Extremely disappointed
I should have listened to the bad reviews and ignored the better ones. I ordered four FULL SIZED posable skeletons. I read through the reviews. People seem pretty happy with them. They said they were full human size skeletons. However, I got four tiny, 16 in, fetus sized skeletons. I didn't bother opening the package. I paid $71.45 for this garbage. I called customer service. I was told that the company does not provide shipping labels. They said I can return it for a "full refund" minus shipping. I tried to explain to them that a full refund means everything that I paid for including shipping. Initially I did not pay for shipping. Shipping was free but now I'm being charged 10% of what I paid for shipping. We went back and forth. The guy kept telling me that I could return it for a full refund but I would have to pay for shipping. We went in circles with this. I also tried to explain to him that full-sized does not mean 16 in. So they didn't send me what I believed I was ordering. He then said on the website way at the bottom, in smaller letters, it says that the skeleton is 16.5 in. However, everywhere else on the website, including reviews, it states the skeletons are full human size. I informed him that the website was deceitful. I informed him that the website should actually say full fetus size skeletons. I also informed him that there's nowhere on the website that says you have to pay for the shipping when you make a return. He finally ended up giving me a refund minus the amount for shipping. He said I don't have to ship the item back. When I argued that I was still missing $10, that the amount he's refunding me is less than what I paid for, he said that what he took off wasn't the shipping. It was the non-existent shipping protection and taxes. Strange how when I was ready to return it I just needed to pay shipping. Strange how now that he's doing me a "favor" he has to take off the "shipping protection" and taxes. He had the audacity to offer me $71.45 worth of store credit if I returned the items. I told him I was never ordering from the store again so I didn't want credit. Then he had the audacity to offer me 25% store credit to keep the items. When I declined he offered me 50% store credit. In the end I ended up taking the $61.16. is company does not know the meaning of the word f u l l. Full sized means smaller than you think you're going to get. Not normal size. Full refund means partial refund. I tried to explain this to the representative and he just kept saying the word full. It was extremely frustrating. I will never order from this company again.
Recommendation: Do not buy from this company. If you do, make sure you search every single page and understand what you are getting into. Also be aware that even if you do there are research you still may end up with a product that doesn't match what you thought you were purchasing.
Item didn't work/ trying to charge something else to my card
I got the item and did as it said in the instructions. Charged it all day about 22-24 hours. Tried to turn it on and nothing. I sent the video as they said to show it doesn't work. Also nothing and then all of a sudden notifications on my card that they are trying to charge something else. I had to get rid of my card because of this. So that money is gone and so is my satisfaction. Thanks for selling me a broken product. This company is a scam as other people here have said.(tried to load video on here but it wouldn't work Upload Error)
Recommendation: Don't use your money on their products. If it is broken or something like that to get a refund is going to be a huge waste of time and money
This place is a total scam
This place is a total scam. It took them like a whole month to finally send me my stuff, and when I tried to send it back, they gave me a fake address and sent it right back to me. Don't fall for their $5 off deal for your first order, cuz then you're stuck paying $14.99 every month for who knows what. The ComplaintsBoard.com gives them a D+ rating, but honestly, they deserve an F-. Stay far away from these guys if you don't want to deal with constant headaches!

I gotta say, Gear Elevation ain't worth the time or money. I waited a whole 5 weeks for my $99 body pillow and when it finally arrived, it was a mess. The packaging was all jacked up and the pillow itself had gaps in it. I couldn't even smooth out the filling, it was that bad. I tried to get a refund but they wanted me to pay $60 for shipping it back. They did offer me a 50% discount, but that still meant I'd be out $10 more than if I just kept the stupid thing. I ended up chucking it in the trash and basically gave these guys $50 for nothing. And don't even get me started on how they hide their refund policy and filter out bad reviews. Stay away from these clowns!

Gear Elevation is a total scam
Gear Elevation is a total scam. Don't buy anything from them. I got my GE50069 order after 30 days. What really made me mad was they charged my card for a lot of money for a VIP membership without asking me. They just did it and sent me an email saying I was in the VIP club. Don't buy anything from these guys and don't give them your payment info because they'll keep charging you without asking and won't give your money back later.

I called them a bunch of times, and they said it would come in a few days, but that was like 9 days ago. I just talked to them again on 8/27, and they said it should update in a few days. I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Gear Elevation. First off, I ordered the IonPure thingy back in November and didn't hear a peep from them until I reached out at the end of December. They said it was taking longer than expected, but that it should be at my local post office soon. They even gave me a link to track it. But get this - the link showed that the dang thing was still in China! Like, what the heck? They could've just told me it hadn't even left the factory yet and saved us both some trouble. And to top it off, their website makes it seem like they're a US company, but I found out they've moved to Arizona from Michigan. Not cool, man.

My head hurt so bad and my eyes got all red and puffy. Then they tried to say I signed up for a membership and took $18.99 out of my bank account every month for 3 months before I noticed. They only gave me back half ($9.50). What is this, a game show? When I called to complain, I found out their customer service isn't even in ***. So what part of this company is actually in ***? I want all my money back for the monthly charges. I'll just take the loss on the product cuz I waited too long to send it back. This is not good business. This company Gear Elevation is not good. They say they are in Arizona now but they used to be in Michigan. I ordered something from them in November and didn't hear anything for a long time. I had to email them to ask what was going on and they said it was taking longer than expected. But then I found out that the thing I ordered was still in China! They didn't tell me that before. I was really mad and told them to cancel the order but they said they couldn't. The box finally came and it was all messed up. It was made of scrap cardboard and couldn't even stand up. Don't buy from this company.
