Gopuff—Alcohol & Food Delivery review: General management

On 11/9/2024 I purchased items to be delivered, Upon arrival the delivery driver handed me my items and pulled out his phone, since this was my first purchase with the company I asked if I needed to sign anything to confirm delivery he stated he needed my i.d with my items in my hand and he tried to stop me and snatched the bag out of my hand and begin to violently strike my face multiple times and thru me on the grown i tried to get up with my hand up to defend blows and he slammed my face on a car. I screamed for help but once I did he begin to stop hitting me and got in his car and drove off. I alarmed the authorities and filed a report. I attempted to reach anyone at gopuff to let them know what happen I still wanted my purchased items and also wanted to file a complaint. The only way to do this was thru a chat service and I was told to wait on a response they are going to investigate. I explained I was afraid for my life and told to call 911 if I felt that the driver would come back to my house and just wait for them to call me back meanwhile I have a black eye and bruises and cuts on my face and they still have not reached out to me even if it was to assure me that the driver will have any consequences because I would like to press charges on the driver however I still have not got a response and may have to go to other drastic measures just to get my just due I definitely did not deserve to be beaten up like that about my purchased items I would like to be fairly compensated and I would like the items that I originally purchased should not been cancelled but another driver should have been sent and the items should have been given to me free for the delivery driver assaulting me in regards to items already purchased that belonged to me
