Global Housing Services, Corp is contacting individuals in the EMS community, soliciting business. Specifically, The Reservations Team has offered to make hotel reservations at a discounted rate within the EMS block.
EMS does not utilize the services of ANY housing company for ANY of its events. In fact, housing for our upcoming event has not opened yet.
Global Housing Services, Corp is NOT authorized to contact ANY of these individuals, nor is it permissible to represent your company as an authorized vendor. Global Housing Services, Corp and EMS have NO business relationship whatsoever, and to imply otherwise is fraudulent.

Cannot rate this company low enough - over 4 months chasing them for our refund of $3, 900 USD for a booking that was made 6 months in advance which was then cancelled on us after we made final payment. Group turned up to hotel and were told there was no booking as it was cancelled. Over 40 emails with this company and the excuses and delay tactics to avoid paying the refund is just ridiculous. Head of Operations, Vito Conzalez and Office Manager, Lillya Miller just alternate between sending the excuses. Do not trust them to do the right thing - most unprofessional group!

I booked a hotel stay via Global Housing Corp service. My experience with these guys was not the best. First of all I checked their policies and saw that there was an option to make charges or even cancel the reservation 15 days prior to check in date.
20 days before the check in date I contacted Global Housing Corp and asked them to cancel my booking because I wanted to book another hotel for another date. They said that they were not able to do that because it was against their policies. I sent them a link where I found the information and then they said that I needed to contact the hotel and deal with them. Contacted the hotel and they said that it was Global Housing Corp responsibility. In the end hotel manager helped me out, and these Global Housing Corp did absolutely nothing. Useless site!

Global Housing Corp is a company located in New York. Using their service I booked a stay and they charged my credit card for a seven night stay, but the property provided was misrepresented. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that there was no reservation made, and after contacting GHC I was told that I was booked at a cheaper hotel. I decided to go there and when I arrived I realized that the place was a motel and not a hotel. Also GHC made a booking only for four nights. I was shocked and appalled by the actions of this company. At first they seemed nice and quite a reputable company. I'm very disappointed and will report them. Don't deal with this company, they are not trustworthy.

We booked hotel rooms through the company www.globalhousingcorp.com. We told the rep that we wanted to book for two nights and two rooms. But they booked only for one night and assured us that we could do it in the hotel. But we contacted the receptionist in the hotel and he told that all rooms were booked already. When we wanted to cancel the booking, the rep told us that they would take 25% cancelation fee. People, don’t this website simply.

The people, who own the company www.globalhousingcorp.com are the worst and dishonest people in the world. I booked the hotel room through them, but they were interested only my money. I of course paid for the room, but these people took money and vanished. I still didn’t get any confirmation info or some other things from them. I hope that someone would stop them soon and they would compensate all harm. Avoid them!

I recently booked room through the company www.globalhousingcorp.com. I left my email address and phone number. The rep called me and informed that the room was booked, but they couldn’t provide confirmation info, because of the technical problems. When I arrived to this place, they asked to show the confirmation info, but I explained the situation. They refused to provide key and I wasted money. Total rip off, so stay away from these ###.

I won’t recommend the services of the website www.globalhousingcorp.com. We agreed that I would pay deposit in order to book hotel rooms. Firstly they wanted to receive the whole sum, later they told me that the room wasn’t available any more. Later they simply charged my card for $45. Now they ignore all my emails and messages. I wonder if someone had the same situation and can offer good solution. Thanks.
