I came in looking for a 2013 C250 Benz and left with the exact car i was looking for with better mileage and conditions than I expected. *** was more than helpful to me and my needs. He was educated on every question i had about the car and its history. I would recommend anyone to come to Grand Motorcars to purchase new or used.

Im so thankful I landed on this dealership. Everyone at the grand motors was so helpful and genuine. I was privileged enough to work with *** and ***. These 4 individuals worked with me diligently to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. What a great experience they definitely will be getting my customer referrals. If your new to the car buying process this is the dealership for you! Making car shopping easy and HONEST.
Great experience. They worked with us and got us exactly what we wanted.
From my first contact until I drove away w my new car, every person I dealt with was professional and genuinely kind. The salesman, ***, was Most Excellent!
Great customer service! I highly recommend coming to them. They helped me with everything I needed.

We searched & found our vehicle through our bank. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile & immediately connected with I call helper & not a salesman. Mr. listen to our needs & stayed transparent throughout the process. We have purchased several vehicles during our 32 years of *** must admit this the best we have experienced so far. Thank you for your service Mr.

I would give this place 0 stars
I would give this place 0 stars. I purchased my car 3 wks ago from them and had a promissory note to have my seats fixed where it adjust the seats on the side since they are broken. I've texted the guy who sold me the car and called the office numerous times and have delt with their arragent rude employees who just hang up on me when I call and ask to s.w a manager. Don't waste your time these ppl are suck crappy business ppl. Liars about everything they tell you they are going to do.
Sold a vehicle without rear seatbelt latches/locks
Sold a vehicle without rear seatbelt latches/locks. Not only were they missing but the bolts that the latches attach to were cut out of the vehicle so they cannot be replaced. The salesman even pretended to buckle himself up for the test drive using the shoulder strap which was still there. As far as I understand, it is against the law for a dealership to sell a vehicle without seat belts for all seating positions according to NIADA. Again, they weren't malfunctioning or broken, they were NON existant. Also, there was NO buyers guide on the vehicle before or after the test drive which is against FTC regulations for selling used vehicles.
If I could give no stars I would I have the same story as *** only difference is I kept askin for my car back and was continuously told it
If I could give no stars I would I have the same story as *** only difference is I kept askin for my car back and was continuously told it was sold only to find out it wasn't sold they were loaning my car out so other customers can joy ride in it and Grand Motorcars knew they weren't going to be sacked to secure a loan to pay it off. Also my car is up for repo because that had it so long and didn't pay. the trade I've asked for my deposit back several times to only get the run around. They also have similar reviews on their web site I am in the process of pursuing legal action with an attorney if you would like to join me in the lawsuit contact me at solostar360 at yahoo

DON'T SHOP HERE!
DON'T SHOP HERE! We went for a car that was found on *** and it was no longer there. We noticed that many others were there for that same car and we're very mad the car wasn't there also. My mother and I concluded that it was just a bait and switch they used to get people there and look at other cars. We ended up looking at another car since we made the drive all the way out there and tried to negotiate the price lower since it was high and the car had an accident. Our salesman ended up telling us that the manager took that paper with our negotiation and crumbled it up and threw it away. We walked out knowing we dodged a bullet. DON'T SHOP HERE, THIS PLACE IS SHADY AND RUDE.

Well at first we were a bit disappointed because when we walked in we were not greeted like most dealerships does and when we were asked who youre here to see, (even though we kinda have the name wrong) they just said no one works here by that name and walked away.shocking! So as soon as we walked out *** ran out to our rescue, which he is the one we spoke with over the phone. Great personality, great energy, and just a great gentleman period. He turned our whole experience around and made it GREAT! We left with the vehicle we wanted in less than 3hrs and were happy and thankful for that. Thank you *** for your great service!
We believe there were Misrepresentation and Fraud committed in behalf of this dealership
We believe there were Misrepresentation and Fraud committed in behalf of this dealership. I wish we had reviewed this dealership beforehand. We bought a 2018 Nissan Maxima and was told it was clear and there was no damages to this vehicle. Upon inspection by a Professional Inspector there was indeed damages to this vehicle before we purchased it. We believe the dealer intentionally failed to notify us of the damages. There are an overspray of paint, different shades of paint, etc..this vehicle made a very LOUD noise a day off so after purchasing and we had to spend money to put it in a shop..which revealed more damages to this vehicle. The dealership refused to cooperate after we notified them of the damages. Buyer Beware!
I would give no stars to this company
I would give no stars to this company. I purchased a car on 11/8 and picked it up on 11/10. The vehicle was garaged until 11/12 when I went to work. I realized that the key did not lock the front doors and figured I'd have to purchase a new key. On 11/13 I went to the Toyota dealership and they suggested I try a new battery for the key first, which I did. I realized the key still didn't work so I went back on Monday and was told the key was working and the problem was the door lock activators in the front doors - an $1,120 job. I now know why my salesperson went right up to the vehicle, put the key in the lock and opened the front door with the key. They knew this problem existed. I've spoken to 4 individuals who were all supposed to return my call. No one has. I do not expect to hear back from them based on all the reviews I've read.

They try to sell us a car with the wrong mileage wrong caller the wrong sentara finance company but luckily my girlfriend called it went back to the car lot after they said they had lost my deposit and her paperwork they finally found it after I went down there threatening with the attorney general said we'll make it right you a better deal no only reason I went to that car lot because my girlfriend like one certain car there I'm almost home we're very very racist I'm in an interracial racial relationship feel that entomology from.them took one sales rep was supposed to give me a ride down the road he invite yourself into the restroom and aim to my table and I had to pay for his dinner I I don't mind paying for somebody to eat I don't mind that at all but at least have courtesy to ask the manager looked at the paperwork and said oh everything is totally wrong on this and he said he fixed it but yeah he still screwed it up we've been waiting for days for a car as long as done being approved but yet they can't find my deposit and I have a receipt or the original paperwork that we signed so they want to start a new buyers packet I feel them f*** mw in my a*** with no grease. But it's too late we've done bought the car thanks to my girlfriend she now has a car payment on a lemon. I'm the one out t the money for the deposit. I would not recommend none of the racist people there at that car lot. And I will be filing a complaint attorney general
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH ISSUES A YEAR LATER! I purchased an Infiniti QX60 Hybrid in July and I took my car to two different repair shops, once to Infiniti Dealership in Duluth on May 22nd and Aug 3rd 2020. Both shops stated that a spacer was put on the vehicle to bypass Emissions testing which is ILLEGAL in the state of Georgia. I took the vehicle back to the dealership after two days of purchase because the car was jerking. After they had my vehicle for another 3 days, they stated that it was a catalytic converter issue and they flushed out the system with Cataclean. The car still jerked but the check engine light never came back on until recent which is why I took it to get checked. Grand Motorcars is now telling me that they have no knowledge of the spacer and is denying all involvement in placing the spacer on my vehicle. THEY DID, and THEY KNOW IT! I'm in the process of seeking a lawyer to file a claim because this is the epitome of BAD BUSINESS! Now I'm stuck with a car note and a $1500 bill for O2 sensor replacement, that is if it's not the catalytic converter as the repair shop is now insinuating. This could have all been repaired when I took the vehicle back after only having it for two days! I understand buying a used vehicle there's a risk, but they blatantly tried to deceive me and they're lucky that this doesn't go lower than one. Hopefully we can come to a resolution on the repairs but at this moment, go somewhere else and make sure they're reputable!
I wish that there was an option for - stars and really wish that I had done my homework before my husband and son visited this dealership
I wish that there was an option for - stars and really wish that I had done my homework before my husband and son visited this dealership. I feel that it is my duty to warn all of you, so you do not have a negative experience as we did. These people are the RUDEST, deceitful, most unhelpful ever. We purchased a car on 4/28 and it took them until JUNE to send in our payoff for our trade in vehicle. They came up with every excuse in the book and gave us the run-around each and every time we contacted them to follow up. We even had to pay an extra month's loan, out of fear of them tarnishing our credit being that they took so long to take care of it. Then the licensing & registration for the new vehicle was supposed to be taken care of by them as well. I called numerous times to follow up, and was advised that all was being taken care of and not to worry. 3 days before the temp plate was about to expire I called again and spoke with them to find out when they applied for the permanent plate. *** advised that she sent in the paperwork back in May, but being that THEY never had an emissions test done on the vehicle before they sold it to us, a plate could not be issued. I asked why they never contacted us to let us know and she told me with an attitude, "that's not my department". So we had to rush with 2 business days to spare and get the emissions test done and apply for the plate/registration ourselves. May I also add, that the car was sold and handed over to us with wheel locks on the tires, no lock key was provided...AND 2 OF THE TIRES WERE MISSING LUG NUTS. Right after noticing we had to bring the car into our mechanic and have him break the wheel lock off, replace them, and the MISSING LUG NUTS. We have purchased many cars over the years and have never had an experience like this. We will definitely stick to the dealership we normally frequent as we know they can be trusted. We only went to this one because they were the only one with this specific vehicle for sale. I wish I had done my homework before this purchase and we have definitely learned a hard & valuable lesson. Please don't mistake this review as being written by a disgruntled customer, their practice is far from fair. Buyer beware. And if I can help one person from going through what we have, I have paid it forward.
On April 15, I came in to Grand Motor Cars to find a car
On April 15, I came in to Grand Motor Cars to find a car. I worked with Rodney for hours to get all of my income statements printed and sent to the banks. I work as an independent contractor and get statements through Paypal so it was a struggle, but in the end I was finally told that it had gone through and that I was getting the car. I gave GM cars $1300.00 for the down payment that day.
I went through the signing contracts and everything and was given the keys and was ecstatic to have my new car. I drove off the lot for what I believed would be the last time. On April 28th, I received a phone call from Rodney saying that there was a hiccup with the bank and that if I wanted to keep my car that I needed to pay $700.00 more on top of the $1300 I had already put down on the 2017 Nissan Versa. I was shocked. I was not informed whatsoever that my loan was still floating and had not been approved. If I had known that, I never would have drove off with the car that day unless I'd known the sale and loan was final. I also cannot find it in my contract.
The next morning, I immediately drove to GM cars to discuss the payment of $700 only to be asked to reprint everything and do all the paperwork all over again. I then was asked to find a cosigner. I was desperate at this point so I asked two friends who now have inquiries on their credit report. It did not go through so finally I was told that I would have to return the car after all of this. I then am expecting to get my deposit back, but no instead I am told that it was not the fault of GM cars and that I will be paying for the days I had the car. I am out of work and was relying on this car to make money and now I am unable to. I struggled so badly to come up with that down deposit and was never told anything about the loan not being approved before allowing me to drive off. I do believe this is the fault of the dealership with not being upfront about that.
Now I am extremely set back. I was told I was getting some of my deposit back within 24-48 hours of 4/28. It is now 5/04 and I still do not have my deposit, no car, no income. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life and I just moved here to Atlanta recently just got on my feet. I have called this morning with no answers. I will spend $30 more dollars on an uber later today to drive up to discuss what is going on.

I have given Grandmotocars ample time to resolve my issues and they have let me down
I have given Grandmotocars ample time to resolve my issues and they have let me down.Upon purchasing my suv I noticed a strong smoke smell. This is problem # 1I was advised the smell would be eliminated. It took this company 1 month to remove the smoke smell from my vehicle. Problem #2 The control knob wasn't replaced until 1 month as well after I continuously reached out to this business to complete the replacement.Problem #3 The Bluetooth apple play does not work. All though it was a part of my contract. Problem #4 my key fob has completely falling apart I have been contacting Grand Motorcars since April! I purchased the vehicle March 5th.I submitted an email claim to the service department about the traction on my vehicle, I never received a callback! I called again today I was on hold for 15 minutes I never spoke with anyone from the service department. I purchased this 2020 *** Elantra for my daughter. She went to the car wash and the paint started peeling and chipping off her car; which should not happen with A car this new. We took it to several paint and body shops and found out that the car had been rear ended and the work that was performed on it was an awful rush job. I believe the dealership did as little as cheap as possible to get the car sold as fast as possible. The patch work has caused this once beautiful car to look like a piece of junk. The body shop pointed out many factors that proved that the work done was a sloppy and poor. The car was purchased from grand motor cars out of *** a partner dealership to the *** dealership
I bought a 2014 Audi from this dealership a few monthes ago. The car was missing center caps they promised and put it in paper work that they would provide new ones. I have tried over *** returns a call. They also haven't done the title work and I have no tag not to mention I was told the car had not been in any accidents and I noticed paint peeling everywhere and come to find out the whole car had been repainted and had body work. They have done nothing but lie and have awful business skills. I can't even get what was promised or title work done.
Agrees to buy a 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range, but had a cracked mirror on the driver visor. We had a signed agreement that it would be fixed and it was never resolved, despite over 5+ phone calls.
I purchased a vehicle on 12/07, A 2014 BMW X1 at 63k miles
I purchased a vehicle on 12/07, A 2014 BMW X1 at 63k miles. The purchase price was 13k. When I spoke with a sale rep on the phone I told him I was willing the cash out on the car & he agreed to give me a cash deal, so I expected a cash deal when coming into the dealership. The sales rep did not give me a cash deal as agreed. I ended up financing the rest, which was an extra 7k when financed, totaling 20k I scheduled a appointment with the BMW on 12/30 because of sound of engine, the car was barely driven. I had only driven this car for 1/2 of 1k miles. They sold me this car with no up to date oil change. The oil pan gasket also had a leak. I paid out of pocket for the filter, $800 but gasket was $1,200 which I could not afford, I only had the car for 2weeks before the issues. Grand motor sold me this car with issues & refused to trade me out for another car. I am moving an hr away & need a more reliable car. Car repairs are interfering with my car payments, Which is not fair.

Do not purchase any vehicle from this dealership. They are scam artists and will steal your money. They snuck in a couple of things I didnt ask for when I purchased my car, paint warranty customer service pack and ***. I already had signed the contract without seeing these ( first buyers mistake) so I just left it at that. The issue here is I put in a request to cancel the *** insurance ( that I didnt ask for to begin with) and it was cancelled . I have been calling trying to get my refund check and the dealership lies and gives me the run around saying they havent received the check. I called the gap insurance again and they reassured me they sent out the check and that they have everything on file . The lady then tells me the dealership probably pocketed the check and that I could take legal action which I am looking into now . Dont ever purchase a vehicle here just throwing your money away

To start with, I went on auto traders website to look a car and I saw this 2007 Lexus for 6498, my wife and I went to see the car up on arrival we were greeted by Donnie one of their sales representative. Shortly after that he ran my credit then do the paperwork ,my bill ran up from $ 6498 to $8994 plus $3000 down payment at that point I was confused I then asked him where all that money come from he didn't give an explanation so I asked again no explanation. Long story short we went on a test drive I noticed some noise from the wheels and the brakes, I then him about it, he said don't worry we will get them taking care of before we sold the car to you. I left the car with the dealership for one week and half. When we went back to the car, actually Donnie called me to come to pick the car up and I asked him if everything is fixed? He said yes. But later on the same day I had to fix the front tire and discovered the cv booth was all tear up and called them so they can fix it they didn'

To whom this may concern , I bought a car May 4th of this yr . Before I bought the car online said the car was $5400 when I get to the dealership they charged me another $2800 said with "taxes and fees" my sales rep told me they only thing wrong with the car was it needed a sensor and that's what cause the "check engine light" to pop on same with why my Bluetooth didn't work . He said the piece who come in a week a week later the dealer actual tech said it's something wrong with my engine said it might be fuel injectors . Took them a month and several calls from me to get the piece in to "fix" the problem . I pick my car after they "fixed" it , check engine light pop right back up . I've been calling every day since then about resolving this issue, I also think they tampered with my car emissions report . You I've also trying to getting my license plate . They haven't even sent the paper work over to the motor vehicle to get my plates and my temp tag expired 3 months ago .
I went to grand motors 8/28 to purchase a vehicle undecided after about 3 days back and forth I finally found a car I liked. I put down 4500 on this vehicle and later decided I wanted to change my mind and get a full refund because I didn't even get to test drive the vehicle. The dealership pursaded me to keep the vehicle they will work a better deal out for me lower my car note and give $1000 back on the down payment. I agreed so I kept the vehicle and was still waiting on the return of the $1k which I still haven't received today. However once trying to purchase the vehicle I was informed it had issues on with the interior dash board main screen. They advised this is the only issue with the vehicle and it will be fixed so I went on to purchase the vehicle. They advised they will give me a loaner car in the meantime which the first one they gave me they made me bring back and return because they needed the vehicle. There is not enough characters so see attachment for full complaint
I purchased a Ram 1500 in Early 2020 with Grand Motors and recently traded it in at another business. I filed a warranty refund request on 08/31 and was eventually told by Jessica Mejia that it would be resolved on the week of 09/21. After this contact I was ignored and only given noncommittal responses after at least 2 emails in 2 weeks time. I was eventually told the person handling my request had cocid and would be out for another week. I was once more ignored until I spoke to a manager "David" on 10/18/22 who first claimed to be a sales manager and later on the general manager. He promised me my refund would be sent out The following day 10/19 and he would call me on 10/20 to provide the tracking number. He did not. When I called him after 6:30 pm (he had all day to call) he said he forgot, did not even know if the check had gone out, he then checked and confirmed it did and a tracking number will be provided tomorrow, 10/21.
I purchased a 2018 used BMW X5 Hybrid vehicle from Grand Motors Kennesaw on October 2 off the internet. I received the car in my hometown on October 20. The car had one battery cell. I went back and forth for 2 weeks trying to charge the battery but it would not keep a charge. I even tried charging the car at home with the Turbo plug in charger and it would not work. The brakes felt funny as well so I brought the car to BMW service center to get a diagnostic. The turbo charger was broke the cost is $578.00 both front and back brakes are bad with rotors totaling 1474.46. The main problem is the hybrid battery is failing and cost $3000.00 estimate to repair it can be more expensive depending on what is found when they start work on it because an electrical issue can be very tricky. I was told this car was in great condition and they sell the best cars. This car is a lemon. I'm would like Grand Motor Cars to fix the car or buy it back. I cannot keep a hybrid vehicle with a failing battery. This car is very dangerous to drive. There were many inconsistency with this dealership. I was told the car had 50,040 miles and when I received the car it had 53,090 miles and it was delivered by truck. I was told the car charges fine. I was also told I would get a manufacture warranty and I was only given the option of a extended warranty for $4500.00 and was told I'm fully covered to find out that batteries are not covered under the extended warranty. The Dealership knew this, this is why I they did not give me the manufacture warranty. This car has been in my possession for 2weeks and I cannot drive long distances because it will not keep a charge. I would like them to buy this car back! or repair it with a new battery. I feel so violate and taken advantage of.

On 7/2 I purchased a Ford Expedition Max from Grand Motorcars in Marietta
On 7/2 I purchased a Ford Expedition Max from Grand Motorcars in Marietta. The vehicle purchased was advertised on CarMax.com for a purchase price of $51,998 and Grand Motorcars agreed to sell me the vehicle for the advertised price. I traveled from KY to GA and notified Grand Motorcars upon my arrival that I was exhausted and had been awake for over 30 hours. I believe that Grand Motorcars took advantage of my exhausted state and increased the sales price by $685, which I did not recognize when signing the paperwork after having been at the dealership for several hours. Grand Motorcars provided me paperwork stating that there was no damage to the vehicle. I drove the vehicle home and during the first rain storm it flooded out. The vehicle was inspected and was determined to have been in a major accident bending the frame. Repair costs have exceeded $800. Grand Motorcars will not respond to phone calls or e-mail's. Management is ignoring the sales rep's request to help me resolve.

If I could provide a Zero I absolutely would. This company does not stand by their word, lacks simple professionalism or customer service. I would not recommend this dealership. I tried to get this issue rectified and was refused to even speak with anyone besides someone named "David" who claims he was the manager without a name tag, card, or any identification confirming this title. Additionally, this individual claiming to be the manager didn't know who the owner was, Corporate office, or essentially who pays the bills. I sense a very shady business and would encourage everyone to stay far away from this business, company, or whatever they classify themselves as given no one in the location seemed to know who they worked for.
I brought a 2014 cadillac from grand motor cars ..seemed to be a great car I flew out to atl to purchase the car as I did drove it home back to Louisiana where we rain alot i was at work when I began to rain upon my lunch break I run to my car to find it pouring rain in my back seat its raining through the sunroof of the car seem to be through a piece of gasket or something not fair I paid over 20k for this vehicle I told them about it they tell me its a buy as is if I knew it rained in the car I would not have never brought it
I Purchase a range rover from this company. However within two weeks the engine light came on. I contacted them about it they told me to keep driving it and eventually it will go off which never happened for about six weeks they kept on telling me that they will try to get me an appointment to bring it in for a diagnostic on the vehicle, which end of taking about two months. finally prior to them finally being able to get me an appt. I took the vehicle to LanRover because they were taking a long time to get me in to get the car serviced and they were able to give me a diagnosis which I brought the paperwork to grand motors however after they are diagnostics they realize the problem but they said they still will not take care of the service invoice. My sales person understood the situation and another colleague of hers but she said she had to go with the managers request. I am needing to bring the truck to Land Rover but will need them to cover the invoice. Thanks

I purchased 2 cars from this dealership on May 08; my first issue with this dealer ship was that when I purchased the cars I didn't even receive the first one until June 10 after leaving it over the wknd to supposedly get detailed after purchasing it. The second car wasn't delivered until Augustter it was being held for repairs that were never advertised before purchasing it. My second issue now is that its 9/15 and I am yet to receive the license tags. Ive gone to my local DMV to a extension on the temporary tags that are now about to expire. Ive called the local tax accessors office and they have nothing in their records for these cars. Ive called the dealership several times. They tell me that they've sent everything electronically and everything is taken care of but with them saying all that the tags for these cars still have not arrived. Im coming up on the second extension for temp tag that I will need for these tags since May since purchasing these cars.

I purchased my 2019 Honda Accord from Grand Motor Cara and twice my car my has completed cut off on me while driving. On 12/17 I purchased my car and 12/18 while driving on the interstate the car stalled out because of an electrical issue. The car would not accelerate and I had to have the car towed back to the dealership. Paulino Frank was my sale rep and he was fully aware of my complications with the car but did not offer any reimbursement for having the car towed. I left them with my car to preform a diagnostic on 12/19 and received the car back 12/31. The mechanic postponed the dates I was supposed to receive my car multiple times but I was informed the repairs were fixed and my car was ready. 12/31 @ 1700 while driving on the highway, yet again the car completely stalled out and I couldn't accelerate and almost crashed. Before leaving the dealership yesterday I spoke to the mechanic and was ensured everything was good with my car and the repairs are covered under my warranty. I haven't had the chance to experience the car completely because of varies electrical issues which wasn't repaired as promised. This dealership did not inform me of any previous mechanical issues.

Purchased 2017 Civic on 11/23 but while on test drive the check tire light came on
Purchased 2017 Civic on 11/23 but while on test drive the check tire light came on. I asked repeatedly if the car had been through the 120k service that my mechanic told me to make sure had been completed. ***, the salesman, assured me everything had been checked out and all service completed and car was in excellent condition. He made sure we gave him excellent review on *** to give us a card for free oil changes. Since it was the evening and dark outside, I told him I would take the car to my mechanic to have checked out in the morning. Mechanic found lots of things wrong. I messaged *** and sent him the photos. The exhaust assembly was held together with coat hangers, the tires were bent, the windshield washer mechanism was not working, and many other things he detailed. *** assured me they would make things right and fix everything. I was in tears but he kept messaging me that they would fix everything. Said he would have the service department call me. Days went by with nothing...I finally took the car back on Saturday morning. It is now Thursday. *** is no longer responding. My calls are not returned. They still have the car! Since this is for my 17 year old son, it needs to be completed. I offered to have my mechanic do the work as long as they pay the invoice. At this point, we need to know the status of the work and get the vehicle back.

I purchased a 2015 Dodge charger and the vehicle had a loud noise in the front end so I took it a Dodge dealership because I was under the impression that the car was under warranty. So they told me the car need repairs of almost $1600, front struts, tension strut arms, sway bar end links, also the front tires needed to be replaced, the RF tire was bald due to the suspension issues and also had a screw in the tire that I even had to have the car lot I purchased it from fill it up the night I bought it because the low tire light was on the dash. Also the front and rear brake pads were below minimum replacement specifications and needed to be changed. This car should not have been on the lot to be sold in that condition. So the dealership told me the repairs were not covered because the car was out of manufacturer warranty and my extended warranty I purchased didn't cover it either when I was told it would be covered bumper to bumper. So the next day I called the car lot and spoke to a manager and he told me I needed to speak to the person who sold me the car, that person then said he never told me that the car was still under warranty and the extended was not bumper to bumper. So I told him that they need to give me so money towards my replairs and I was told to call back Monday and speak with a manager. It took about 3 days for me to finally get in touch with a manager and tell my story, he then said he would have to speak with his boss and get back to me. He never did after 2 days so I kept calling for over a week and finally got back in touch with him and told him if they paid half of the bill I would pay the other half. I sent all the papers showing the costs and after 5 days I was told the owner would only pay $450 because their inspection sheet didn't show what the Dodge dealership found. I purchased my vehicle in October in Georgia
I purchased my vehicle in October in Georgia. When purchasing the vehicle they told me I would have to wait approximately 3 weeks before going to get my car registered in Alabama. I waited a month to give them time, but I was informed that my information was not the system at my local ***. I called Grand Motorcars and they informed me that the *** will call me when they receive the information and that they(Grand Motorcars) have not yet received the title from the auction they purchased the car from. The temporary tag they issued me was close to the expiration date so Grand Motorcars emailed me another temporary tag on December 4th which expires on January 18th. On January 13th, I have yet to receive a call so I decided to check two different ***s because they are in different counties. Neither *** was had my information in their system. I called Grand Motorcars and the employee that initially sent me the temporary tag informed me that legally he can not print me out another tag. He told me that I would have to contact their tag department at a different location. After being transferred several times, the lady that works in the tag department went home for the day. I called back on January 14th and they told me that the lady working in the tag department had a kid so she will not be coming into her office but she is working from home. The man that initially helped me with my second temporary tag texted me the ladys number that worked in the tag department. Her voicemail instructed me to leave my name, vin number and the problem that needs solving and she will get with me shortly. I need help with either getting another temporary tag so I can drive my vehicle legally or help located the title for my vehicle. If they have already sent the title to the ***, I would also like help obtaining the tracking number for the title of the car so I can provide that to the ***.

*** purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership in *** on 11/30
purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership in *** on 11/30. The vehicle was delivered to us in *** on or near 12/7. There was No paperwork delivered with the vehicle and we were told it would mailed to us. An extended warranty (bumper to bumper) was also purchased. Within 2 weeks of having the vehicle it has broken down and had to be towed to a local Jeep dealers here in ***. The vehicle had multiple issues when it arrived that we were not told about before the purchase. The vehicle has been painted with spray on the bumper and trim, yet no accident was reported to us. The latch on the back rear door is broken. The windshield wipers were in shreds. The dipstick tube was loose and leaking oil. These are just some of the problems. I and my son have made MULTIPLE calls to the dealership to request purchase and warranty paperwork. To date we have still not received anything. I have also called and spoke to multiple people about our concerns with NO resolution. I have talked to 2 sales managers (Oz and ***). I have spoke. To the sales person (Oryan). I have spoken to the finance office (***) and another person named Herb. I have been given the run around, excuses, and have been called a liar. The vehicle is currently non-drivable and is at *** Dealer on *** in ***. The service coordinator there (***) has been in touch with the dealership and the warranty company multiple times. She has relayed to me that she too has been called a liar and has been talked to very unprofessionally by both the dealership and warranty company (Endurance Car Warranty). I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and have never encountered a dealership that has been so deceptive and unwilling to make things right. I would warn anyone considering a vehicle purchase to NOT do business with this dealership.

I gave a car lot *** dollars down on a car,
I gave a car lot *** dollars down on a car, . On the way home I could tell things were wrong with it and called them immediately and said I was bringing it back in the morning. When I returned to the dealership I told them to give me another car to drive while they fixed or at least I thought they would looked at the car I just bought. After hours of sitting they finally pulled another car around for me to drive. It was around the same price of the car I had just put ( ***) dollars down on. On the way home again, I liked the car I was driving and called and told them to write up paper work that I wanted to purchase the car I was now driving instead of the One the previous day. They basically drug and drug it out. 2 weeks later they call and said come get your car its ready. I said but I told you I wanted the one I was driving. They told me to come in and we could do the paper work . So next day I went up to the car lot , only for them to tell me that the paper work had gone through at the bank with the first car and that I would have to basically give it to them as a trade in on the car I wanted. OK so remember I put *** $ down and financed ***. And only had the car 24 hours and they had it for 2 weeks! And they tell me they would give me *** trade in for the car I just gave them *** for! And had to give them another *** if I wanted the car that was only *** $ more than the first!. Unbelievable! So they assured me they had fixed the issues I had with the first car and so I just left in it seeing how I would have been totally upside down ! With in a week I took the car to be looked at because I knew there was something wrong with it. And surprise ,, I'm being hit with a *** $ *** because they said it looked like the car hadn't ever been serviced, belts were cracked and drying. And the brakes and rotors were warped and no brake fluid, spark plugs were bad. And having to pay for a rental. All before my first payment.

I purchased a warranty and when I cancelled it they took $150 dollars of the $511 that I was told by there admin that I would receive. I bought a Mazda 6 from this dealership and after about two years I traded the car for a new truck. The warranty that I purchased with the car still had time and miles left on the warranty. I took the paperwork that they asked for on February 11th to the dealership to cancel the warranty and get a refund for the unused portion of the warranty. The finance manager said he would take care of it so I waited 30 days with no response. I went back to dealership after calling 6-8 times and just being transferred to one extension after another. The finance manager was gone no longer with the company. Talked to another man in finance and he said he would take care of it. I waited another 30 days and went back only to be told that guy was gone and they had lost paperwork and if I wanted a refund I would have to produce the proof of mileage and date again. I gave them another copy of the odometer statement with date of early February. I called and called and finally a lady named Marilyn called me and said she had my paperwork and would get me my refund. She called me back Friday July 17th said she had received the check and I could pick it up on Monday the 20th. I was unable to go Monday due to doctors appointment so I went today and the $511 dollar check she said she had for me turned out to be $361.04. She mentioned that there was a $50 dollar cancellation fee but she was going to waive it because I had waited almost 5 months and had been lied to and made to waste my time and fuel running back to give them the paperwork over. Today when I arrived she said the person who had to sign check was not there but he would be back in 15 minutes. ( He showed up a hour and 20 minutes later. ) And that's when she told me they wasn't going to waive the fee and it was now $150 instead of the $50 she told me on the phone Friday. I called the actual warranty company who said they didn't charge a fee for refund and that I shouldn't have been charged one. I just want my $150 dollars back and I will never go there again.

Product and Service issue Returned to dealer with the 2008 GMC Acadia purchased on 5/21 within two days for transmission stalling
Product and Service issue Returned to dealer with the 2008 GMC Acadia purchased on 5/21 within two days for transmission stalling. Without notice the transmission would get stuck in 2nd gear and would have to be restarted to temporarily resolve it. I was directed to service (Jose) by the salesperson(Oz). Service manager took a look and said that he couldn't find an issue after driving for five minutes. Took it back a second time on 6/15 with pictures of what would happen as well as the error codes displayed and the explanation of the error codes. Service drove the car and said that he would have to speak to the owner about what to do and he would have an answer on Monday (6/22). Did not hear from him on Monday so I called him on Tuesday. He said that he hadn't heard back yet. I called on Wednesday 6/24 and was placed on hold for 20-30 minutes. He never came to the phone and didn't answer my messages that I left with others. Same scenario on Thursday 6/25. I called Friday morning 6/26 and was placed on hold again for 20 minutes or so. I drove over to the dealership to speak with him. Found Jose in his office. I asked what was the outcome of the conversation with the owner and was told that it had been decided that they could do nothing. I asked to speak to the owner and was told that it wasn't possible. I went into the office where I paid my money when I purchased the vehicle and asked to speak to the owner and the sales manager (David) asked what the problem was. I explained to him in detailed and he assured me that he would see what he could do. Oz came in at about 12 noon and asked why was I there. I explain the happenings again. David had some other service guy to drive the car. They kept the car for about 1.5 hours. During which they drove it in and out of the lot four times. Oz comes back after the 4th drive to tell me that they believe that the whole transmission needed to be replaced so they would not do that. I explained that the transmission solenoid valve was sticking and according tho car manual is on the outside. I told him and showed him where the cost of repair is $1100 for which I would cover half. At this point Oz left to speak to David. Ten minutes later, David and Oz came over and informed me that it had been approved for him to send me a check for half of the price of the repair. David said that it would be sent via mail. We agreed and I left. Wednesday 7/1 I called Oz who told me that there was a check mailed to me on 6/29 by the accounts person (Marilyn). I also confirmed the price. I never spoke to anyone again until today 7/9. I called the dealership and asked for David or Oz. I was told that they both were not in today so I asked for the person in charged. I held for 10 minutes before hanging up and calling Oz on his cell. He made a call on another phone to Marilyn and informed me that there was no record of a check ever been cut for me. Oz said at 13:53 that he would call me back in five minutes. I reached back out to him at 17:19 and received no answer. I have been extremely patient considering all of the run around that I've been given. There are several issues with the car (Service airbag light, alignment, broken window motors on both back doors and let's not forget the transmission getting stuck in 2nd gear). However, I am only asking for help to repair the major issue.

Great service! The salesman, Rod, wanted to work with me and made it easy to make the decision to make a purchase. Quick, easy and same day process. I would highly recommend Grand Motorcars and would be returning for future purchases.
I had a seamless experience trading in my vehicle for the car of my dreams. And, as a woman buyer, thats a high compliment. I was treated promptly and fairly by the entire staff. They had a get it done attitude and went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend working with ***. He is the man!
Great service throughout process. *** the salesperson was top of the line. No complaints.
