To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to file an official complaint against GEO Holiday concerning our timeshare. We were promised numerous benefits and savings when we signed up for this timeshare, but in reality, we have been left with nothing but wasted money and endless frustration.
Firstly, GEO Holiday lied to us about our credits rolling over. We were promised that our unused credits would carry over from year to year, but this has not been the case. Instead, we have been hit with outrageous maintenance fees that we were not informed about upfront, leaving us in unexpected financial hardship.
Furthermore, we have been unable to use our timeshare as promised. The one time we attempted to book a vacation to Las Vegas, we were unable to stay on the timeshare property and had to pay even more money to stay at some other place that GEO Holiday claimed was a "partner." To make matters worse, when we reached out for assistance with booking, no one was available to take our call and we have still not received a call from our assigned quality assurance representative, despite numerous attempts to contact them.
During our initial presentation, we were pressured relentlessly by sales representatives who refused to take no for an answer. We were assured that this was a once in a lifetime opportunity, but the truth is that it has been nothing but a nightmare. We were promised savings and a luxurious vacation experience, neither of which we have been able to enjoy.
As someone facing outstanding medical bills from several throat surgeries, this situation has caused a significant financial burden. I see no way out of this timeshare without going into major debt, which is unacceptable.
It is time for GEO Holiday to take responsibility for their deceitful tactics and the fact that their timeshare has caused nothing but frustration and financial hardship. I demand immediate action to be taken, including a resolution for the outstanding medical bills I am currently facing as a direct result of their actions.
I look forward to hearing a prompt resolution from GEO Holiday.
