I want to warn everyone about my experience with Gets.com. I've ordered from them twice, spending a total of $3,000 dollars, and both times they've scammed me. The first thing they do is tell you that you need to increase the quantity of your order because the factory doesn't have enough to produce for smaller orders. But the truth is, they don't have any beads at all - they're just trying to scam you.
If you refuse to increase your order, they'll refund you the money for the beads, but they won't refund the packaging and postage costs. And when you finally receive your order, the goods are faulty. The pearls flake, the strands of beads have marks on them, and the colors are horrible. Some of the beads don't even have a hole through the middle! When you complain, they ask you to send a photo, then they refer it to another department, and then they ask you to send another photo. Finally, they ask you to send the items back to them, but they insist that it must be the cheapest possible method, which takes ages from the UK. And even then, they don't intend to refund you - they're just trying to string you along so that you eventually give up. They hope that you won't bother to give them poor feedback.
I also had to wait a very long time for my goods to arrive because they don't actually have any items in stock. This means that if you order something for Christmas or Valentine's Day, it will come at least a month late.

The second time I ordered, I made sure to order boxes that were 27mm in height, as stated on their website. I also specifically mentioned the importance of the size and asked for confirmation of my notice.
They confirmed that they had taken notice of my request, but when I received the boxes, they were 32mm in height, which was completely unacceptable. I sent them very clear photos with several boxes next to a ruler to show them the size difference. At first, they admitted their mistake, but then they denied it and tried to make it my problem.
Things only got worse when I threatened them with a credit card refund and negative feedback all over the internet. They make you pay right away for any outstanding balances before starting production, yet when they had to cancel items due to them not being available and I wasn't willing to increase the quantity amount, they gave me a credit instead of a refund. I don't believe this is fair considering I pay promptly, which they expect, so they should also refund just as promptly. It makes me feel that once they get your money, they are not giving it back - you'll just have to purchase more stuff to eat up any credit. Also, the credit amount was incorrect. You have to really look at everything carefully or you'll allow them to make a mistake in their favor. Currently, I am working with them to get it fixed so that I am charged only for what I purchased. They owe me a credit for canceling items, yet their invoice shows a balance due instead?
Lastly, their production time is lengthy. I was hoping to get the products in time to sell for Christmas, but it is going to take about a month (estimated only) before they ship, and by then it is too late. I will write another review once I receive the products.

If you're dealing with gets.com, be aware that you probably won't get what you ordered, you might be shorted on the quantity you ordered, and if there's an issue with your order, they won't work with you to resolve it. It's really frustrating and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I have done business with gets.Com/beads.Com recently and in the past and it's always the same thing...Whatever you have chosen on their website is never in stock so they send email after email offering substitutes! i just want what i ordered, not the lame ugly substitutes. They never refund your money if you don't accept the substitutes either, they say it'll be applied to your next order which it never is!
it takes an eternity for them to ship your order, they offer products they cannot provide and constantly send emails with substitutes. Worst company to deal with! they're good at ignoring you request for a full refund too!

Purchased two items from www.gets.com and received only one. I contacted Gets customer support and they said that they were very sorry this happened and promised to ship the missing item. Several weeks later I finally received it, but when I opened the package I saw that it was incorrect. I sent them another message and attached pictures, but they did not reply. I even tried to call but could not reach them.
