I placed and order on 02/27/24 at the HANOVER STORE, (ORDER #[protected]) pick up my order left the store, didn't check my order unitl I got home and found that I had not gotten the correct pieces, I order and 8 piece 2breast 2 wings 2legsand 2 thighs. I call back to the store and got a manager that told me to call back torrow and speak to KENN. I called on 02/28/2024 spoke to KENNY explain what had happen that I had legs and thighs 1 breast and 1 wing and could I get a refund or get a coupon or other order. KENNY wanted to know who told me to ask for hime I told hime the manager I spoke to yesterday, and could I get a refund or a coupon he then told he asked me did I do this before at another store NO I DIDN"T. because I asked for a refund KENNY told he I couldn't get a refund and thats fine so I told him could I get a coupon he said no, not without the meal I told him I could bring it back on 02/29/2024, because I ask for the refund 1st and his name, KENNY was consumed with that. KENNY told me because I couldn't keep my story straight that he was not giving me anything and I was a liar and hung up on me. I have never been treat this bad by any manager. but I am going to take the chicken back to prove am not a liar, HE was the worst!
