I can't believe this company is still around with the way they treat their customers. They messed up my order and tried to blame me for it. I never even got my windows or doors, even though I placed an order with them. If their service is any indication of their product quality, I wouldn't trust them with anything important.

I hit up Golden Windows Ltd last week 'bout a busted seal on my patio door. They said they'd get someone from service to hit me up, but I'm still waiting. Checked out some other reviews and it seems like this is a common problem with these guys. Plus, their website for requesting service ain't working for homeowners. My house is only 2 years old, too.

Me and my man bought 9 Golden Windows from *** back in 7/26. We still got the receipts with the model numbers if you wanna see. Three of them are busted and can't be used. The seals are good but the slides are kaput. We called the contractor/dealer a bunch of times but they ain't pickin' up. We filled out a claim form we found on the Golden Window website and mailed it in April and again in November . Ain't nobody got back to us yet. These windows are supposed to have a warranty as long as we own our crib. We still own it and we need some fixin' or parts replaced. Thanks!
