They helped us sort out our things and made sure everything was in the right place before they went away. I would definitely suggest this crew!

We couldnt be happier with our choice to use GoodFellas. The three individuals they sent out for the job, Christian, Jacob and Charlie couldnt have been better. They were curteous, polite and very hardworking. We will be recommending this company to anyone we know looking for movers. Moving is stressful, and having a reliable company with great workers who you can count on helps to take some of the stress out of the situation. 10/10 would use again.

I can't say enough good things about this company, my experience was great and incredible! My first call and follow up was simple & easy. The real crew (Khristian D, Tyler, Kraus & Zack rocked it. They were so polite and respectful. They didn't act like a normal crew being paid by the hour. They truly seem to care about me my stuff & my time. They were fast, efficient and just awesome. I hope to not need to move again but I will definitely call and refer them as needed.

This company is amazin'! We had three goodfellas, Will, Dylan, and Gage move us from our third floor apartment into our house. We encountered a little trouble from a neighbor durin' the time that these guys moved us and they handled it with the utmost respect and professionalism. They helped us figure out an option that worked, and got us moved on schedule. Will, Dylan, and Gage worked well together and efficiently. Thanks so much! Originally, they told us it would take two days and five guys
Originally, they told us it would take two days and five guys. But after one day of packing, they said they needed ten guys. We were fine with that, if that's what it takes. The packers weren't trained properly, the labeling was poor, and they packed things we specifically asked them not to pack. They even left their personal items behind as trash. They warned us that there might be a few items left over when they were finished. But when they were done, I told them there was way too much extra stuff. Turns out, it was enough to fill another entire truck. They also damaged our leather couch, and their attempt at repair was some kind of brown spray. Our $6k dining room table was also damaged, and they didn't even offer to fix it. Luckily, I know how to do furniture work, so I said I would take care of it myself. They also blamed us for damaging a one-year-old 65-inch TV. And to top it off, we had multiple broken dishes, but we know they won't do anything about it. I strongly advise against using them. They charge way too much, provide low-quality service, and don't stand behind their work.

Good Fellas moving did our household move. During the process, they accidentally broke the wooden frame of our antique couch. The movers should have noticed this, but they didn't inform us. They initially made promises and gave excuses, but now they are not responding to our attempts to contact them. We paid more than $5,000 for the move, and we expect them to take responsibility for the damage.

Bate and switch. We got a quote to move my old mother in law who's a widow. The company told me about drive time and hourly rate. They didn't tell me when moving to a storage shed they'd spend a couple of hours wrapping each piece of furniture and charging us for the padding. That added on an extra $300-400. There response was that my mother in law asked for it. Entirely not true. My uncle was present the whole time. She never asked for it. She did sign off at the end but that's because we her children were paying for it. We didn't expect her to be taken advantage of. They claim it was disclosed before hand but that's 100% not true. Very upset.

We noticed after the move that the front door and door frame of the old place got messed up, and there were some small damages to the door frame of the new place too. I left a voice message to the company on 8/6, sent an email on 8/7, called and emailed again on 8/10. On 8/10, the boss sent an email saying he'll check out the claim and get back to me in a few days. I sent an email on 8/16 asking when I'll get an update. Nobody has gotten back to me, and we still haven't resolved the issue. We had to fix the old place right away 'cause we're selling it. I'm asking the company to give us credit for the repair cost.

I hired this moving company to move my furniture from my old home to my new one, but the employees broke my (1000.00) mirror. They dragged my mattress on the concrete, ripping it (temper pedic), and cracked my dining room granite table. They also damaged my fireplace and dragged mud throughout the upstairs. To top it off, they scratched up a hand-painted piece of furniture/bar. It's been up to 2 months, and the owner hasn't done anything about it. I asked for their insurance company, but he won't tell me. I gave my credit card to pay the 948.00 moving fee, but they wrote down the wrong number. So now, I told them that if they don't give me the name of their insurance company, I won't pay the 948.00. The owner just sent me an email saying the damages are less than the 948.00. He's crazy, and that's just his opinion. The mirror still has the price tag of $998 on the back, and the mattress alone was almost 4,000.00. It's unacceptable. I'm sure he's avoiding making a claim, yet he's a scam.

There were many problems but I only chose to address these with the company: a broken mirror (full length in a beautiful frame) which was broken. They offered me $20-$30 dollars. A matching parsons chair from a set of 8 that disappeared (they said I only had seven). And they told me I needed two storage units and then when we got there said I only needed one but I couldn't get my $200+ back on the second. Then they forgot their dollies at the storage facility and had to carry items individually which increased the time and cost of the move through no fault of my own. After many calls, the owner's daughter had him call me and he said he would be in touch but of course has not. I have been nothing but nice and treated the movers very well. I am not asking for the sun, moon, and stars but only to be made whole after paying almost $2000 for a small move.

I used Goodfellas on 9/25. After they finished the move and left, I found some stuff missing. I called them right away and they said they'd check the truck when they got back to the office. After a few tries, I finally got the two missing things. I also told Zach they messed up some furniture and texted him pics. He told me to call the office and they'd take care of me. When I called the office, they told me to email pics to ***. When I unpacked, I found several things broken. I emailed pics of the furniture and broken stuff. He replied saying they weren't responsible for the broken things since they didn't do the packing. I asked again what they were gonna do about the furniture. He said he'd send me $50 so I could buy a furniture marker to fix the damage, or he could send someone on 10/7 or 10/8. I told him to send someone 'cause I didn't think a marker would work. But he never sent anyone. I'm done dealing with him.

They didn't even come to my house to give me an accurate quote. And on top of that, the crew wasn't very efficient and needed constant direction. They also said they could fit everything in one truck, but it actually took two trucks. When I talked to the owner, Jeff, he admitted that he was suspicious of the quote from the start, but he never bothered to contact me to confirm it. I spoke to him on 7/29 and he said he would call me on 7/31 after talking to the driver. But he left me a message on 7/31 saying he would call me on 8/2 between 8AM and 9AM. Well, I never got that call. I left a voicemail at the company asking him to get in touch with me, but he still hasn't reached out. I want a refund of $1800, just paying for double the original quote.

But halfway through the day, they said they couldn't fit all our stuff and we had to load the rest ourselves. We had to ask friends for extra space and borrow a trailer to finish the move because our home buyers had contractors coming. It felt like they stopped working when we left and just wanted to increase our expenses. By 9pm, we asked them to leave the remaining items in our garage instead of putting them where they belonged because we were being charged by the hour. The initial quote was $2154.50, but the final bill was $3519.50. On 8/1, while unpacking our family room TV, we found a crack on the screen and a pressure point from something pressing against it. We packed it in a box specifically for TVs. I emailed Goodfellas but haven't received a response. On 8/3, we found another crack on our master bedroom TV, even though it was properly packed. I called Goodfellas, and they accused us of the TVs being broken before the move. We went back and forth via text until 8/10 when they offered $300 for customer service, which is unacceptable considering the value of the TVs. We are disappointed and regret hiring them. We are now out of pocket $3519.50 and have to replace our TVs. We have serious back problems, which is why we hired them in the first place. They were recommended by friends, but we are extremely disappointed with their service.
