Hello Globe. I donno what happen sa inyo.
Platinum yung internet namin pero, Sobra nio akong Pinapastress. May 9, 2019 Nagpaschedule ako for Internet transfer sa New location namin. So May 14 icconnect na.
Kaso sabi nang technician nio wrong facilities. Kaya di nila maaus this time. So ako okay. So na move nang may 18. Wala akong kaalam alam n may darating na technician. Ni ha ni ho walang update. So hindi ako nkagawa nang working permit. So na move n naman nang may 20. Eto n naman wrong facilities again. And then tumawag n ako sa call center nila, same thing hindi marunong gumawa nang easy solution ang globe. Ang baba nang kaalaman nila kung paano maiisaaus ang pag kakamali nila. And move again may 21. Dumating ang technician. Same thing again wrong facilities,...! What the [censored] globe. Whats wrong. Then I talked to supervisor. Sabi nia 48hrs daw pa daw maaus ggwin nalang daw niang 24 hrs. Wow parang sila pa dehado. And then sabi ko hindi gusto ko now dapt maaus yan. Hanggang sa hinold nia ung call. Nag intay ako nang 1hr, habang naka hold ung conversation namin. See such a low brain and no respect and staff nang globe. Imagine supervisor kausap ko. 1 hr nakahold ang phone ko kanila. Paano naging supervisor un, walang respeto.
Yung facilities natuloy hanggang may 22, 24 at 27. Till now hindi nila alam kung paano itama. This means walang maaus na training ang mga staff nang globe.
May 9, 2019 I started to make schedule for my internet transfer to other location.
May 14, the time that they need to reinstall my internet, but technician told me, they cannot proceed their service this time because of some error which is wrong facilities assigned.
May 18 - wrong facilities
May 20 - wrong facilities again
May 21 - wrong facilities again, so I decided to call the supervisor, but the supervisor so disrespectful, she hold my called for 1hr, ive waited for 1hr. How could I imagine, she passed as being supervisor, she even didn't know how to settle their mistake, plus she even notify me, I need to wait 1hr, and nothing solution.
May 27 - technician called me again, still wrong facilities assigned.
Wow globe, ur services are so amazine 🤬 a very grate business. Globe donno how to fix their problem in just 1 day. Hindi kayo marunong mahiya sa customer nio, platinum pa man din ako. And plus yung staff nio, turuan nio nang tamang asal, napaka [censored] kase, plus yung escalate team nyo, ano bayan training ba sila lahat, parang walang alam sa pag eencode. Pamali pamali. Akala ko isang mali lang maaus na. May 5 mali hindi parin naaus. Ayoko n sa globe. Wala n kayo sa aus
