Goldicq International buying eve online isk

Goldicq International Sales Ltd offers (game-money) ISK. but have no intent of give it to you. When your money has been transfered from PayPal or your creditcard, they run into trubble contacting their supplier, they tell you to come back later. When you come back at a later time the same thing happens, over and over again. I opend a case at PayPal, and Goldicq begged me to close it, if i did the ISK would be in my gamecharacters wallet within 5 min. everything was ready for transaction. I closed the case at PayPal and Goldicq closed the chat...These people are really ###, they robbed me for USD 7, 39 and went to all this trubble to get at them? I know i shoul never closed the case at PayPal before the ISK had been transferred, i know! By letting websites like this use PayPal, PayPal help criminals operate, they are not without blame here!

They are scam artists running out of China, have evidence of this and have forwarded to moneybookers.com who is handling there transactions. This company will rip you off do not do business with them. They have a slick website and make the appearance as being a valid company. This is not true, they are criminals and should be avoided.

I can attest to this fact. I currently have $100 USD tied up with them and a PayPal complaint being investigated. After they had received my payment confirmation through PayPal, they told me that I would have to send the money via Western Union or provide them a copy of my credit card and photo ID. This was an attempt to steal even more money from me. Given the way the system works, PayPal denies all claims found to be intangible items a.k.a. in-game items or currency. This means even though you paid them the money, they can just "say" they gave it to you. If I do not receive my money back, I'm going to fly to see them in person and personally take back what is mine.

Goldicq International they dont deliver.

Avoid at all costs!

I paid for some services they were offering and before Pre-Purchasing I asked for delivery times, they told me 10minutes-20minutes.

So I waited... guess what? 48hours later STILL waiting.
I contacted Customer Support Numerous times, with excuses like "The Suppliers computer is not working"
Upon asking for a Refund I was met with replys such as "The Manager isn't here, we cant authorize a Refund" "You just missed the Manage, he left" ect ect.

So.. I'm filing a Dispute on Paypal right now "Dont know how thats going to go down."
And again, I contacted Customer Support with this information and this is what they said

"[Daisy] plz close the dispute first then we can deliver you"
Yeah... so now all of a sudden they want to deliver to me.. or just another Smart Way of trying to delay the effect of me getting my money back?

anyways, anyone who's considering buying from any of there websites, Dont listen to there ### Promises, There fake ### awards.
Either earn what you're going to buy or find a better trusted word of mouth website.

Same here paid like astupid idiot and i got exactly the same kind of answers: sorry for the delay, but could you plz wait some more time, supplier hasnt back yet, we will hurry up to complete your order as well...
Too late for me this site should be closed. And they ask for ID copies, that sucks!
I'll make a complain to the government about that. Goldicq.com is really crap.

The same thing is happening to me right now, it's about 48 since my purchase and still nothing. I've written to them and all they are saying back is some nonsense about VIP A- VIP B, and so on and so forth. I filled a money request and now i'm waiting one more day before I file the dispute.

Thanks for posting your comments up! because recently i was going to purchase from their website, Ive seen their same live customer service chat on another website with the exact same woman, she couldnt answer any of my questions that their site was genuin so i wrote to their email with all my questions, and all i got in response was:

hello,
We are a professional online game service provider. We have a good credibility record in paypal and with 3 years more of game gold sales experience, we have enough golds in stock, once you paid, we will trade you face to face in game in 10-20mins, if you need, you can buy it, thank you !

I dont think i can trust them after that, i asked them to prove they was a trusted site, but failed every question.

Say bad stuff, then if needed, call paypal

Goldicq International fraudulent business practices

This company clearly states on their site that they accept paypal as payment to purchase online game gold/credits etc. However once you make the payment they do not deliver, and when you attempt to resolve the issue they tell you to make the payment again with westernunion and only AFTER you pay a second time the will refund the paypal transaction which they have yet done. Nor have they delivered any credits in game. The are cons. and will rip you off blind. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I purchase a virtual online item cost me 15USD the item not received but the purchase has been made and deduct my bank account. At their website, there is an option for paypal service, so I did use that for payment. I also filed a case on paypal service for dispute claims and bank cancellation for this matter

Call paypal if they won't give you your item or a refund. I got scammed as well. I checked out as guest and thought there was nothing I could do, here's what happened to me:

I STARTED the process of purchasing gold through mmook.com, when they asked me for a picture of my card and my ID, I NOPED out of the transaction, specifically stated I no longer wanted to go through with the transaction and ended the chat.

They used my payment information that I had entered and charged my bank account ANYWAY. The minute I saw the pending transaction on my bank statement, I contacted the fraud prevention arm of my bank. I explained the issue and I was told the transaction would not go through. So apparently the fraud prevention arm sees different [censored] on your account than your actual bank, and it appeared to the fraud people they payment would stop, wrong, it went through.

I attempted 3 times to live chat and either get the gold they charged me for, or a refund. Each time I was simply told that they do not accept paypal as a payment (its on their website as 3 different payment options) and if I wanted a refund I would have to purchase through western union for a second transaction (even though i never actually made a purchase) to get a refund. I threatened them with filing a case against them with paypal, same response. I was hung up on, at no point did I ever curse or escalate, still hung up on me.

I contacted my bank, they said they couldn't do anything about the transaction until it processed, then I *might* be able to reverse it but they couldn't promise anything.

I called paypal, the first time he misunderstood me and attempted to have me file a claim through my paypal account, but I was logged in as guest and it doesn't show up as a transaction on my account. So I called back and explained that this was done without my permission, through a guest checkout. The person I spoke with explained he could file a 'goods not received' claim, they would have 10 days to prove to paypal the goods purchased would be delivered. If after 10 days, the goods aren't, paypal will initiate a refund. Or that I could contact my bank, attempt to flag it as theft and then they would have to cancel my card, send me a new one and, knowing how my bank works, I may or may not ever get my money back.

1. Don't buy from these people.
2. If you do get scammed, you have many avenues in your favor. Contact everyone. Most banks charge 30$ to reverse or cancel a transaction, so use your own judgement there.
3. Make sure paypal knows the transaction wasn't approved by you (it might help even if it was).
4. Don't give up, they are depending on you getting so frustrated that you do.

Lastly, I am going to wait until I get the refund then, I am going to contact my bank and explain the situation. I will file paperwork to list them as a predatory business and they will go on a list. Anytime ANYONE that does business with my bank, their accounts and cards will get flagged and the transaction put on hold until the person is called and they approve it. I am going to add all other .com's this company hold to that list.

I have brought online product which is E Rm134.48 and already 5days, they say supplier have problem, finding new supllier, and keep on say supllier offline, untill now. And i ask for refund, and they say pls give them more time, and now finnaly they say cannot, and i ask is it a scam, haha no reply at all

ive also had to go through an ordeal with goldicq.com and anything liked to them, buyer beware, they tell you that they have the gold and make you wait until you create a dispute and then tell you that they have the gold and even give you half the gold for you to close dispute, that way you cant reopen and the take the cash. 2 days and opened a dispute 20 days asking for my gold and nothing dispute won and now i am spreading the word. so sad come from work and need a little boost in a way of purchasing a little gold and get to be put though this ordeal.

I paid with debit card through paypal and they said im not covered and i need to speak to my bank, i dont understand how paypal is providing these scammers with a credit card processing service... its what baffles me... I order 30k gold for a game been 3 days and have got every excuse under the sun

They took my money and have refused to deliver what they promised! I paid them via paypal and all they ever do is ask for more time. THEY CLEARLY PROMISE 8min - 24 hour delivery! It has yet to happen. This is an online SCAM! They have no ZULIE, NO GOLD, NO GIL, NO NOTHING! Buyers BEWARE!

they usually take longer than 24 hours to deliver bc their suppliers are real players and not online 24/7. i bought from them yesterday (10.05.2018) and got today the half of it atleast. they sometimes act suspicious but i never got scamed by zhem before
