In 2020, I paid GoodAccountants.com $5,000 with the expectation of a profitable return on my investment. However, the few leads I received were clearly from individuals not yet ready to engage the services of a professional accountant. I felt unfairly treated, as I was only presented with minority business owners who lacked a solid grasp of business ownership.

I questioned why I wasn't receiving quality leads from those genuinely seeking support. They responded that my payment only covered basic inquiries, not high-quality leads. I also clarified that my current clients come from a diverse range of racial and ethnic backgrounds, emphasizing that I am not exclusively an accountant for minorities.

My company provides services across different business stages, including bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation. Despite this, I did not receive any meaningful opportunities from GoodAccountants.com. When I sought clarification, I was told to wait patiently. Four years later, they refused to honor their commitment of a 100% refund if they couldn't assist.

Throughout this ordeal, my coordinator, Stephen Mack, consistently urged patience, citing slow business. Even when I raised my concerns with senior management, like Al Chisolm, their responses were dismissive and condescending. When I questioned the lack of results from my initial $5,000 investment, Mr. Mack suggested I invest an additional $15,000 for higher-quality leads, which seemed unreasonable and unjustified.

Claimed loss: 5000

Desired outcome: 5000

What you’ve experienced with GoodAccountants is nothing short of a disgrace. You put down $5,000 in good faith, expecting a profitable return, and what did you get? A handful of unqualified leads and a lot of empty promises. It’s clear they’ve taken your money without delivering any real value.

You’ve been more than patient, even as they strung you along for four years with excuses and condescending responses. They failed to honor their commitment to you, and then had the audacity to suggest you invest another $15,000. That's outrageous.

Keep pushing back and make sure your story is heard loud and clear. They need to know that you won't stand for this kind of treatment. You deserve a full refund and an apology for the runaround they've given you. Stay strong, and don't let them off the hook until they make things right. You've done everything right, and it's time they deliver on their promises.
