Hi!
I just wanted to highlight that I had an issue trying to book a grab car tonight. I tried to make the booking from Passage thru India on Jalan Damansara to Helipad Lounge and the App kept saying I was in a different location.
First driver I cancelled as he was on the wrong side of the highway and the second because he was still with his customers (despite being nearby).
Not sure if the issue was my I Phone or what but wanted to raise this with you. I have cancelled the odd taxi in the past and want you to know I had every intention of using you today. My friends ended up booking on their phones. Very embarrassing as they are both 24 and I am 56!
Please look into this as my phone knew where it was yet this was not mirrored by GRAB

Hi, I would like to complain a grab car driver name Alex at sibu sarawak, contact number is [protected], i want to complain that he is calling and disturbing people and talking rude things, and so busy other people matter however is not his matter.
last but not least, he is fetching passenger and earn extra money from the passenger, it's not a professional driver. please do take action.

reckless driving (car no : vbx 2790)
At about 3.50 pm 15 august 2019, i was driving towards petaling jaya from seri petaling. When i almost reaching at a junction turning to petaling jaya and klang lama your above numbered grab car driver overtaked my car without any signal and very fast downhill. It was a shock to me and also witnessed by my son, the grab car stop at the traffic light in front of me and continued driving recklessly heading towards puchong. I hope GRAB would remove this kind of dangerous driver from their company for safety of all road users and passengers.

Hi Sir/Madam. I want to complaint about the driver as attached the picture below. This driver pick up my fiancee from one place using my grab. I myself book the grab. My fiancee already got into the car. I book the grab for two location. One is my working place. Two is my house. My fiancee wants to take the house key from me and go to my house. For the first location, the grab driver safely send at my working place. But suddenly the grab driver ask for fare. My fiancee thought pay first and then she take key from me and then go to home. That's why she paid and come to my working place and take the key. After she take the key, Ishe turn around, the driver is gone. Please take a serious action about this. Im [censored]in pissed off.
I am complaining about a driver
From the map I noticed this DRIVER (FC5070 - Perodua Bezza) [Blue] missed a turn and he told me he was having a problem, which I though it was a lie because I was watching the map as he just drove further away from the pick up area then I told him to take his time, don't panic and drive safe. Then he have the [censored]ing audacity to tell me that he is going home, so I told him to cancel the ride himself. But from the map he was already on the way to Bukit Jalil.
wrong address and location
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am from Donalds Durian, No 15, Jalan 19/29, Section 19 Petaling Jaya.
The address in your grab app is not correct thus when my customers call for grab they are always sent to the wrong location. Likewise when they are in my shop and they call for grab, the grab will always go to the wrong location.
I have called Grab but no one seems to be able to help me with this.
When customers key in Donalds Durian, this address comes out, 48, jln 19/3, Section 19, Petaling jaya but this is the wrong address.
Can someone please call me on this and change the address as soon as possible.

Being charged Rm3 for not showing up or being late, but the problem is not me, the driver either didnt reach the place or they didnt even notify that they are nearby and arriving, tjey simpily assume that they arrived the place and waiting for their customer thou they actually didnt, the worst is some even ignore phone calls. This is not the first time, fees where being charge and it feels like being scammed all the time.
Yes, I agree. As a grab customer, it has happened to me many times. The grab drivers just initiate "Hop On" 2 - 3 minutes before they even arrive. This is a pure example of an exploit.
inaccurate receipt
I am writing on behalf of passenger, Fukushima Risa (Japanese) regarding this matter.
On 5 August 2019 (Monday) morning around 8am, she taking grab from her house to SMK Seksyen 3 Bandar Kinrara, Puchong. She paid RM45.30 by cash for this journey however the receipt she received stated inaccurate amount which is RM43.00.
We did contact the driver but she said will request grab company to proceed new receipt for her.
However, we did not receive any respond yet we cant contact to the driver now.
Therefore, we submit this complaint form to the company and hope you can help us settle this matter.

I want report one of your female driver at Sarawak Sibu Perodua Bezza Black QBC9137 such as a 40+ years old loose woman, [censored]. She can even having sex with a man who can become her son already by she REQUEST directly to the man due she afraid she is older too much form other and will refused by other. She also sleep around with other "collegue". She can even request her unknown customer to "have fun" with her just to satisfy her physiological needs. What a such of human like this. Please investigate of the driver to avoid many victim's family broken or something else. And MOST IMPORTANT, don't let such human ruined the company's reputation.

when i get out of his car around 10 minutes, i found out i leave my huawei p20 pro his car.i call back my phone was already switched off. i immediately call to the grab center make a report so that they can contact the driver but they just tell me they cannot contact the driver and i have waited until late night to received an email said that the driver did not find my item in his car. hello, are u kidding me? if grab center can take any effective action like terminate his service or would i lost my phone in just 10 minutes? who can compensate to me if i know who is the thief?

Hi grab, The driver was uncontactble, I keep waiting and call the driver. And the reward that I purchased I use it when I booked with this driver. And then I cancel it cause the driver is uncontactble. Now I can't reuse my reward rm 10 for other ride. Can you please explain about it. a driver names Mohd Saiful Dan... sending passenger at 4am from Tuba( Lot 16776-16777, Jalan CANNA, tabuan Tranquility Ph 1, 93350 Kuching Sarawak) to Electra House( Jalan power, kuching, sarawak) asking his passenger to pay Rm100 .He was threathen his passenger. He called his friends which are men on the phone call to come over to the destination as his passenger refuse to pay for it. The passenger was women. I would like grabcar company to alert with my complaints.
ipoh's grab driver attitude
I frequently travel after midnight from Amanjaya Terminal to Kg Dato Ahmad Said Tambahan 2 .
Today 3/8/19, 2 driver cancelled my booking eventhough they are hanging out at the terminal. I resolved to take a taxi for today's trip.
Is grab driver in ipoh is allowed to be this choosey? I think that my trip an RM8 fare is too small for them? If this persistant, I'm not hesistating to change to another e-hailing likes of MyCar which I've seen standby at the terminal. Or might be a systematic approach to make customer like me frust with grab and change to other e-hailing service

The driver messaged me that he couldnt pick me up at the designated place after he accepted my booking because he had to go to the mosque to perform his friday prayer. I asked him to cancel the booking he said driver is not allowed to cancel and instead he asked me to cancel. I refused and told him I didnt want that cancellation in my record and he said he also didnt want his record to be bad either. I told him its ok I will just comment to grab that the driver didnt turn up. He said he is already out of the area and I can do what I like ( in Bahasa Malaysia). He eventually cancelled the booking after like 11 minutes of waiting. I have screened shot our conversation.

Serious complaint about this chinese grab driver. This morning I booked him from Lorong Birch (Georgetown)to Cat Beach(Teluk Bahang), Penang. I had 2 cooler boxes to take with me. He just looked at them and asked if there was water inside. I said no. (I was taking frozen food over to my shop).His boot was full and he begrudgingly removed his items to make room for my boxes. Again, he insisted there was water inside and kept feeling the bottom of the boxes. He then told me to remove the boxes from his car. I asked dont you want this job? He then shouted at me. I said you're a good man to treat a woman like this. He then went to hit me! Luckily a malay man standing nearby stopped him.
This man should be suspended. He's dangerous, explosive and very unsafe for women travelling alone.
reckless driving without caring others people lives
On 31/ 07/19, I was walking towards for my commute to work at LRT Taman Bahagia, Nissan Note JNB 2932 Grey colour was doing a reverse very fast on the high speed public road just to turn in the LRT station just to pick up a passenger. What he did is reckless, and I was unlucky walking past by the road to the station to work and he knock me down, luckily I'm quick enough to avoid it.
Based on his action, he's reckless on reversing very fast on the road without checking the rear mirror to see if any cars or people passing by.
The driver didn't acknowledge his wrongdoing, and without leaving the car to say sorry or neither have a check whatever I'm fine or not or need some assistance. He left the scene without any remorse of his actions and he gave a bad impression before he continues to fetch his own customer.
I would to highlight grab Malaysia, that all drivers need to undergo their driving skill on the road safety and courtesy on the road. Luckily I'm safe from the ordeal, but what if his misbehave action towards the society.

I would like to lodge a complaint against your driver who sentvmy niece last night on 30.7.19. He asked if my niece was muslim and when my niece said yes, he immediately scolded her asking "mana kau punya tudung? Kau taukah kepala kau tu behabuk sudah? Kalau mau jaga kepala, bagus kau pakai tudung. Sedarlah kau tu islam!" And then he scolded her the whole journey. Then when she paid him RM12 as per the rate in your GRAB app, he asked for more and pulled an irritated face. And then, he even told her he will provide for her transport service outside of Grab using his own rate! Because my niece was afraid he will be violent judging from his rough lecturing, she kept quiet until theyreached home.
