Scammed by G Plans: My Negative Experience with the Meal Planning Service
I recently tried out G Plans (g-plans.com) and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I initially ordered a $39 plan and was interested in seeing what else they had to offer. The website stated that I could view more options by clicking "show here". However, instead of just showing me, it charged me without my consent. I was quite upset about this and wished that I had used a credit card instead of a debit card. If I had used a credit card, I could have called my credit card company immediately and they would have probably cancelled the charge for me. It's important to note that legally, you have a certain amount of time to cancel any contract.
My mistake was not only being scammed for $288, but also using a debit card. Unfortunately, banks are not very helpful in these situations. To make matters worse, I discovered that G-Plan is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. This made me even more suspicious of their business practices. I couldn't help but wonder if all the people who gave them good reviews were actually stockholders.
I also had trouble communicating with their customer service team. When I finally got through to them, I could hardly understand what the person was saying. It's possible that this company originated from overseas, but I can't say for sure. Regardless, it was frustrating to have difficulty communicating with them.
Overall, I would not recommend G Plans to anyone. They are clearly scammers and do not have their customers' best interests in mind. It's important to be cautious when ordering anything online and to always use a credit card if possible.
Disappointing Experience with G Plans: Confusing App and Terrible Customer Service
This plan didn't really work out for me, it's less intuitive than some of the other apps out there and didn't really deliver much for results. What was really terrible about it was the customer service. I was on the pro plan so they make you call if you want to cancel, and after the first couple weeks I was already wary and definitely by the end of the month when they re-billed me I wanted out. I tried repeatedly to cancel, and either it was not the correct office hours or the phone would ring and ring and ring and ring and no one would answer. I left a voicemail, and then called again the next day and they finally picked up. They were no refunds as well as was promised when I signed up for the plan. I think the person in customer service may have been trying to help me but I had his hands tied by the way this system is set up. Through and through this was a frustrating experience.
I was really excited to try out G Plans, but unfortunately, it didn't work out for me. The app itself was a bit confusing and not as user-friendly as some of the other ones I've tried. I was hoping for better results, but I didn't really see much of a difference. However, the worst part of my experience was definitely the customer service. I was on the pro plan, which meant that I had to call to cancel. I tried calling multiple times, but I could never get through to anyone. It was really frustrating to have to deal with this, especially since I was already unhappy with the app itself.
When I finally did get through to someone, they told me that there were no refunds, even though I had been promised one when I signed up for the plan. I understand that the person I spoke to was probably just following company policy, but it was still really disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend G Plans to anyone. The app itself is not great, and the customer service is even worse. If you're looking for a meal planning app, there are definitely better options out there.
G Plans Review: A Total Scam - Don't Waste Your Money!
I gotta say, I was pretty excited when I first stumbled upon G Plans on Instagram. Their ads made it seem like they had everything I needed to get my health and fitness on track. But boy was I wrong.
The app was glitchy from the start, and when I tried to reach out to customer service for help, I got nothing. Nada. Zilch. It was like they didn't even exist. And when I tried to cancel my subscription, it was like talking to a brick wall. I sent an email, but apparently they never got it. And don't even get me started on their customer service number. It's automated, which is annoying enough, but then it just hangs up on you after making you wait on hold for ages.
I'm not the only one who's had a terrible experience with G Plans. Just look at all the 1-star reviews. It's clear that this company is a total scam. And if you're not careful, they'll keep charging you even after you've tried to cancel. I didn't even realize it until months later when I saw the charges on my bank statement. And when I tried to get help from G Plans, they just ignored me.
Honestly, it's pretty sad that a company would operate like this. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. So if you're thinking about signing up for G Plans, I'd say think again. And if you're already a customer, check your bank statements and be prepared to fight for your money back.
Beware of G Plans: Misleading Marketing Tactics and Hidden Charges
I recently took a survey from G Plans, a website that offers personalized meal plans and nutrition coaching. They had a marketing scheme where I could try their services for a month at a discounted rate of $39. However, when I tried to sign up, they tried to charge me much more than that. I received a fraud alert from my credit card company, but I decided to accept the charges, thinking that it was just a temporary hold and that the actual charge would reflect the $39 rate.
Unfortunately, since then, I have received 3-4 charges from G Plans, none of which were for $39. When I tried to sign up for their $39 plan, I had to go through 3-4 screens of other much larger costs for yearly plans and other options totaling in the hundreds of dollars, not just $40. I had to scroll all the way down on both screens to find tiny letters that let me opt out. I did this on every page, but somehow, I am now being told that I signed up for a yearly plan at a rate even higher than the screens sold it for.
When I reached out to the company the day the first charge went through, I was told that there are no refunds for drastically reduced yearly plans. When I told them that they must have something wrong because I signed up for one thing, they ignored me. It seems like this company uses ridiculous marketing ploys to sell something for much more than advertised. I would not recommend trusting them.
Overall, my experience with G Plans has been frustrating and disappointing. I feel like I was misled by their marketing tactics, and I am now stuck with charges that I did not agree to. I would caution anyone who is considering using their services to be very careful and read all of the fine print before signing up.
Warning: Terrible Experience with G-Plans - Fraudulent Charges and Poor Customer Service
I had a really bad experience with G-Plans. I noticed a charge of $190 on my bank account that I didn't make, so I contacted their customer service. I spoke with Perrine, who was not very helpful. I explained to her that I am terminally ill and have no use for any diet aid as I have had a feeding tube for over a year and weigh less than 115 lbs. I even had proof of this, but they kept telling me that they couldn't return my money. I was really frustrated and told them that I would be reporting this as fraudulent and illegal. I also said that I would be leaving bad reviews and going to the BBB. Perrine became very condescending and sent me hearts via email, which I had to research to even get.
I want to warn others to be careful with this company. They are not legit, and I just found out that my credit card information was stolen along with other personal information on the dark web. Even with proof that I didn't make this purchase, they did nothing to resolve the issue and were rude and condescending. This is unacceptable, especially since I am unable to pay for my needed cancer medication that isn't covered, which they also know about. I hope that others will be cautious and avoid this company.
Shady Business Practices: My Experience with G Plans Meal Plan Subscription
I got myself a one year membership for G Plans at their special pricing. I was pretty excited to try it out, but unfortunately, it didn't work out for me. I guess it was just my own fault for not being able to use it. But here's a heads up for you guys, this is a recurring subscription service! So, if you're not into that kind of thing, then you might want to think twice before signing up.
Anyway, when I found out that my card was charged for the second time, I immediately called their customer service. They told me that they usually notify their customers a week before the renewal date. But the thing is, I never received any communication from them. So, I went to their website to check their terms and conditions. And guess what? It says there that "After 12 months you must reactivate your membership manually to continue." But despite that, they still pushed my request for a refund aside.
I tried to explain to them that their own terms contradict what they're saying, but they just didn't seem to care. It's like they don't have any regard for their customers at all. I mean, sure, the plan or service might work for some people, but their business practices are just plain shady. They offer different subscription options, from 1 month to 1 year, but that's not all. They also bombard you with constant emails asking for more money for more services.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend wasting your money or your time on this. There are other options out there that are more reliable and trustworthy. So, if you're looking for a meal plan service, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Beware of G Plans: A Scam Company Stealing People's Money
This company, G Plans, is a total scam and I can't believe more people haven't spoken out about it. I paid a one-time fee of $39 and then they charged me again the next month without my permission. When I tried to cancel my subscription by calling them, no one answered the phone. And when I finally got in touch with them via email, they told me it was too late to cancel.
I did some research and found out that I'm not the only one who's been scammed by G Plans. There are hundreds of people who have had similar experiences and have reported it on sites like Trustpilot, Yelp, Sitejabber, Facebook, Reddit, and the Better Business Bureau (although it looks like G Plans may have temporarily deleted their page).
I even tried to call them out on their Instagram page, but they just deleted my comments and blocked me. I saw other people's negative comments get deleted too. It's like they're trying to cover up their criminal behavior.
I really hope that more people report G Plans to the authorities. It's not fair that they're getting away with stealing people's money like this. If you've been scammed by G Plans, please report it to the FTC using this link: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov. Don't let them get away with it!
G-Plans Review: Frustrating Experience with Billing and Customer Service
I recently had a frustrating experience with G-Plans. I was excited to start their program and took advantage of their $39 discount offer. However, I was then offered a bundle package with supplements that I declined. To my surprise, I was still charged for the bundle package, resulting in a total charge of $288. I immediately contacted their support team to resolve the issue, but they refused to cancel, void, or refund the purchase.
After going back and forth with their support team, they finally canceled my subscription but still refused to refund me. They cited their fine print that they don't offer refunds for upgraded packages, but I didn't even accept the bundle package in the first place! To make matters worse, I received an email three days later that my supplements were going to be shipped to me, even though I had explicitly told them to cancel the shipment.
It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes and doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction. I also found it concerning that they charge you for the bundle package whether you select it or not. It's not a transparent or fair practice.
I tried calling their support line, but I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Overall, my experience with G-Plans was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend their services. I hope they improve their customer service and billing practices in the future.
G-Plans Review: A Joke and a Scam - Don't Fall for Their Marketing Ploys
I don't usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience with G-Plans. I stumbled upon their website and was intrigued by their claim to be the first all-encompassing online nutrition program that creates customized meal plans based on a user's metabolic body type. Sounded like a great idea, so I took the quiz and found out my metabolic body type. The system seemed convenient, legitimate, and fairly simple to use. However, things changed when I got to the purchase screen. The bright colors, videos, and stopwatch were overwhelming, and I felt pressured to make a decision on which plan to sign up for: month by month or yearly. I fell for their marketing tricks and signed up for the yearly plan, thinking it would save me money and keep me on track to lose weight.
As soon as the large sum of money left my account, I knew I made a mistake. I went back to look at the cancellation policy and found out that I could only cancel if I signed up for their month-to-month program. I tried to use the app and take advantage of their meal plans, but none of the recipes or meal options really fit my lifestyle. I'm not one for a lot of vegetables, so I hoped they would be able to make me a specialized plan that avoided the ones I don't like. When I messaged customer service about the long list of vegetables and ingredients that I didn't have access to, they gave me some bullcrap response and moved along. It was a complete waste of my time and money.
After I posted my review to TrustPilot, someone from G-Plans customer service emailed me within the month explaining why I was wrong. (Hi Steve from Gplans!) I have a hard time believing that my experience and opinion is incorrect, even if I did fall for their marketing tricks.
This morning, TrustPilot emailed me saying they were taking down my review because G-Plans flagged it for being "defamatory". (See image) DUH. My hope was to veer people away from them, so why wouldn't I share my experience and honest opinion? Isn't that what reviews are really for? Especially when I've read a SUBSTANTIAL amount of reviews since that seem to have the same storyline. Are they going to flag everyone's reviews until they "reestablish" a "good" reputation? In MY OPINION, it appears they didn't have a reputation to ruin in the first place. Which in hindsight, is my fault for not looking at reviews before I put my name in their system. So I guess I was wrong there.
When I clicked the link from TrustPilot to "fix my review" only a few hours after they had sent it, it had conveniently expired. In my original review, I wrote that G-Plans was a "JOKE and a SCAM". So let me explain: it's a JOKE because of how laughable and ridiculously SCAMMY the videos and marketing tricks are. Having a degree in marketing, you would have thought I would have known better. But like many others, I have struggled with weight for a long time and I am constantly looking for ways to shed the pounds. They take advantage and feed off of people who are desperately looking for a way to change their lives.
In my last review, I didn't have anything positive to say because I didn't have a positive experience. They use pressuring marketing tactics with time clocks and a "trusting Dr. CEO" who has weird cheesy videos for every option you may choose. Super "personalized". When I could finally "cancel", they gaslighted the crap out of me. First they give you options to click for why your cancelling, then the trusty "Dr. CEO" comes up again with another weird cheesy video giving you discount options to stay? Only after he sits there chuckling and saying something along the lines of, "Well of course it didn't work for you! You were doing it wrong!" LOL.
If you are reading this and truly want help losing weight, don't fall for their advertisements and marketing ploys that hide the fine print. Talk to a legitimate nutritionist who will actually help you find the right foods to eat for your body.
They can try to take down as many reviews as they'd like, but that doesn't change how they take advantage of people who are looking to become the best version of themselves. Steer clear of G-Plans. The only thing they have done for me is cost me money, time, and lots of headaches.

On 12-13-2023 I got charged twice for $198.00 and $229.00 through g plans online. I did not talk to a dr nor receive any medication. Once I knew the price I declined the offer but they still billed me. This is on a medical account and if I don’t show proof of purchase they shut my account down. G-plans is a fraud that puts you into plans that you don't ask for.
They have a very misleading web site that slams you into different options that you don't even know you are agreeing too. They ended up charging me for an entire year and even thought they say they have a 30 day money back guarantee they refuse to refund the money. They lie about the services they are goin to give you and it is impossible to speak to any one in customer support. They put me into a meal plan that I did not ask for and continued charging me and sending meals.
Desired outcome: I want my money back.

Refund never received
I had my appointment with the provider and she said I was not eligible for ozempic and that she’d cancel and refund everything.
Meanwhile I paid 297$ for pre order of ozempic I can’t even be prescribed and never received a refund.
I have called everyday costumer support and leave voicemails, they don’t reply and i emailed support as well at least 4 times.
Desired outcome: Refund for 297$
G plan
This is a completely misleading product. They are charging an enormous amount and then making you think your are getting the medicine which your not. I do not have insurance for this and immediately after realizing that the medicine is not included no one would help me cancel this. I called, got no one, I emailed and got automated responses. This is a scam
Desired outcome: refund of original amount
Unable to cancel my subscription
Hello,
I have subscribed to G-Plans and would like to cancel my subscription, but it is not possible online, even though I am logged into my personal space on the platform.
The only option provided is to call, but I do not live in the United States.
It should be easy to cancel this sort of subscription without having to call from the other side of the world. Please help me with this process.
Desired outcome: Subscription cancelled
Unauthorized charges & Refuse to allow Cancellation
Signed up with wrong payment method, tried calling to change no human answers. Website will not allow either. Decided it was unprofessional so tried to cancel, received a message I can’t cancel I’m on a Pro plan. For the last 3 days I’ve called to cancel, no live human answers the phone. I emailed 5+ times and called 5* times and keep receiving messages “How can I help”. This is the most unprofessionally run business I have encountered. The worst part is they have my bank info. I need help.
Desired outcome: Confirmation of cancelled subscription, membership everything that has to do with g-plan.
G-Plan
After receiving a fraud alert from my bank, I decided to cancel. I researched online and noticed A LOT of complaints - something I should have done before signing up. I cannot cancel from the app and you're directed to call but when you call you get an automated message. Unfortunately, they ran the payment again and were successful because my bank had removed the fraud flag before I could actually cancel.
When you try to cancel on the app, it directs you to call a 609# that has an automated message. The message basically states that "due to high call volume" (probably due to complaints and requests to cancel/refunded) callers are directed to use their ChatBot and a link it automatically texted to the caller. When you chat with the ChatBot about cancelling and request a refund it tells you that they will have a "billing specialist contact you as soon as possible." Someone did reach out to me but they I couldn't open up their message to respond to them - it couldn't be found? (see attached image)
Also, why highlight your phone number and state "Speak to a real human:" if you cannot speak to a real human? (see attached image)
They are literally forcing consumers to complain about them without giving themselves the opportunity to make things right. They are no longer rated by the BBB and have numbers fraud complaints.
I hope they actually review this and honor their cancellation and refund policy.
Desired outcome: For G-Plan to honor their cancellation / refund policy but to also change their business practices so consumers can work directly with them and not feel the need to file complaint here, with BBB, on TrustPilot, etc. to get their attention.
I am experiencing the same situation i have email several times gone through the chat to end up to were i started. I wat to cancel but the fraudulent is having me go in circles,no reply from emails sent. Ican seen to get enyone to cancel and refund my money. Can you tell me how you got your money back they own me near 600 dollars.
G-plan
I cannot get ahold of anyone in customer service to cancel. It sends me a bot link and I put in the wrong email address. Now it will not let me do anything. The same recording is on 24/7,except for weekends. I am going through my bank to dispute the charges and block them. This should not be this big of a hassle to cancel the subscription, which I apparently signed up for when I thought I was just buying product.
Desired outcome: Cancel the plan!
G-Plans
I thought this was a weight loss plan not meals. I have a medical condition and cannot eat these meals. I tried canceling immediately. Many voicemails, emails, called everyday, never wanted the meals. They sent them anyway. When I got the robot chat they said they couldn't find my subscription, lie! They charged me $75. the next day! It's not money back guarantee as was stated and now they want to charge me $59. per the robot chat for canceling! I have a $75. charge on my cc after I left numerous messages to cancel immediately after ordering. Give me a real person to talk to!
This is the most crooked company ever! Do not order from them!
Desired outcome: All money back and cancel!
False Advertising and Cancellation
July 5th, 2023 at 4am. The calculator I was using, tdeecalculator.net, to plan my weight loss recommended this service to help plan my meals. It stated it would only be $39 a month, but when I checked the settings after it set up it's an annual plan for $234 and it won't let me cancel because the "Current payment method is not allowed for cancellation" when they only give you one option to pay by card.
When going through their help bot, it let me view cancellation advice once and then wouldn't let me interact with those fact links again after. There is no advice on how to deal with "Payment method is not allowed for cancellation" only how to cancel if you went through the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Desired outcome: I want a cancellation of this subscription and them to delete the payment information and a refund.
G Plans Review: Total Scam and Waste of Money - Save Yourself the Trouble!
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with G Plans. I was really excited to try out their meal plan and supplement package, but it turned out to be a total scam. I was told that I would only be charged $69 for the plan and an extra $39 for some supplements and a sleep aid. But when I got my email receipt, it was for a whopping $288!
I tried calling their customer service number, but it just rang and rang and then disconnected me. I had to do some digging to find a different number, and finally got through to a guy named Semaj. He told me that there wouldn't be any more charges until 2023, but I'm not so sure I believe him. And to make matters worse, I can't even access the app that comes with the plan without paying an extra $39 per month!
Honestly, I'm pretty disgusted with the whole thing. I'm going to report them to the BBB and I've already called my bank to get a new debit card once that first $39 charge hits my account. And to top it all off, the "bonus" books that were supposed to come with the package aren't even physical books! Semaj told me that they just used images to make the ad look better. What a joke.
Overall, I would definitely not recommend G Plans to anyone. It's a total ripoff and a waste of money. Save yourself the trouble and find a different meal plan that won't scam you out of your hard-earned cash.
Beware of G-Plan's Deceitful Diet Plan Scam: My Personal Experience
I was scrolling through my Instagram feed when I stumbled upon an advertisement for G-Plan. They were promoting a diet plan for only $39, which seemed like a great deal to me. However, when I clicked on the link, I was redirected to another page with a bunch of other offers that I did not want or authorize. I was immediately skeptical of this and decided to exit the page without making any purchases.
It's important to note that the way G-Plan has their website set up is quite misleading. They ask for your credit card information upfront, making it seem like you're only paying $39 for their diet plan. However, what they're actually doing is charging you a whopping $288 without your consent. This is not only illegal, but it's also a complete scam.
As someone who is disabled and currently unemployed, I feel like I've been taken advantage of by G-Plan. I trusted them and their offer, only to be hit with a huge charge that I did not authorize. I'm now doing everything in my power to get my money back and warn others about this deceitful company.
In conclusion, I highly advise staying away from G-Plan and their offers. Don't fall for their misleading tactics and never give your credit card information upfront. It's important to do your research and read reviews before making any purchases online. Don't let yourself become a victim of a scam like I did.
Unsatisfactory Experience with G Plans: Poor Customer Service and Non-Transparent Subscription Policy
I was checking out G Plans website and was interested in their meal plan options. However, I was taken to a payment page before I had a chance to read all the terms and conditions. I noticed that there was a discount offer, but when I hit the back button, I was unable to go back and somehow ended up subscribing to the plan without making a decision if it was right for me.
Unfortunately, I found out that the subscription cannot be reimbursed, which was frustrating. It felt like I was forced to use their product even though I wasn't sure if it was the right fit for me. When I tried to contact their customer service, I was only able to speak with a Mr. Larry Philips. He claimed to have called me multiple times, but in reality, he only tried calling me once during lunchtime on a weekday when I was busy working.
I tried calling them back several times, but it seemed like they were avoiding my calls. Their phone line was always busy, and when I did get through, it was only a voicemail that I had to leave a message on. It was a frustrating experience, and I felt like I was dealing with scam artists.
Overall, I would not recommend G Plans to anyone. Their customer service is lacking, and their subscription policy is not transparent. It's best to stay away from this company and find a more reputable meal plan service.
Transform Your Health with G Plans: My Honest Review
I gotta say, I was pretty skeptical about G Plans at first. I mean, have you seen the reviews? There were like 113 one-star reviews compared to only two five-star reviews on this site alone. But, I decided to give it a shot anyway and boy am I glad I did!
I signed up for the annual membership and was a little hesitant about the price tag of $239.00. But, I figured it was worth it if it would help me achieve my health goals. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The meal plans were easy to follow and the recipes were delicious. I even lost a few pounds in the first week!
Now, I did have a little hiccup with the payment process. I was charged the full amount and then realized that the annual membership wasn't covered by their 100% money-back guarantee, only the 30-day membership was. I was a little frustrated at first, but I understand their policy. I reached out to customer service and they were able to help me out and get everything sorted.
Overall, I would highly recommend G Plans to anyone looking to improve their health and nutrition. Don't let the negative reviews scare you away, give it a try for yourself and see the results!
G Plans Review: Manipulative Language and Constant Pressure to Upgrade - A Scam Company?
I recently decided to give G Plans a try and signed up for their one week free trial. However, I was immediately bombarded with constant messages trying to get me to upgrade and buy their services. It was a bit overwhelming and made me feel like I was being pressured into spending more money.
What really turned me off was the way they wrote things. They used guilt-tripping tactics to try and get me to upgrade. For example, if I didn't select to upgrade, the choice I had to make said something like "no, I'd rather risk not losing weight faster and stick to the general plan." It just felt manipulative and made me feel like I wasn't doing enough.
Today, I decided to cancel my membership. I went to my membership plan and was met with a message saying that, due to my account being a Pro membership, I had to call their customer support team to cancel. So, I called the number they provided and was disappointed to find out that I had to leave a message. It just felt like they were making it difficult for me to cancel.
Overall, I feel like G Plans is a scam company. Their constant pressure to upgrade and their manipulative language just didn't sit well with me. I will be taking this up with my bank to ensure that I don't get charged for anything I didn't want.
G-Plan App Review: Scammy Operation with Hidden Fees and Poor Customer Service
Yo, listen up peeps! I gotta tell ya, I tried out g-plans app and added some of their extra stuff for the 3-month plan. But let me tell ya, I ain't no fool! I went straight into my iphone settings and cancelled autonew so I wouldn't get hit with no sneaky fees. But guess what? These guys are still tryna charge me $160 for a renewal that I DID NOT agree to! And their rep ain't even listening to me when I tell 'em I didn't sign up for that mess. All they wanna do is give me a free month to make it seem better. But nah, I ain't falling for it. We still ain't resolved this issue, but I did have my credit card company decline the charges.
Honestly, I think these guys are running a real scammy operation. Their product is just okay, nothing special, and they got all these hidden ways of trying to keep you hooked. They ain't transparent about their finances, and that's a big red flag in my book. So yeah, I definitely wouldn't recommend g-plan to anyone. Stay away from these guys if you don't wanna get scammed!
G-Plans Review: A Cautionary Tale of Ignored Instincts and Refund Refusals
When I first stumbled upon G Plans, I was thrilled because I was in dire need of shedding some pounds. However, as I was about to make my purchase, I started having second thoughts about it. But, I didn't listen to my gut feeling, and now I'm in a bit of a pickle. I really wish I had trusted my instincts because I wouldn't be in this mess if I had.
I tried to cancel my order within 30 minutes of placing it, but it was too late. I was able to cancel it, but when I asked for a refund, they refused. I was so disappointed and frustrated that I had to take matters into my own hands. I wrote a letter to my credit card company, and they are currently reviewing the situation.
When I contacted G-Plans to cancel my order, I specifically asked them to stop sending me the food and requested a refund. However, they stopped sending me the food but kept my money! I was so angry and upset that I wished I had read reviews before making my purchase. I also didn't see anything that said it was non-refundable.
To add insult to injury, they sent me an email with their policy, but it was too late. They should have shown it to me when I was making my purchase. I give them a negative five stars because they don't deserve even one star. It's not fair that I was forced to give them one star when they don't deserve it.
Deceptive Business Practices: G Plans Refuses to Honor 100% Refund Policy
I recently signed up for G Plans on December 14th, 2021. They advertised a 100% refundable policy within 30 days, which sounded like a great deal to me. However, I quickly realized that I couldn't view the program without paying the $39.99 fee for one month. At checkout, they offered me an additional two months for $30 with their "power plan" promotion. I decided to take advantage of the deal and added the extra two months to my purchase.
Six days later, on December 20th, I called to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an answer and didn't receive a return call. I tried calling three times and emailing three times over the following 48 hours, but still didn't receive a response. Four days later, I finally received an email confirmation that my account was canceled.
However, it's now been over a week since I canceled my subscription, and I've sent over 20 emails to G Plans requesting a refund. Unfortunately, they've refused to refund my money, stating that adding the additional two months voids the 100% refund policy. I was never informed of this policy at the time of purchase, and it's not mentioned in any of their advertising or promotional materials.
I feel that this is a deceptive and misleading practice, and it's 100% fraudulent. G Plans needs to be held accountable for their actions, and I hope that they will be stopped from continuing to take advantage of their customers.
Unethical Business Practices and False Advertisements: My Experience with G Plans
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with G Plans. I thought I was getting a good deal with their 39 promo, but boy was I wrong. Right after signing up, I noticed an extra $150 charge on my credit card for an upgrade that I never agreed to. I was so mad, I immediately canceled my subscription and tried to get in touch with a supervisor.
Let me tell you, it was not easy to get a hold of anyone. I sent multiple emails and made several phone calls, but it seemed like no one wanted to help me. When I finally did get through to someone, they tried to tell me that it was my mistake and that I had agreed to the upgrade. But I know for a fact that I didn't!
To make matters worse, they refused to give me a refund. They said it was their company policy and that there was nothing they could do. I was so frustrated and angry. How could they charge me for something I never agreed to and then refuse to give me my money back?
I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with G Plans. They make false advertisements and charge your credit card without your permission. It's not right. If you're thinking about signing up with them, be careful. And if you do end up getting charged for something you didn't agree to, don't give up on getting your money back. Contact the Better Business Bureau and make a complaint.
Overall, I would not recommend G Plans. They're an unethical business and they steal from people. It's a shame, really. I was hoping for a good experience, but instead I got ripped off.
