This bloody hell guy is very rude! We all know that not all driver can find us exactly where we were. Usually driver will call us once they arrived and ask us where we are. But this guy freaking yelled at my mother, saying that my mother didn't respect him as a driver. At which point? My mother went inside the kfc nearer for buka puasa last time but the driver didn't show up yet. He yelled at my mother saying that she didn't respect him because she didn't show up when he arrived. Then he asked my mother to get off saying that "this is my car, you can get off" seriously this guy is superb at being [censored].

Grabcar Malaysia dangerous driver against traffic light

VAS 5928, my side traffic light turn green infront taman zamrud, kajang.
My car already halfway of traffic light. Suddenly one car against red light from opposite way, almost hit my car.
Such irresponsible driver should not drive grabcar. It against the law and dangerous other people in road. I hope grab would take seriously into this matter. This driver would tarnish grab reputation.

My booking cancelled because the driver coldnt find me.

I was waiting at St John School at Ming Building. & he was waiting for me in front of Ming Building Main Road.
He didnt bother to check the school & cancelled my booking.
Dont even know where St John School & Bukit Bintang Girls School.
There are 2 popular school in Kuala Lumpur.
Driver need to educate to find for it on the map

From Cemara Aprtment to Axiata Tower

Dear Grab,

Please educate your driver to follow the waze instruction instead of their own personal experience preference.

With normal route shown in waze I should able to reach office 10 mins ahead before 9am. However, your driver go another way round as he said massive jam, and even pass by a toll, which he mention he will pay the toll on behalf.

From my past experience, all the driver will follow the waze accordingly and i believe this is the strength of current savvy technology.

Consequences, I am late to work.

Grabcar Malaysia please make advanced booking available

Hello and Good Morning,
I would like to look provide a feedback about your trips and fares that you provide.It is saddening to encounter such an incident where I have to schedule a trip for a specific journey but I'm unable to do so due to your lack of consumer preference.Please fix it as soon as possible and if possible please review your pricing list as it is quite pricey for mid range journey.Hope to see some changes by Grab Malaysia.

Grabcar Malaysia no promotion and pricing high

I used to take Grab and pricing is much cheaper and currently no more promotion for taking grab. I used to support more due to promotion and pricing is lower. Now pricing is high, very hard to get any grab and no promotion. I hope you can have more promotion and also for after work usage as well. With this you will have more sales. I used to take grab everyday out for lunch now I stop totally due to no more promotion. My colleagues also are no longer taking grab out as well

Grabcar Malaysia keep giving driver which is far away and still have to drop off passengers

Dear Grab, i am always a Grab user despite times when Uber was cheaper i still use Grab. But recently i am very disappointed with your service. You keep giving me driver that is 10-15 minutes away that still need to drop off passengers. And most of the time, the driver still have to passed by heavy traffic area. Which make my wait almost 30 minutes. I have no choice but to cancel everytime which might have made my rating as a user very bad. I also have bad experience that i waited despite the timing, and the driver purposely drove a further way just to make me cancel my ride after waiting for more than 10 minutes or so.

All this never happened when Uber is still in the market!

I experienced the same situation. Several times I accepted the grab driver which stated 5mins away but ended waited for more than 15mins. Sometimes the driver even cancel off my order after the long wait. I think no competition means no improvement. So disappointing...

I have the same problem all of the time. I just waited 40 minutes for a Grab that said 9 minutes! It gives the wrong timing all of the time which forces me to cancel.

Grabcar Malaysia charges

On 5-6-2018 @ 630am, i called for Grab service from Saraka Apartment going to KLIA2. On the portal, it was stated that the charges was rm65.00. One driver named Ishak Bin Ismail driving a Perodua Alza bearing registration number JSQ9731responded. Upon reaching ny destination, i handed him rm100 note and was thinking that the charges would be rm65 plus toll charges. But instead of giving me th balance, he kept away the said rm100 note saying that there are luggage charges.

I must admit that i carry 3 luggagge bags: 1 big and 2 medium. Along with me as passengers were 3 other adults.

My query is, does the amount charged at rm100 permitted by Grab?

Grabcar Malaysia the driver didn’t pick up me

The status for driver to my location is about 5min to reach ~the driver car has stop at a place for 10min also didn't come to my location...I did call the driver but she never pick up my phone call~I did text her but she don't even read my text too! I'm not cancel the book since i knew if I cancel she will get the point! I will leave it until the driver cancel my book automatically...please take action about the problem!this is my second time to complain about it already!5star driver is not suppose to be like this behaviour!thank you

Grabcar Malaysia impolite grabcar driver named mohamad rodzi bin mohamad sukeri

I would like to complain an impolite Grabcar driver that my friend from China met just now, 2nd June 2018, 9.25pm-9.50pm.
My friend was at Petaling Street and wanted to go back to Publika at 9.25pm just now.
He booked via Grab apps and this driver accepted his booking, but this driver was hasn't dropping off his previous passenger somewhere around KLCC. So my friend waited him for about 20 minutes, and he did not walk away from his pickup point.
After 20 minutes waiting by the roadside, my friend received messages from this driver (as shown in the first photo), and I believed that he had missed the pickup point.
This driver scolded my China friend with rude words and canceled his booking.
As such, my friend had to book for another Grabcar and waited for another 10 minutes, and the price has been increased from RM20 to RM24.
My China friend and I feel very angry and unsatisfied with the Grabcar service after today's bad experience.

Grabcar Malaysia being stuck and could get my way out from orchid restaurant

Thanks grab, I was happy in my driving journey till this happen, an Arab family booking a trip from wangsa maju to orchid restaurant in titiwangsa, interesting is that's no drive way out to this restaurant but due to I feel pity to the family w kids and to avoid them to catch cool running in the rain, I found out that's a drive way for me to drive in to drop off them .but quickly drop them out and try my best to use it only way to get out from this mess, that's line of car running in and I force to backward to let them in, and please that's the only way and no more way to let me out anymore, I been stuck here with 4, 5 car park beside me and wait them finish their meal .

Grabcar Malaysia grab driver

I've requested for grab at 5.30pm for today n booking was confirmed by driver name muhammad izzat fitri bin abu shah with car no vbd 1019. His phone no (+60162991374). He did'nt show up n i've been waiting until 6.05pm and then he cancelled my booking at 6.05pm without any notification. He was really a rude driver coz i've been waiting for 40min with my kid n plus I need to go home asap coz this is fasting month. He trouble me n kid and wested our time.
Please take a serious action towards this driver coz he should not do this to customer or just terminate his contract with grab. My 1st time bad experienced with grab n I really regret on what had happened.

On 25/05/2018 @ 06:27am, a white Proton Saga PJG 5163 believed to be Grab driver
was blocking the main entrance of Mahsuri apartment at Lorong Mahsuri 12, Bayan Baru, Penang.

I hoot at him then only he reverse his car to allow a passage for my car to enter the apartment. He then use hand show vulgar sign. I came down from the car and asked him what happen. He said don't need to horn, [censored] YOU !

Grabcar Malaysia service

I been waiting for the grab around 20 mins cause he said he stuck in the jam but i already booked early so i think its okay to wait. But when he driver arrived i walking to the waiting point he only wait for me around 6 mins, but he also don't want to wait for me. Straight away cancelled the booking, it's just 6 mins. I already wait for him around 20 mins!

Grabcar Malaysia manipulation, cheating and extra charges.

Booked a Grab with this driver to the requested destination but he drove us to the wrong way when we told him it was the other way. At the end, he stopped his car (I believe he clicked Completed) and asked us to book again (also booked and get the same driver) to the same destination and finally charged us both orders. We are new to Grab and therefore he was taking advantage of us. The first order did not even complete when he stop just a few kilometers away from the pick up point and give no reason why he could not send to the requested destination. We work at the company located at the Pick Up Point so we should be heading to destination from pick up point but instead the second order was from a different pick up point and with the same driver. We believe this driver was trying to cheat passengers, especially when we are beginners and also foreigners. We are neglectful about this case where there are drivers who actually trying to put his own mistakes on passengers.

Grabcar Malaysia not receiving jobs since 2nd may 2018

Please help me to understand the issue faced as I have not been receiving jobs since 2nd May 2018. I have made numerous calls to the help centre to check on my status.

First, I was asked to reinstall my Grab Driver Application.
Secondly, restart my phone.

After which, I was told that there is some technical glitches. I am the sole bread winner at home. Please help.

Grabcar Malaysia the driver charged extra than the fair initially quoted.

On 20th May 2018 which was yesterday night around 7.25pm, i booked a grab, Vehicle NO. NDE2449, and my booking id was ADR-[protected]-3-821, it's a female driver, Rohani Binti Yusop .I booked the grab car to send off my mum to my relatives house from Dahlia Apartment S2, to Rasah Kemayan, S2. This particular grab driver have charged my mum more than what was initially quoted at the booking.When i booked the grab car the fairshowed me RM7 initially and i told my mum only to pay that particular amount. Bt this driver brought my mum around left and right, unnecessarily taking different routes, simply bringing my mum around and extending thedriving duration and when my mum asked her why are you taking different route she told my mum that the map shows in such a way.Then end up my mother asked her to follow her instruction to reach the destination instead of follwing the map because she was taking such a long time to reach the destination . By the time when my mum gets down from the grab the driver asked my mum to pay extra because she couldn't find the place and it took longer time for her to drop off my mum .Thus when my mum got no option My mum paid her RM 10 and she even told my mum supposedly should pay extra than that.So i believe if the price tells you Rm 7 you only pay that particular amount.So, maybe the driver thought my mum is old and just because she don't have a phone she could cheat my mum and take extra money from her.This is not professional at all and we have been taking the same services, same route, always been the same price but this person has charged my mum more. Please look into this problem and i hope you guys take action on this driver and please investigate on this matter because as i got to know from on of my cousin who was working with grab customer service before he told me that when the app says RM7 we only pay that particular amount.So, we passenger do not have to pay more or less than what was initially quoted.So kindly, take action on this matter. Pls investigate into this matter.

Grabcar Malaysia I am complaining about the grab app and require for a compensation of bus ticket

Due to the unknown issue of grab app, driver can't find my booking information, I can't find his either. We booked 6.15am but driver came at 6.43am after I called. Because of that I missed bus on 7AM and I wasted three hours to wait until the next available bus which is at 10am. My friends and I wasted three bus ticket just because driver came late. I am totally pissed off and I am asking for the compensation for the bus tickets.

Grabcar Malaysia had to pay for toll after driver missing turn

I was travelling from sunway university to my final destination which was in bandar sunway, pjs7. Then, the grab driver drove a longer route. I was fine with that but the point is he missed a turn and he end up bringing me out of bandar sunway. After reaching to my final destination, he told me to pay for the toll. I am not fine with this as it was his fault for getting out of bandar sunway and came back again. I do not want to see any further things like this happen.
