Soo, after reading all these complaints on this website, I decided that I should jump in and add my own. Iordered the LED Light set, and it wasnt the short version, it was the long. I cant remember exactly hmwhat the numbers were. I think it was 175 and 225...something like that.
Anyways, so I ordered it back in November thinking I could get it in time for Christmas to put it up in my tree. Well, just like many people here, we got our tracking number. Didnt get this til after many nasty emails trying to get this info. It showed it was shipped. It showed it was recieved by our post. But it didnt come until right after christmas.
But here is the kicker...it wasnt the lights. I got some stuffed santa ornament instead of lights. I went back and emailed the company again with another string of nasty emails to get them to get my order that I had placed. Still have not seen a single email from this company since the first introductory one the day I placed the order. And same deal, I kept checking the website to see if there was a replacement order listed. The site is closed.
Soo, now I am gonna go to the bank and dispute the charge cause I didnt pay nearly $100 on LED lights just to get a $12 stuffed santa ornament.

Purchased led Christmas light in December and never received. Just like everyone else.
I sent then an email asking for the tracking number and the track number they sent me goes to apparently a Chinese website which I can't understand anything. Tried a few times and they never respond me back. I saw their ad on Facebook which gets me even more frustrated. Facebook shouldn't let that kind of scam happen.

I ordered Christmas Tree light from them. I did not receive them and filed a dispute with my credit card company. When I checked up on it, I went to their store in my browser history and it said the store was closed. THe store was being hosted by Shopify.com so I wrote to Shopify and here is the response I got from them:

First off, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't receive the item you ordered from an online store. I truly understand how you must feel about this as I've had an experience similar to this in the past. I truly sympathize.
At Shopify, we don't only value our merchants and partners but the customers as well. I will say this, we absolutely do not tolerate any type of fraudulent activity on Shopify.
We truly appreciate you for including the amount of the order. If this does happens to be a Shopify store, we will take a look into the stores activity and take action where appropriate. For legal and privacy reasons we will not be able to share the results of this investigation with you. But rest assured that I will keep my eyes on this until this investigation is resolved.
If you didn't receive your order in a reasonable amount of time, the best move would be to reach out to your Credit Card issuer or Paypal depending on how you paid for the order. You can ask them for the contact information or details of the true merchant that you had an order from so you can reach out to them.
I would highly recommend reaching out to your bank/credit card/Paypal account that you used to make the purchase just incase you were not able to receive the item/s you ordered on the agreed upon delivery date. They should then be able to begin an investigation with the aim of retrieving your funds.
As I have mentioned above we will make sure that we look into this and I can guarantee you that we do not tolerate such actions.

I am very upset that Facebook would allow there customer to treated like that by a vendor they allow to advertise on there website. As a business owner I would make sure to keep my customers happy and exhaust all my resources to rectify

Bought and paid extra for expedited shipping. Product never showed. Same story as everyone else...received some BS shipping link to a Chinese website (I wouldn't be surprised if they are all the same tracking number @ssholes).
Pissed at myself for buying something that seemed like a decent deal vs. going to a seller I recognized. Looks like they have stolen my money and closed shop.

Ordered this product on December 1st and paid for expedited shipping. Received an email a few days later with a "tracking number". The link to the tracking number took me to a Chinese website. The tracking number didn't work. I emailed Goosfie and they responded claiming that they were having trouble with the tracking software but that my order was shipped. Week later still didn't receive anything so I tried to call. The phone number is just an answering machine. They stopped replying to any emails. One month later and my item never showed up although the presumably fake tracking number shows the item arrived in "destination country" a week ago. Tried to call and email again today, both the website and the phone number are disconnected. Complete scam. Reported to Paypal and American Express. Avoid at all costs.
I was scammed by the same Co, put a claim in with PayPal and got my money back...good luck!

Ordered the item paid for shipping by express and never received the products. Company is a rip-off and definitely buyer beware. I sent an email and they stated that the shipment was waylaid. Still no resolution. Now their website has completely disappeared. Don't trust anything coming out of China on Facebook. Canada please be cautious when getting things online through Facebook.

I purchased Christmas lights at a significant discount from this website. After I ordered the lights for $319, I received a text message stating my order was received. Then a week later I received a tracking number with a shipment. A week or so after that the tracking company showed something shipped from China. After another week it appeared as if something was actually coming my way. Supposedly, it arrived at my local post office. Nearly three weeks later it still has not shown up. I placed a request on their website to no response. I called the number on their website, and it was disconnected. I sent an email to them, and they never replied. So I filed a complaint with the FBI computer crimes division and disputed the charge on my credit card.

I also ordered a climbing Santa on Dec. 4 and heard nothing from them. I emailed them twice with no response. I tried calling the number on the website and it's no longer a working number, this is a rip-off. I disbuted the charges with PayPal and I'm waiting for them to resolve the issue.
I placed an order over a month ago for the climbing Santa and elf, I have also contacted PayPal, All my emails have been ignored, and the tracking number I got has never existed, and there phone is disconnected and there Facebook page removed, be warned they still seem to be taking orders.

I think Goosfie is a Canadian web site and when you read the company information it looks ok (I should do more research before I buy again online)

I ordered then got the standard confirmation and then a tracking e mail... so all ok so far...
The product arrived via the postal system... from China...
I followed the instructions but the product was faulty
So I sent an e mail and also messages in their system.
First alarm bell, the e mail address was cs. [protected]@gmail.com...
I did get a response, same day, informing me if I would like another sonic pic sending with no charges.
I did say yes so long as they check that the product is checked before it is sent. They say they would... not sure how they do this when they are in Canada and the product comes from China...
I will now have to wait and see what happens

I have not received my purchase. The Order #GSF2527 has been ordered on 11/11/2018 from a link via Facebook. At this day the website of this costumer seems unavailable. I'm very disappointed.

Same here - Ordered $250 of LED Christmas lights - a month later I received a felt bear ornament - phone disconnected and no response to emails...SCAM ! Filed claim with PayPal and got all my $$$ back
