gift Card Escalations who informed me I have to contact the retailer. I opened a Gameflip case, and after an underwhelming investigation, was told the case was decided in the seller's favor. I am now out of $1000, cannot do a chargeback because that will result in my GameFlip account being closed, which I use frequently. I have been a loyal customer for many months, purchasing several thousand dollars' worth of items, but it seems buyers are not protected. I have attached screenshots of the encounter. Order ID 6cXXXXXX-XXXd-46fa-a699-6dbXXXXXe3fb.
On 15JUL21 I created an account on a certain online platform. When I tried placing my first order, I encountered a processing fee that was not disclosed upfront. I decided to proceed regardless. During the registration process, I was prompted to create a user profile, so I named it 'Processing Fee' since it seemed that pseudonyms were commonly used by others on the site. After setting up my profile, I entered my payment details to purchase a 20 dollar PlayStation Store gift card code. For the payment, I utilized a recognized form of identification and secure payment method. The transaction is currently pending in my credit union account. Later, I noticed that my profile indicated that additional verification was needed, requesting either a photo of me with my driver's license or a recent phone bill. I chose to submit my latest phone bill. While awaiting verification, I decided to update my profile's bio section to include the phrase 'BBB review'.
They refuse to help me one time I contacted them to get my money back for the orders a canceled and they never received a email back and I've contacted they lately and for my order that's been under review for 2 days now
Company has wrongfully suspended me from using their services over an issue that was handled 10 months ago and refuse to give me a reason as to why. Their customer service is virtually non existent and they refuse to go over this issue with me. 10 months ago i provided them the information requested from my bank and we moved on. Now 10 months later they have shut down my account for this same issue that was already handled and closed. Someone needs to give me an explanation as to why?
GameFlip Review: Too Much Personal Info Required for Purchases
So, I tried out GameFlip and I gotta say, it's a bit of a hassle. They make you jump through a lot of hoops just to make a purchase. First off, they require a photo of your driver's license along with a selfie of yourself holding it. Then, they want a recent phone bill to verify your address. And if you use a credit card, they want a selfie of you holding the card too. It's like they're asking for all your personal information on a silver platter for identity thieves to snatch up.
Now, I did manage to make one purchase for a $75 gift card, but after that, every sale required all this personal information again. It's like they don't trust you or something. And honestly, it feels like a scam. There are other ways to verify payment types without requiring all this personal information. I mean, who wants to go through all that trouble just to buy a game or gift card?
So, my advice to you is to NOT give GameFlip or anyone else this kind of personal information just to make a purchase. It's not worth the risk of identity theft. Stick to more reputable sites that don't require all this nonsense.
GameFlip Review: Unreliable and Untrustworthy Online Gaming Platform
GameFlip is a website that I have recently joined and I must say that I am not impressed with their service. It took them a whopping 3 days to verify my account after I joined. And that's not all, they also take over 24 hours to verify a purchase. This is unacceptable in today's fast-paced world where people want things done quickly and efficiently.
To make matters worse, I had to upload selfies with my passport and bank card just to get verified. This means that they now have all my personal details and it's been 4 days and I still haven't been able to make a purchase. This is very concerning and makes me feel like they are not a trustworthy company.
I am not comfortable with them having all my details and still not allowing me to make purchases. It feels shady and corrupt. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I give them a 1-star rating. They can't even operate on their most basic fundamentals of how an online company should operate.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a reliable and efficient online gaming platform, I suggest you stay well away from GameFlip. They have a long way to go before they can be considered a trustworthy company.
Is GameFlip Legit?

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:

GameFlip Review: Buyer Beware - My Experience with Dishonest Sellers and Lack of Buyer Protection
GameFlip is a website that I've used for a while now, and it's been pretty good overall. However, I've had some issues with sellers lying about delivering items. The site is supposed to be a middleman that guarantees transactions for buyers, but sometimes they side with the seller even when there's no proof of delivery. It's frustrating because I've lost over $1400 from sellers who never delivered, and the site still sided with them even though I had proof in my trade book.
My advice to anyone using GameFlip is to only buy from sellers with hundreds of positive feedback. That way, you can be more confident that they'll actually deliver what they promise. If you can't find a seller with a lot of positive feedback, then it might be better to avoid using the site altogether. It's just too risky to trust sellers who might not be honest.
Overall, I think GameFlip has potential to be a good site for buying and selling items, but they need to do a better job of protecting buyers. It's not fair that sellers can get away with lying and cheating buyers out of their money. Hopefully, the site will make some changes to improve their policies and make it a safer place for everyone.
GameFlip's Identity Verification Process is a Hassle and Unreasonable
So, I decided to give GameFlip a try and boy was I in for a surprise! I wanted to purchase a gift card, but little did I know that I would have to go through a whole process of identity verification before I could get my hands on the redemption code. At first, I thought it would be a simple verification process where I would just have to confirm my email address and phone number. But, oh boy, was I wrong!
To my dismay, I found out that I would have to send them a photo of my ID, a photo of me holding my photo ID, and a copy of my phone bill. I mean, seriously? This is more than what adult content sites require from their creators! It's just plain unreasonable. And to top it off, these requirements are not even communicated to you until after you've paid for the product. I mean, come on, GameFlip, this is unacceptable!
I understand the need for identity verification to prevent fraud and ensure the safety of their users, but this is just too much. It's a hassle and it takes away from the convenience of using their platform. I hope they can find a better way to verify identities without inconveniencing their users so much.
Overall, I would say that GameFlip has some work to do in terms of their identity verification process. It's just too much and it takes away from the user experience. If they can find a way to streamline the process and make it less of a hassle, then I would definitely consider using their platform again.
Sketchy Verification Process and Excessive Personal Information Requests on GameFlip
So, I was looking for a new place to buy some games and I stumbled upon GameFlip. At first glance, it looked like a pretty decent site, but then I ran into some issues. I was trying to buy something for $5, which seemed like a good deal, but then I had to go through phone verification and put in my card information. That's when things started to get a little weird.
After I put in my card information, it charged my card, but then it asked for a picture of my driver's license, phone bill, and credit card front and back. Now, I don't know about you, but that seems like a lot of personal information to give out just to buy something. I mean, I understand that some sites need to verify your identity, but this seemed a little excessive.
I tried to cancel the transaction and get my money back, but I haven't heard anything back from GameFlip yet. I'm really worried that they're going to steal my information and use it for something else. I've never had to give out this much information for a simple transaction before, and it's making me really nervous.
I don't know why GameFlip is rated so highly, because my experience with them has been extremely sketchy. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them until they can prove that they're not going to steal your information. It's just not worth the risk.
GameFlip Review: Buyer Beware of Hidden Fees and Unreliable Sellers
So, I was trying to get some Robux for my daughter's account and I found GameFlip. I saw a listing for 5000 Robux and I thought it was a good deal, so I bought it. But when I received the Robux, I only got 3500. I was confused and upset because nowhere did it say that the seller would only purchase a 5000 Robux item for me. I also didn't know that there would be a fee of 30% charged on me. If I had known this, I would have chosen a different seller who was more upfront about the fees and delivered more for my money.
I tried to file a claim with GameFlip and provided proof of the 3500 Robux delivery, but after waiting for a week, I was told that the seller was right. I was really disappointed and frustrated because it felt like I had been scammed. Even though the amount of money stolen was small (about $6), it was the principle of the matter. I felt like I wasn't protected in any way if a seller decided to steal from me because GameFlip would side with them even if I had proof.
Overall, I would not recommend using GameFlip because of my experience. It's not worth the risk of getting scammed and not being able to get your money back.
GameFlip Review: Untrustworthy Website, Account Suspended for No Reason
This website is not trustworthy! I have been both a seller and a buyer on GameFlip, but mostly I sell gift cards. However, my account was suddenly "suspended" for no apparent reason. I have tried to contact their email support, but I haven't received any response yet. If they don't get back to me within two weeks, I will report their website to the website scam association. They need to be shut down! I will also report them to law enforcement.
I had $160 in my GameFlip account from selling Amazon gift cards. I have a 100% positive rating, and my buyers always trust me. I never give out bad codes. Despite this, I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone because if you have a large amount of money in your GameFlip account, they will most likely suspend you. I think that's why they suspended me. Now they are probably searching for a reason to justify their actions. This is a scam company!
I am extremely disappointed with GameFlip. I trusted them with my money, and they have let me down. I hope that others will learn from my experience and avoid this website at all costs. Don't be fooled by their promises of easy money and quick transactions. They are not worth the risk. Stay away from GameFlip!
Bad Experience with GameFlip: Lost $120 Worth of Items and Slow Support
So, I had a pretty bad experience with GameFlip. I sold an item, but the customer claimed I didn't and was super rude about it. I tried to show them evidence that I was a trustworthy seller, but they didn't listen. Long story short, I lost over $120 worth of items and the customer got their money back. It took over 3 weeks to resolve, and support was super slow. They just sent me copy-paste responses and didn't seem to care about what I was saying.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using GameFlip. It's just not worth the risk. I've switched to using g2g and it's been a much better experience. The support is instant and there's no sales cap, which is great. I'm really happy with my decision to switch.
Disappointing Experience with GameFlip's Walmart Gift Card Purchase
I've been using GameFlip for a while now, mostly for buying Steam keys and a gift card, and it's been pretty smooth sailing. But recently, I decided to try my luck with a Walmart gift card. I loaded it onto my account with no issues, but when I tried to use it to buy a TV online, my order was immediately cancelled due to "return violations". I was pretty confused and frustrated, so I reached out to Walmart for help, but they weren't much help at all. Then I turned to GameFlip, hoping they could shed some light on the situation. Unfortunately, their response wasn't very helpful either.
I had emailed GameFlip the day after I found out the card didn't work, and they replied saying they had already sent payment and would be investigating. But since then, I haven't heard anything back from them. It's disappointing that they don't seem to have any kind of guarantee or protection for buyers like me. I don't want to risk having my Steam account deactivated because of a fraudulent purchase, so I don't think I'll be using GameFlip again anytime soon. And I definitely wouldn't recommend buying gift cards from them either.
GameFlip Review: Great Deals, But Are the Security Measures Too Much?
So, I decided to check out GameFlip to see if I could score some sweet deals on Amazon gift cards. And let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a welcome code upon signing up. It was a nice little bonus that made me feel appreciated as a new customer.
After browsing through the selection, I found a $25 gift card for a steal of a price. And with the welcome code, it was an even better deal. So, I went ahead and added it to my cart.
Now, here's where things got a little weird. GameFlip asked for my cell phone number to send a verification code. No big deal, I've had to do that before. Then, they asked for my credit card security code, which again, I've had to do before. But then, they asked for a picture of my driver's license? And my phone bill? And my credit card, front and back?
I've been shopping online for years and have never had to provide all of this information to make a purchase. It definitely raised some red flags for me. I mean, I understand the need for security measures, but this seemed a bit excessive.
In the end, I decided not to provide all of the requested information and requested a refund. I don't want to put my personal information at risk. It's a shame because I was really excited about the deals on GameFlip, but I guess they don't need me as a customer.
Overall, I would say that GameFlip has some great deals, but their security measures may be a bit too much for some people. If you're comfortable providing all of the requested information, then go for it. But if you're like me and prefer to keep your personal information private, then you may want to look elsewhere.

bad rating removal
I am reporting a seller that gave me a bad rating for no reason, please check my shop and see that I am a legit seller and am very giving, nice and fair. I bought 1k brightcore off this seller (emiliano05103)
Order number-fc9dba83-b769-428c-b049-88c25...
You can check the messages on my account which is supply drop shop and see that I was nice and friendly and after I rated the seller good this seller rated me bad for no reason after I spent over 10$ with this seller. All my poor/neutral ratings we from before the cross platform capability when I could not deliver to xbox users and I had to cancel the orders (back then cancelling gave automatic bad ratings) which should also be removed from my account!. I want these bad ratings removed or I will be forced to shut down my shop which brings gameflip alot of money. I have over 1200 ratings and climbing and I planned on continuing with gameflip but there are no ways to dispute bad ratings that are received or the option to change your rating after you have rated at least. I am a united states navy veteran and not a child that sells and does not have proper etiquette. I am asking for the removal of my poor/neutral ratings so that I may continue to sell on this website and not transfer to another one. Thank you for your time and consideration and please let me know what gameflip can do for my shop in this situation as soon as possible.
Very respectfully,
Brittany van wyck.
