Grammarly review: Refund not what I expected.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience with your service and to request a refund for the unexpected annual charge.

I signed up for your service with the understanding that I would be billed $12 per month, as stated in the pricing information. However, to my surprise, my account was charged the entire annual fee of $144 at once. This was not what I expected, and as a college student, this unexpected charge has put me in a difficult financial situation.
