My eyeglasses have not shipped as promised
I placed an order for two pairs of glasses. Order #[protected]/16/2023. I tried to call and only received pre recorded messages that did not answer my questions. I emailed customer service only to receive a response saying the email account is not monitored and even tried other email accounts listed same message. Live chat is a robot cannot get a response of any kind. I followed their instructions each time to check the status the date or progress has not changed in days.
Desired outcome: I want my glasses shipped I need them very badly I even paid for expedited shipping
Scam;Never Received Order
I ordered a pair of Oakley eye glasses on August 15th. For payment I used my debit card. In order for the debit card to be authorized the correct zip code had to be entered. After the order had shipped it showed the address I used the other time I ordered to ship the glasses to. They said they sent another pair however I still haven't recieved any. I have spoke to 5 people who say "they will be there, is there anything else I can help yiu with?" NEVER ORDER THROUGH THIS COMANY. I needed new glasses as had broke mine. I am thankful for the place in town who rushed my glasses after telling them of this NIGHTMARE of a place.
Desired outcome: My glasses overnighted.

I received my order from glasses usa last week of August. I was very disappointed when I received my Ray Ba RB6421 made in China instead of Italy where I was expecting it to come from. It is no wonder that the price I paid for your Ray Ban glasses is almost half the price I paid for a Safilo glass made in Italy. I am very sure that this so called Ray Ban eyeglasses will not last as all my other frames were either made in Italy or France. I ordered this Ray Ban glasses because wanted to wear it with pride and tell whoever praises it that it is made in Italy. Now I have to tell my friends that the reason Glasses USA is able to offer cheap prices is because their frames are mostly made in a cheap country such as China. Shame on you for misleading good customers like myself on cheap products"
Desired outcome: I would like a genuine Ray Ban frame made in Italy if this is even possible at all. I don't wan a refund because I need my current glasses.

Conditions: Six business days production (even though website stipulates three days for somple lenses), then info on tracking delivery
As of August 30, 2023, 11 business days later, no info.
Phone contact and chat are entirely automated and would not even respond to the pre-formulated questions. Seems impossible to reach a real person that may be able to help. Tried several times.
Final approach, sent email August 30, 2023.
To compound the frustration, since placing my order I have received 10 emails soliciting further purchases.
Desired outcome: I would like to know when my glasses can be expected so as I can make a decision to cancel my order or not.
Glasses
I wasn't going to complain about the first issue, which is that the glasses took 4 weeks longer then had originally been stated. Fine things happen. Now just over a month after receiving the glasses the lens is popping out. OK there is a year warranty right? What that means is they offer a store credit for another pair of glasses. They are not standing behind the product that is only a month old. Don't buy any product from this company.
Desired outcome: Replace the damaged glasses at no cost
Eye Glasses
We ordered 2 pairs of glasses with a prism on the prescription in July of 2023.
One pair was done correctly with the prism applied.
The second pair was done without any prism.
We returned the incorrect pair and asked them to redo the prescription.
Again when they came back the prescription was done without the prism.
Later when we tried to get a refund they said it was against policy to return a pair of glasses that was already returned once even though it was not our fault at all.
We attempted to chat with a representative twice and we received and e-mail after we begged for an exception to this ridiculous policy because it was not our fault. The lab messed up the prescription twice!
Now we have no glasses and no refund! Thanks a lot GlassesUSA.
Steer clear of this company.
Desired outcome: My family has used Glasses USA for years and we would like a refund for this pair of glasses. If not we will have to discontinue doing business and we will have to tell all our friends and relatives the same as well.
Glasses USA - Possible SCAM
Beware of this company. I ordered glasses and never received them. The tracking number provided never went anywhere, I called and they said they were sending out another shipment. Again, nothing happened. I called to get a refund and I have been waiting for over a month. I believe this might be a scam. I have asked to speak with a manager and they tell me each time I call, no manager is available.
Desired outcome: Either receive the glasses or get a refund so I can order the glasses from a more reputable company.
Didn't even fullfil my order
I purchased $200 Ray-Bans and they didn't ship them to me. I tried contacting their customer support and they just keep ignoring me. I'm honestly still not sure if the site is a scam or if it's due to pure laziness. They sent an email saying there was a concern about my prescription. I sent a copy of the prescription from my optometrist. It's been a few weeks and I still have not heard from them. Stay away from this company. I will post an update if I receive anything from them

Their customer service, specifically the returns department is unacceptable! They made my replacement glasses totally wrong and then delayed in responding to my request to make them like the warrantied originals. Nothing but the run around with this company. Unresponsive and they just don't care!
purchase original July 2022, replaced under warranty July 2023 and can't even use the replacement. Spent the past week trying to get them to remake properly!

Poorly designed glasses and no customer service help
Everyone in this company seems to sound like a broken record and keep telling me that the 14-day return period has passed and that they cannot accept returns on "normal wear and tear" even though I have explained over and over to several representatives and it's not "wear and tear" but rather poor design, these glasses arrived asymmetrical with the nose rest bars being of different lengths, and the right lens hangs about a quarter of an inch lower than the left lens. They have no customer service reps on the phone rather they want you to chat with someone on their website which is very time consuming as a customer. Do yourself a favor and just go shop at a higher-end, more reputable online shop, such as LensCrafters or Warby Parker. In the end, I told them to just keep my money (a whopping $269 for these useless glasses) but they can rest assured they will never have my business again, nor of anybody I know.
Desired outcome: Refund. But I know I am dreaming.
Glass
Several thousand dollars after my early June order l, I have no money (they took it) and no glass, well beyond my June mid June estimated delivery date. Their fraud is the zero contact phone number that has no one to take your call and their bogus chat service that merely parrots the 10 or so items it is programmed to deal with. I never got anywhere so I emailed them and canceled the order, only to get a message that my order was on the way. Today I am told it’s over a week away and I am back where I started. If anyone has shared similar bad experience please advise as I am looking for a class action pool.

I placed an order for reading glasses on May 31st, 2023 with GlassesUSA. I then received an email that the glasses order was said to be delivered on delivered on June 9th, 2023. The United States Postal Service electronic mail update system emailed me my mail due for June 9, 2023 and the information does not show the package being delivered on the date that GlassesUSA claims.
I have attempted calling customer service and no personnel is a aula le tonsoeak to.
I attempted via live chat nuts it's a bot that does not offer lost package help.
I attempted via website and also have not received proper help to this lost package.
Desired outcome: I am requesting reimbursement on funds or replacement of my glasses.

Requested a Return Label One Week Ago
I have contacted the site regarding setting up a return twice and now I've been waiting for a return shipping label for 7 days. The only way to reach someone is through chat because you can never be transferred to an actual agent by phone. They only give you 14 days to return glasses. I have been a long time customer and never had an issue before with the company receiving glasses but this is my first return. I probably won't purchase from them again.

On May 16th and May 18th I ordered 2 pairs of glasses after I sent my prescription to them. I first received the cheaper pair (85.00) and I could not see out of them. I contacted them via chat and within 2-3 days I received the Shipping label. I following day I received the second pair (215.00) and as I assumed I couldn't see out of them as well.after 7 chats I am still waiting for a return label before the 14 day try at home runs out. This company has been horrible and can not get any questions answered except wait 2-3 business days. So my next step is to dispute any charge and contact the BBB because of their practices. Extremely disappointed

Placed order for RX glasses on 4/23/2023 and have not received order as of today-5/12/2023.
Order # [protected] placed on 4/24/23 for ; used my vision insurance and paid $251.20 with Mastercard. To this day, 5/12/2023, when I check the order status, it still says "in production". I have sent emails, chatted online, called the customer service phone no. numerous times to no avail. I cannot get a live person to talk to.
I must add that I have ordered glasses from this site a couple of times in the past without any issue.
Desired outcome: want my glasses and if there is a production issue, want my credit card credited and insurance notified that I have not used my annual vision benefit.
Insurance Claim
The initial purchase with added insurance and shipping went very smooth and I was happy with the quality of the glasses. Fast forward a year with a mishap that resulted in broken glasses, I contacted them though chat and phone and was told both times someone would contact me. There has been zero return contact and I am without glasses. I am very disappointed with what I thought was a good company. Be careful as the customer service is poor to nonexistent.
Desired outcome: I would like a response and my claim adjudicated promptly.
My confidence in Glasses USA was reestablished as they have finally contacted me and are in the process of fulfilling the insurance claim. Other than lag the time on communication I have been satisfied with their work.

I paid extra for fast shippinf and the deadline expires tomorrow and the product is not even on the carrier.
I'm staying at a friend's house and I'm only staying until Monday. I can't get in touch with anyone on the website, the phone center is automated messages and they don't answer emails. It all looks like a BIG SCAM!

This company will not respond to any emails or calls and have completely gone dark since I received my glasses with the wrong prescription. I am assuming they wont respond as they want to wait till I am outside the window of returning so that I cannot return them. Can you let me know where they are or if you have physically received these glasses at the above location? Never buy "brands" from GLASSES USA--they sell crappy versions at the fully branded/quality pricing.
