After a while he asked me to cancel the trip because according to him that the place i'm going was too for...
I tell him that i got the screen shoot and i'll send to the grab hq.he did come after i got myself a cab

I'm acting on behalf of my friend. She booked a ride from KL to KLIA2 leaving to Indonesia this morning, 15/6/19 @ 5.48am. She left her hand luggage in the car. She tried to contact him but no avail.

This rude driver drove 40-50km along the overtaking lane, refused to let other to overtake, so I indicated high beam to him as a sign of 'please give way'. He didn't bother at all and 'jam brake' a few times even there is no car in front & show middle finger, he completely stopped his car in the middle of the highway to block me from overtaking him, I almost ramped by the car coming from the back.

Good day to all. I am an existing grab driver. I am very upsate with grab customer service that give me a wrong information about changing my info. They told me to uoload and wait for 3 to 5 days. I am do as they wish and get an email that i am successful upload. Buat after 6 working days, i called an inquiry about why my account still not active, they told me that i upload at wrong place. Before that, i call to confirm my document recieve or not, they told me recieved. So i am waiting like fool more than 5 days then they told me i am uploaded at the wrong place? Why not tell me early? Grab support not supported at all.

I did book grab last sunday and i use my grabcredit to pay and its deducted in my account. I am book grab for my son just why i use my gradcredit to pay. So when my son arrive my area and the grab drive ask my son to pay and my son give him cash to pay.. I was very upsad when the driver ask him to pay again. Its double payment mad to the driver. I want gab company to refund back to my account as soon as posible.

rude driver
I booked a car and cancelled it due to didn't see driver moving from his location after accepting my request. So I proceeded my booking to another driver. When I left my house the first driver (TAN YEW THAI) showed up at my house and scolded me with pointing fingers in front of the second driver. I felt threaten and terrible because he claimed that he came purposely to my house just to scold me.
I wish Grab management could take this issue seriously.

this grab driver refused to enter to my apartment compound due to heavy rain.
And he is very very rude. Kept talking rudely amd scolding me when i asked him to turn to my apartment. Kept saying " macam mana ni! ada kereta belakang la! kenapa sekarang baru beritahu! apa lah ! " when i told him earlier but he ignored me.
How can grab allow this kind of drivers..

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with fare cost increase & booking issues.
I am one of the regular travelers that take for grab car to go to my workplace every day.
Usually in my area, before 9am is the peak hour, the fare is about RM10-RM11. After 9am in the morning, the fare is about RM9, It takes only 2-3 minutes between these hours to get a car driver.
I remember that at around 9 am on the 15th May 2019 I booked a car to go to work as usualy. At first, the fare I booked was RM10, but the system couldn't search for a nearby car for about 5-10 minutes, the app automatically jumped out, so I re login the app system and book again, I was so shock the fare cost increased so much & much faster to RM17.
Unfortunately, still couldn't find a driver in 40 minutes, which caused me to be late for work that day, and was deducted by the company for half a day, which made me very disappointed and upset.

I have a complaint for grabcar malaysia. As per i attach picture below, a grabcar driver number plate BPG3335 was so rude today because he just drove his car fast & hit petal water on the road so the water splash & hit us. My husband & i got wet all of the body while we slowdown for the traffic light. He saw us but didn't stop or say sorry. He drive the car was so fast because the traffic light was turn into red & he has a kid passenger behind. He very rude person & dangerous. I hope grabcar malaysia take an action aboit this complaint.
promotion/ reward
Hi all,
I would like to make a complaint about promotion/ award - peksenang. There is clearly stately that I will be entitled a 20% refund from certain merchandise and so the cashier from the merchandise told me. But the grab failed to do so. So I went to call them. During the conversation, the fellow was expecting me to call and check with them whenever I wanna use the reward! WTF! Can't you guys test it before posting it. PLEASE DO TEST YOUR SYSTEM BEFORE YOU DO SO !

I Alrdy at location when I ask the drive where a u.. He say wait but suddenly he make cancellation and when I want to booked again grab.. Grab charge me RM 3.00 for no show what the hell... Until u charge me no show I won't booked grab I will use other apps.. Please take action.. Because sometimes grab drive also not honest. If they don't know the place they call call customer and ask but they not did
superbly dangerous driver
I was driving this afternoon along Jalan Sungai Besi towards Besraya.. i was on the left lane and i had to slow down due to a lorry is taking a turn towards jln chan sow lin. Behind me this Alza WB 9217 Y (with grab number on the back of his car) honked me continuously as like i purposely slowing down without no reason. Then he stop rite beside me and start swearing me with dirty words. I ignore him and keep driver when he overtake me and stop suddenly in the middle of the road like he wants me to hit his car or maybe the car behind me will hit mine. He keep on doing it for few times and everytime i wanna move to the rite or left he will do the same thing. So i just drive slowly behind him until jalan salak selatan i took left turn and let him go straight. (Very thin Malay guy wearing a cap and sunglass, hair is abit curly shoulder lenght). With 3 small kids in the back seat of his car. I hope u can do something if he is really one of the grab driver.

Saya nak buat aduan berkenaan waktu operasi Grab Setia Tropika.
New Driver Training sepatutnya jam 3petang pada hari Jumaat tetapi harini 17/05/2019 saya datang kira-kira jam 2.45petang, staff Grab di sana mengatakan saya sudah terlambat. Mereka menambah lagi bahawa untuk bulan Ramadhan ni, sesi training mula jam 2.30petang. Staff itu kemudiannya menunjukkan notis A4 yang mereka tampal di pintu.
The question is, mcm mana saya nk tahu tentang perubahan masa untuk training? Disebabkan perubahan waktu training yang mereka ubah sendiri, saya dan beberapa driver lain tak dapat join sesi training.
Staf mungkin mudah boleh cakap, datang hari lain, tapi masalahnya mereka tak fikir ke waktu orang lain? Saya apply cuti 1 week in advance semata-mata nak join sesi training ni tapi at the end terpaksa akur dengan keputusan dorg. :(

I want to complaint about the driver and Grab for its system .Driver denied to pick me from location mentioned while booking and asked me to come on highway with my kids .
Secondly how Grab can deduct amount without confirming trip is completed or no ?
If i dont reload money in Grab, then ?
This is just 1 case i noticed, i might have lost much amount by this system of Grab in past, who is responsible for this ?

I am grab driver and can't imagine customer support management can hired unqualified or not training for the staff. The staff dunno the departure and arrival location airport. The call was make on 17 May 2019, 9:07am .
Can't imagine why there is different management procedd in Singapore & Malaysia.

The Grab Malaysia did not take care of driver or passenger. Not like Uber ( Multinational Company ). Grab Malaysia only cares for 20% money.

Attach is the info about the driver. He took the different route which wasn't planned and asked by passenger.
My friend took his car for grab service on 15 May 2019 around 10:30pm.
He verbally abuse the passenger and took different route which was all dark, and talk about sexuality.
At night time talking dirty and taking different route is not normal. It is dangerous too much dangerous
Highly disappointed with this driver.

I'm khairul.. Already fill up the form for medical check up on 6/5/2019.. Then I was make another appoinment on 13/05/2019..
So, I call grab customer service and tell them for cancel the first appointment I make...
Today, 8/05/2019 someone has call me... And wanna deduct rm20 from my accounts... So.. I'm calling the customer service for cancellation is just a waste... Wasting my time, wasting my phone bill and now wasting my grab account...
