I am writing to file a complaint against GEO Holiday in regards to the fraudulent tactics and misleading information used to sell us a timeshare membership. My family and I were on vacation in Sedona when we were approached by representatives from your company offering us a jeep ride and dinner in exchange for a presentation. We were well aware of this tactic and knew not to sign up for a timeshare. However, we were incessantly pressured and manipulated by your sales representative, Tamara B, to join what she claimed was a vacation rental program, not a timeshare. We were promised flexibility and benefits that were impossible to attain. Despite our persistent efforts to use our membership, we have never been able to take advantage of any of the promised benefits, and the money we invested in this timeshare is now lost to us forever. We feel duped, misled, and stolen from by your company. It is appalling that your representatives would blatantly lie to potential customers and lure them into a contract that does not deliver on its promises. The fact that we made it clear from the outset that we did not want a timeshare, and were still convinced to join, shows a disregard for ethics and transparency in the sales process. We demand that GEO Holiday takes immediate action to rectify this situation. Either provide us with the flexibility and benefits you promised, or terminate our membership and refund the money we paid. We will not stand idly by and allow your company to continue to deceive and swindle innocent customers out of their hard-earned money. We expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter. If GEO Holiday fails to address our concerns, we will have no other option but to pursue legal action and file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory agencies.
Desired outcome: Either provide us with the flexibility and benefits you promised, or terminate our membership and refund the money we paid
