Grace Rose Farm Missing half the order

I purchased a BOGO for a shower that I was hosting. Only half the order came. I was originally offered

1 a replacement that I wouldn't receive until after the shower

2. file a claim for a refund of the full amount

3. $200 credit for future use.

Since this was part of a purchase from pooled funds, I decided I wanted a refund. After responding with this request, they told me that wasn't possible and the best they could do was a future credit of $135.

flowers are very ok, not worth $135 for what I actually received. It would have been good if I received the second half of my order.

Recommendation: purchase local where you have control of what you receive and quality.

Grace Rose Farm Horrible Customer Service - Highly Skilled at Gaslighting

I ordered two dozens of roses. I also purchased the Route Package Protection so that I received the roses in the best condition possible. I even planned to be home and was in fact at home when the delivery was made so the roses did not sit outside waiting to be put in water. When I opened up the box, one dozen of the roses (white "Patience" roses - supposedly David Austen roses) were withered with brown edges along the petals. Even more, their stems were so thin, they could barely hold up in a vase when I tried to put them in water to hydrate them. The other dozen roses (yellow "Catalina" roses) were in better condition - the flowers full and with thick stems - but two of them were cut right under the flowers leaving no way to salvage them. Having spent a lot of money on these so called "designer roses," I contacted customer service right away. I called the customer service number but no one picked up and was simply told to send an email, which I did. What came after was nothing short of intentional manipulation. I wish I could post every single bit of correspondence regarding this situation. I don't even have the energy or the heart to go through every single thing they said in response. As a business owner myself, it is beyond belief how anyone could treat a customer this way, much less a returning customer, who has purchased from them more than half a dozen times before simply bc I made one complaint about the condition of the roses received.

Recommendation: Avoid at all costs!

Old and sad flowers for $150. The return policy is all sales are final, however, that is never stated anywhere when I was buying them. What a waste of money.

Grace Rose Farm Worst customer service and fraudulant business practices

Worst customer service and fraudulant business practices. I paid for next day delivery and 8 days later I still didn't receive it. My order was time sensitive 'cause the person I'm sending it to will be out of town when the flowers arrive, and now they gonna just sit there and rot for 3 days. Their apology was a joke, they just offered me 30% off my next order. They must be out of their minds.

Grace Rose Farm I ordered flowers for my friend's big shindig

I ordered flowers for my friend's big shindig. Got a note saying they tried to deliver but couldn't. Told me to call support. So I sent a bunch of emails, a Facebook message, an Instagram message, and left a voicemail. The next day, I got an email saying they tried to deliver again. No info on what to do next. Nada. Now I'm stuck in this weird waiting game.

Grace Rose Farm I'm really disappointed

I'm really disappointed. The flowers came on time, but the Raspberry bouquet was a letdown. The color was nice, but most of the flowers didn't open before drooping and getting brown edges. Only two out of the twelve opened perfectly. This was my second time buying from them. The first one was even worse, but hey, everyone has a bad day, right? I wanted to give them another chance. I live in Virginia, maybe the distance for shipping is too far.

The roses are so pretty and smell really good, but the ones we got weren't that great for what we paid. The delivery didn't go as expected either. Some of them came all brown and messed up on the edges, and one of them lost all its petals in just two days. We picked the 22nd as the delivery date, but we had to contact them after that to say we still hadn't gotten our order or any shipping info. They finally said they would be delivered on the 28th. I had to talk to customer service twice, once for each problem, and all they gave me were two discount codes for next time. At first, I thought that was okay, but then I saw the petals falling off and the browning. Who would want to buy from a company that can't deliver on time and only offers discounts without fixing the actual problem?

Grace Rose Farm Worst customer service and roses!

Worst customer service and roses! I ordered for my daughters graduation. I received the order and within 24 hours the roses were dieing. By day 3 they were all dead. A $80 order that was dead within this time is unacceptable. I contacted them within 24 hours after receiving them and let them know. No resolution given until I sent yet another email on the 4th day. I had been sending them pics along the way of how they looked. Finally after my last email they offered a new bouquet but said they were too booked to deliver until another week out. I said no I want full refund. Time passed and they said they cant help what UPS did to the flowers... This was not a UPS problem. I read other complaints after the fact and others had same issue. They refunded price of flowers but wont refund the $25 shipping fee. They want to blame UPS so wont refund me shipping. I told them that was an issue they could work out with UPS and not on my dollar.

My hubby got me flowers from here for Easter. They came in kinda bad shape, but I figured if I did what the care instructions said, they'd get better. Nope. The flowers were dead and falling apart in like 3 days. My hubby reached out to them. No reply. And then they went and deleted his account. Terrible biz.

I ordered some roses from this business on 4/19/22. I requested that the order be shipped to me by Friday 4/22/22. I emailed the company a few times since they don't have a customer service phone number. I got two replies to my three emails, but my roses didn't come today like I wanted. The customer service at Grace Rose Farm is non-existent.

I ordered flowers on 4-27 for delivery on 5-5 for Mothers day. The tracking from UPS as of today, 5-6, shows that it's still on the way with no estimated time of delivery. I've tried calling customer service multiple times, emailing them, and even sending a direct message on Instagram, but I haven't received any response. It's frustrating that the company is quick to take your money for an order, but when it comes to actually delivering the order or providing customer support, they don't seem to care about the customer at all.

Grace Rose Farm Ordered flowers for Mother's Day

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Paid for Saturday delivery. Got an email two days before they were supposed to come saying they'd be late and should arrive on Tuesday. But guess what? The flowers never showed up. I tried reaching out to the company a bunch of times, but all I got back were a bunch of marketing emails. They don't even give you a phone number or a way to talk to a real person. Grace Rose Farm took my money, didn't deliver the flowers, and won't even bother answering my questions. Meanwhile, they keep posting on Instagram about all the fancy influencers who get free flowers.

I got 2 bouquets for my 17th wedding anniversary and Mother's day. I paid $124.00 for 2 Rosey Posey bouquets and shipping. They were wrapped real nice, but when we opened them, the flowers were mostly wilted and brown, and some were squished. I emailed and called the company right away, but nobody got back to me for 2 days. I filled out the customer service form twice, but still no response. In my last contact form, I told them I wanted this fixed, but if they didn't get back to me, I'd have to take it up a notch. I waited another 2 weeks before I finally reached out to the ComplaintsBoard.com.

I bought some roses from Grace Rose Farm for Mothers Day (5/8/22), and they arrived yesterday, all dead. They didn't look anything like the picture. They don't even answer phone calls, only emails. I sent them pictures of the dead roses and they just said, "put them in water." But that's not gonna fix it. Their Instagram seems legit, but this company is clearly a scam. I also complained to amex and disputed the charge. Seriously, this company is a scam, don't waste your hard-earned money! I posted pictures of the real roses compared to the pictures they show. I don't want anyone else to go through the same trouble I did. Thankfully, amex is good at handling disputes, but not everyone has that kind of card. The best thing to do is support a local business you trust. Keep your money in the hands of honest local businesses instead of professional scammers!

I ordered a dozen Lady Gardener roses on April 18, they were supposed to be delivered on May 8. Got an email from Grace Rose Farm on May 6 saying there might be a delay cuz of FedEx/COVID issue. They said it might ship on May 11 or May 12. I was cool with it, you know, 'cause of the pandemic and all. But then, May 13 came and no update. So, I emailed Grace Rose Farm asking what's up with my order. No reply. Then I used their web form on May 14 to ask for an update. Still no reply. And guess what? On May 20, the recipient got a completely wrong flower order. Can you believe it? 12 days late! The packing slip said May 17, which is 9 days after the original delivery date and 6 days after the updated one. It's like Grace Rose Farm wasn't honest or communicative about the delay, you know? And they didn't even give me the refund I asked for on May 13 and 14. The flowers were a mess, man. Some of the heads had fallen off and they didn't perk up like they said they would. Plus, they were a different rose variety altogether. So unprofessional and disappointing, dude. I've seen other people on social media asking for updates and complaining, but those comments got deleted. Seems like they're treating other customers the same way.

Grace Rose Farm I paid for a flower delivery service to arrive on 3/17/2022

I paid for a flower delivery service to arrive on 3/17/2022. The flowers didn't reach the person I wanted to send them to. GraceRoseFarm doesn't give customers a phone number. Their customer service only uses email, and it's been going on for 2 1/2 weeks. As of 3/31/22, Grace is still ignoring my requests to resolve the issue over the phone. They don't want to give me a refund. The flowers were supposed to be delivered to an office, not a house. UPS says they dropped them off at 8pm, which is after work hours. The doorman doesn't have any record of the delivery. UPS didn't get a signature confirmation. I emailed Grace right away, but they took a few days to reply and then asked me to do the work of finding the package. About a week later, Grace agreed to send the flowers again on a day I chose for business hours. But the flowers never came. I contacted them again, but they ignored my emails for a few days. Secretly, Grace tried to send the flowers randomly, several days later. They never told me when they would be delivered. I don't have any confirmation that the person I wanted to send the flowers to actually got them, but it seems like Grace picked a day when the office is closed. I asked Grace to call me, but they ignored me. I found a 805 phone number and left a message for someone named ***, but they haven't gotten back to me. I've been sending frustrated emails for 2 1/2 weeks. This business is supposed to deliver flowers for special occasions. Making sure the flowers arrive on the right day is part of their job. The original delivery date was 3/17/22, but they didn't deliver what they promised. Their customer service through email is basically non-existent. I've asked for a refund and a phone call multiple times, but they're ignoring my requests.

They are not shipping orders when they said they would. I have contacted them numerous times about when my order will ship and get the run-around. They are refusing to refund my money. I think grace is more interested in flashing her phony smile on idiotic social media sites than actually running a business. I think this company is a scam.
