Grabcar Malaysia lost item

Hi, i took a grab last night from Changkat Bukit Bintang to Geno Hotel, i then left my phone in the grab last night. Grab account under [protected] which you should be able to trace the history. But the sim card on the phone is [protected]. i've been callin my phone but driver has not picked up. My location at Geno Hotel if you've manage to trace the driver to return me my phonr.

Grabcar Malaysia bawak kereta macam orang gila sehingga saya nak kemalangan

Hi, i nak komen pasal u punya grab driver bawak kereta macam orang gila. Sikit lagi nak langgar kereta i yang ada baby dalam kereta ni. Dengan i driver yg pregnant. dia boleh potong lane time tengah corner dengan laju dan kereta yang sangat rapat disebelah. Sikit lagi i nak kemalangan sebab kan u punya driver! Pleaseee ajar sikit your driver grab macam mana nak drive kat jalan raya dengan betol! Sangat teruk! No plate VDD 7386. Driver dia perempuan chinese. Sila ambil tindakan sebelum i Yg ambil tindakan seterusanya. Terima kasih

Grabcar Malaysia extra charges not follow to price in grab app.

Sir,

Please investigate case of extra charges requested by grab driver name Khalid Amin Bin Mat on 12-Sep- 2019.

The route is from Politeknik Dungun to Terminal Bus Dungun, charges on grab app RM 13.00 but actual charged are RM33 .00

Due to in hurry my daugther pay total RM 3.00 ringgit for this trip. And I don't have reciept since payment mode is cash on site.

Grabcar Malaysia grab ride rm25 off redeemed against 2810 points

I am a platinum member of Grab, Name: Chiok Soon Kion, phone number [protected]. On 21 September 2019 at approximately 4.00 pm I booked a grab car per attachment and payment is to be set off against RM25 . Driver asked for cancellation which I did but the RM25 reward equivalent to 2810 points was not credited to my account . Grabcar Malaysia drivers delay & cancel out

We're in kl for 3 days stay at jw Marriott bukit bintang. We can se traffic heavy.
Several drivers accepted our bookings only to keep us waiting long time before cancel out leaving us with yet other drivers who also do same. So we get long delays before a driver turn up.
This is unacceptable. The drivers who do this to loyal grab customers should b severely penalised as it is ruining grab image of reliable company.

Grabcar Malaysia adr-[protected] wrong destination

The booking: adr-[protected]
Car: hba 7997 name: gan kah ming

The driver put us in wrong destination, however from what shown in my grab, I told him he wasnt reached the destination yet, then the driver reply us the address we put is wrong. But I confirm I had put the correct address. Then he said he will send us the correct destination, but bcos he was grab driver n at the same time he was metered teksi driver, he want to do it as metered teksi. However, he still cant find the correct place n keep turn round n round. Lastly, I ask him to stop us, n I walk to the destination tat still distance. Conclude, I had paid the grab n teksi fee which charged me double although I didnt reached the destination. I hope to get the refund.

Grabcar Malaysia payment method

Hi. I have send email regarding this issues long time ago but until tofay i didnt receive any respond from ur team. Ive issue with the payment method which theres no options for me at all. Everytime i select to add payment, the page blank. Im aware that i have 1 pending payment, i want to settle it but i cant add my bank card details . Pls respond!

Grabcar Malaysia grab car driver attitude.

I made a car booking to Audi Juru and this driver Tan Jia Yee (car number PNU5733) accepted my booking (probably automatically I suspect). When he sees my destination he just parked his car somewhere near my location but not coming to pick me up. He's waiting for me to cancel and never even reply my message. Is this how grab driver operates? I'm still waiting for him to come and pick me up while writing this complaint. Is has been 30mins.

尊敬的先生/女士:
我写这封投诉信是为了向贵公司投诉你们的司机注册专员。

09/09/2019我浏览面子书小组(Grab全马电子召车中文讨论区), 里面有一侧新闻报到关于,新山区电召司机与警察联手围捕匪徒的新闻。
内容是说:近期有某些电召司机受到一位印度裔匪徒,骗取司机钱财和乘坐电召服务后不还钱的事情。最后经由电召司机和警察的配合,联手围捕匪徒,让所有新山区的电召司机,今后可以安心的再为顾客服务。
虽然匪徒身怀不明物件,可能是危险武器之类,但是这批电召司机却显得非常英勇,联合众人之力将匪徒绳之以法,这是值得我们尊敬的。

但是贵公司的数位司机注册专员的言论却显得令人昨舌,这数位贵公司的司机注册专员没有给予司机们协助不只,反而还在面子书小组里发布不实的评语,这将会有损贵公司的热于助人的崇高形象,反而让人觉得他们是在落井下石之意。

希望贵公司必须严厉警告和采取处罚的行动,对付这数位破坏贵公司形象的司机注册专员,因为这段新闻已经由一批电子召车司机,通过媒体(中国报)报道了,而且也让广大的民众知晓了,如果贵公司处理不当,将导致想要选择成为贵公司的合作司机的注册率有所影响。

Dear sir,

Today I want to complain about your company register driver (vehicle no: JNS 790) services is very bad and no polite. He parked in drop and run link more than 5 min., this is Seriously affecting the car behind, he is also swearing and making indecent behaviours and gestures. Is this your company's image? As a registered driver and a professional driver in your company, he also represents the image of your company while he is serving the customer. I hope that your company can face up to this problem, otherwise it will destroy your company's image in the public and customers will lose.

Grabcar Malaysia abuse around grabber and grabber

Hi, im one of your grab passenger who always booking from grab. But yesterday i read in one of the page in FB which organised by grab alpha and i found that they were using some in-moral words to abuse among each other. In my opinion that i felt proud of the team who succeed to help the police to caught the burglar but someone posted that as the team are gangster cause thru the video which show that they were punching the burglar. I think that the one who posted it out is not qualifited to become a Grab Alpha. I felt so dissappoint for those who posted this out. This page is organised by Johor Senior Alpha. As my knowledgable, they are under Johor Senior Alpha, Mr. Simon Seow.
Kindly go thru this as many of passengers in the page, as like me, im not going to booking for grab in future.
As i read through the article, the burglar brought a small knife, this will be a safety issue for the grabber. I dont think that grabber will take the risk to pick up passenger, if no driver, how can we going to book a grab. Therefore, i hope that you may concern on this issue.
I believe that Grab is a professional palttform for a passenger. However, i was dissappointed again with the quality of Grab Alpha which was appointed by Grab. Since the team can be able to help Police to caught a burglar, why the team is called by [GANGSTER]? Is that fair enough to judge others by calling they themselves as [GANGSTER]!

Grabcar Malaysia rude driver

1Sep about 6.50pm. One of the resident (29, 7/2B) order a grab and the car plate W2102F

The driver enter to a security check point of resident . Instead of following the rule and guide, he refuse to cooperate and harassed the guard .

The driver shout and threaten the guard if they don't open the gate for him. He will report police.

This scene is recorded by the resident and he is not happy and show the middle finger sign to the lady driver.

We can not tolerate such bad attitude drivers and we demand an apology and blacklist this driver.

Grabcar Malaysia Payment not received.

Hello.

I was top up on grab App but it only took my money from my account and I didn't get grab money until now.
That time, I saw error message on the App so I thought it doesn't work.
After that I tried to top up again then the App was working as normal but I took grab moeny the second one only, the first one I couldn't get yet.
I'm waiting for 3days to back my money to my account but still I didn't get the money and grab money as well.
I'd like to return my money to my account.
Please you'll give back answer as soon as possible. *At least within today.

Grabcar Malaysia the driver asked payment more than regular fee

This morning, 30 Aug 2019, I rode grab taxi in Penang from hotel to airport. I have booked the trip directly (personally) to the driver a day befere. This morning, I asked the driver whether need to make order thru application or not and he said NO. When I arrived in the airport, the driver asked the fee MYR 50, actually in the application just MYR 23. Name of the driver is GUAN with Car number 8768.

Grabcar Malaysia grab car langkawi

We booked a Grab car via our hotel Ambhong Ambhong on 26/8/19 and was picked up outside wonderland food store, Kuah Town, Langkawi at around 7.15 pm. The booking was done via the mobile app of one of the hotel's concierge. The driver asked quite a few questions during the journey including who booked your grab, how many days you are in Langkawi, what are you doing next, where are you staying etc.. After about 10 minutes into the journey, he asked me "where are you going?" I asked him back, do you not know where you are taking us? It should be there in the booking? He replied, I need to confirm that with you.. I said if you needed to confirm you should have done that at the beginning of the journey, not 10 minutes into the journey. He got real upset with this and said, okay I will take you back to the beginning of the journey and ask you again! Then he said, he does not want to take me to the hotel and he is going to drop me back to the pickup point. He had no consideration that I was travelling with my family, including my 7-year-old daughter who was frightened by all this. He then dropped us back to pick up point at wonderland store. His name he said was Nazrin (Driver ID was not clearly displayed, and this is something grab should make compulsory) and the registration number was G1M 2147, white Renault Fluence. This has left a really bad taste on the whole holiday for us as it was otherwise a pleasant experience in Langkawi. I do not know what the procedures are for recruiting drivers into grab but certainly this person should not be driving grab or have anything to do with customer service/people interaction. I hope you take this complaint seriously and take action and inform me of outcome.

Grabcar Malaysia grab car services

I scheduled an airport transfer but grab didn't not notify the driver is unavailable and I waited for 10mins to cancel eventually. I have to call to the call centre to cancel it because it was a scheduled one. Then, with the little trust I have, I ordered the normal one. First got cancelled because of car issue. Second and third didn't respond. Is grab going to compensate for my air ticket if I'm late for my flight?

Grabcar Malaysia grab driver

On 25.8.19, the grab driver of WUF 8051, Muhammad Sharul Fadzli asked me to cancel citing car problem . This happened ard 830pm.

I have been receiving many cancellation request by your grab drivers in the last 3-4 months .

I think this warrant an investigation

In all my previous cases, there are drivers who also purportedly arrived not exactly at my location . When I call him, there was no answer . Texted also no reply .
I have sent my complaints to grab but never receive any reply.

Grabcar Malaysia billing

On 26th July 2019, I have booked a Grab from Sungai Buloh to Sungai Besi. I am using Grab Credit to make payment, and they have actually charged me RM14.00 for 3 tolls and it has auto deducted from my account. After I received the e-receipt, I have contacted the Grab Customer Service Hotline 1300. Felicia is the first agent who picked up my case asked me about the exact toll fare, I mentioned too I dont remember but definitely need no RM14.00. And she said Grab team will investigate the route and also the fare of tolls will revert to me within a 3 -5 working days (WITHIN). But after then I did not receive any call back from Grab. No emails, no follow up. Nothing at all. And on 20th August, I called back, they said no one is picking up my case. My case already left behind. So what now? You seriously want us to put you on the court ?

Grabcar Malaysia Please be alert to this driver - GRAB CAR MALAYSIA

I was ordered a Grab car from Senai Airport to Danga bay at JOHOR BAHRU at 19 Agust 2019 at 09:14 PM, from the first time the driver was not being helpful at all and he started the conversation pointed whether I am local or not, for what ? And then he refused to drop me come near to the lift of my apartment, he knew I bring some luggage, He ask me to give him more money, I offer him some value money, he was so rude, He Said No ..then He asked me to get out from his car ..by the time I wanted to rate his service, He purposely Canceled the my order, because I give him cash money, ..please do something to this driver.. Grab support, he can harm other passanger...he can do crime...to other passanger

Grabcar Malaysia Poor Performance of HR (Interview)

I have attended 2 interviews in Grab for the Business Development position. I have took off from work and traveled all the way from Puchong to meet the HR.

Waited over a month and a half for a response, and they have NO decency to give an update. The only person I could contact is the person who invited me for the Interview whom I saved his number on my phone. And when i tried to contact him, he graciously ignored my messages over 5 times!

This is not how you conduct Interviews and do business. Respect people's time and efforts. Now I get an email saying the position is closed? No additional reason or contact is provided for me to reach. Disappointing! Lack of respect!

Grabcar Malaysia the person who responsible to take me is not moving at all

This man Mr. Sri Siniwasa A/L Ramalu driving perodua bezza (silver) with plate number VBY7665 is not responding to my request and the screen show it was 3 minutes drive to my place but i have been waited for 15 minutes. He claimed he was stuck in jam but to my dismay this road doesn't have any traffic light as it is around housing area. I already pay using my grabpay with amount Rm10, it was deducted already. Do entitled to get my money back as this is not my fault and its raining here, i am in rush.
