Grand Alarms So, I bought a house with a Grand Alarms alarm system already installed

So, I bought a house with a Grand Alarms alarm system already installed. But the old owner didn't have the codes for it. I asked Grand Alarms for the codes, but they keep saying they'll call me back with them. It's been like six weeks now and I've tried calling them a bunch of times. Still no luck.

We signed up with Grand Alarms coz they're the guys our builder hooked us up with for our new townhouse. We picked out where we wanted our low-voltage stuff to go and even paid extra for some upgrades. But guess what? The low-voltage stuff ain't where we wanted it and the upgrades we paid for ain't even there. We shelled out over $1200 for this mess and now we can't even get anyone from Grand Alarms to answer our calls or emails. What a joke.

Grand Alarms I signed up with Grand alarms LTD for their security system in 2018 when I got my new house

I signed up with Grand alarms LTD for their security system in 2018 when I got my new house. The contract was for 3 years and started in August . I told them I didn't want to use their service anymore in Jan 2021 and that I wanted to end the contract when it was supposed to end in July . But they still charged me $28.25 in August . I emailed them and they said the contract was supposed to end in August instead of July . I need a good reason for this extra month. It's not fair to charge me for something I didn't agree to. I tried to contact them but they didn't answer me.

Grand Alarms Me and my ex sold our crib in 2017

Me and my ex sold our crib in 2017. We thought we paid everything off, but turns out we missed one payment of $141.25. Fast forward to June 5 and I get a collections notice from some place called ***. They want me to pay $1,223.79 for that one missed payment plus some crazy charge. I never heard anything about this before! I emailed Grand Alarms and they said they didn't get the payment and to talk to ***. I checked my records and yeah, we missed that one payment. But come on, it's been three years and they never said anything until now? And the amount they want is way too much.
