GetDivorcePapers review: Refund

I started filing out papers on the company website and decided to not to go through and that's when they are supposed to give you the full refund. For a month of so I sent about 10 emails and they first promised 200 dollars refund and later stopped responding just ignored my messages when I tried to call the person said there was no customer support phone number

So, I was left without my refund. They just ignore you, hoping that you are lazy enough to go sue them for $200. some communication below. I feel degraded. They make money for nothing for people going through a grievous thing already in their lives. I agreed tall all their terms even that they can take $45. And just give me back $200--no response. Is it okin the US just to take someone's money and ignore them?
