World Hyundai Matteson Tell big lies to get you to come in

I wish I could rate 0 stars. A bunch of liars work there. They lie, like any credit is accepted and there is no money down. They have you sitting for hours, pretending to get your approval. Read the negative reviews on Google, please. They will tell you that you're approved and that all credit has been accepted. No money down, and they have you sitting for hours while they run the game on five other customers. I wish I had read the reviews before I went in. Type in their name on Google. Look at the reviews, then. Scroll down and look under Lowest Reviews. I wish I had done a Google search before I went to these lying, uncaring people. Free oil changes take hours to do. How can these people sleep at night? They get you there with false promises and lies. I hope you will fall in love with the vehicle. Have you sat there for hours telling you that you were approved? They are trying to get you the lowest rate and a better deal. Do yourself a favor. Don't let these people check your credit and waste credit points. The only way you will get a vehicle out of here is if you have excellent credit or almost excellent credit with a big down payment. What they are doing should be against the law and stopped. They are going to trick and play around with the wrong person, and they won't like the results. No finance company or car advertising sites should deal with this company or refer people to buy vehicles here, and I came in with Read check stubs and documents. They say no co-sign is needed. The biggest liars are the lady who lied to get me to come in, and the salespeople are Louis and Brandon.

Recommendation: if you lije to be lied to and time wated This is the place to go

I just want to say that every one that came together to make this deal work is truly.a blessing...especially Carla she is definitely A1. She kept in contact letting me know from A to Z the process she never left me in the dark and it was all true. I was approved over the phone for just $500 down for a 2020 vehicle less than 16,000 miles on it. God did that when every other dealership where I lived told me no I couldn't because of my credit or I need a co signer. I got this car with World Hyundai by myself with God and Carla's hard work. She knows my story and I just thank you all!

The service department at this Hyundai location in Matteson is a nightmare. This is the second time I had dealings here. The first time I took my 2012 Hyundai Sonata because it wouldnt accelerate they told me it was the transmission I gave the the ok to fix the transmission, after they put the transmission in they said it wasnt the transmission and my vehicle needed more work. I told them they misdiagnosed my car and thats when the h*** started. They ended up what seemed to me stealing my car because I told them I shouldnt have to pay for a misdiagnosis and they kept my car that was April . They then convinced me to purchase another car and because I really needed a car I did. Well that was the beginning to my second hellish encounter with Matteson Hyundai, the engine went out 5 weeks ago and the still havent diagnosed my car. I had to rent a car for a month and all they told me was Im caught between a rock and a hard place. They always said they didnt have any loaners. This place is from h

This is the 2nd time I've attempted to schedule a recall repair that specifically states my vehicle can catch fire while parked and in motion. The recall is over a year old and the first time they cancelled because they did not have the parts. Not I have to schedule again and I literally have to wait well over a month for this service and then I don't know if they'll call me and tell me the same thing again. Had some other service awhile back because of knocking in the engine and they found nothing. Ended up changing gas and it resolved the issue but they couldn't tell me that. I will NEVER, repeat NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership in the future!

They did a engine swap on our car.. had to remove the motor thru the bottom .. didnt do the work correctly our car leaks oil ( never did before) Didnt do a alignment after replacing the motor Test drove it and broke a clock spring And demanded 560$ for an injector Went to another shop injectors were fine no issue. But they broke a clock spring and the steering sensor due to there Negligence in the proper way to work on a car costing us 803$ Think about how much that would have cost me if I stayed thousands because they messed up but wanted to charge ME. When i tried to talk to The corporate manager Will and the service manager Art I was called a liar and was not helped absolute nothing

My salesman was all sweet and and nice initially but then after I purchased my vehicle his attitude changed. The day I got my vehicle *** told me that he was going to get the remote to my car. He actually mentioned it twice. By the time I got to the point where I was signing off for the vehicle he was gone and I asked his coworker did he leave the remote and he said he couldnt find it but that if I came the following weekend it would be ready. I didnt complain because I had to come back anyway to bring back some paperwork. *** and I were in contact via text message about the remote. I asked if it was ready he said he would check. I came in and I was told that they still didn't have it. I called him a couple times and texted him and he said again he would check but never got back to me. I called him again and he said its on back order. I said well this inconvenient. One, I should have had it the day I bought the car. Two, why am I just now knowing about that?! I understand it is a used vehicle so all the features will not be with the car but you told me from day one that you had it and then now you are saying its on back order. I asked for compensation and he said no this isnt a negotiation. I laughed and told him that was unfortunate. It was all negotiations when he sold me the car but now that he had a sale its nothing now. I was a returning customer. I didn't have to go there. Now that will be the last time I get a vehicle at World Hyundai Matteson. His attitude was bad, the service afterwards, and the inconvenience put a bad taste in my mouth. Their location is not close to me and I work nights so trying to go back out that way isnt easy. Also, to finally get the remote over a month later?! Thats ridiculous. They didnt even offer to program it to my car. And honestly I didnt want them to at that point. The service and constant back and forth was enough to send me else where to service my car.

ERIC is THE MAN! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, makes the car-buying process exceptionally quick, straightforward, and extremely simple!...he was BEYOND helpful and accommodating with assisting me with my needs/requirements, and undoubtedly exceeded all expectations!..and, in addition to Eric?s exceptionally High level of professionalism, he is very enthusiastic, kind, caring, and genuinely an all-around nice, super down-to-earth guy. (NO B.S. at all! :) This is/was a wonderful car-buying experience, overall, and the other employees I had the opportunity to interact with at WORLD HYUNDAI were also extremely kind, professional, and made this process as simple as one could ever hope for! :)

The *** of the Palisade Calligraphy vehicle was $49,830 listed on the dealership's website. The salesperson *** stated that this vehicle comes with the "Premium *** package". Due to that, the *** is now $55,830.That was a $6,000 markup from what they advertised it as on their website.After deciding that this was worth the package (which was to include *** Changes, Three for One Protections, and the Lux care XT) I moved forward with discussing the military discount, which they did take off ($500).We then moved to talking about the trade in which their own website gave me a certificate stating it was valued at $18,500 and even gave me a confirmation number and certificate to print out to bring in.They knocked the trade-in down from their own quote of $18,500 to a flat $17,000 stating it was not AWD, even though their own quote was for FWD not AWD.After all of that, they wanted me to sign a Loan agreement for $9,000 if I failed to bring in the car title from the trade in...We got through all of that, and I drove home to get the title to bring it back to them. That is when I asked them about the Premium package they said came with the car and they told me they don't know anything about that. And that I would have to talk to the salesperson. The salesperson said, yes it is in there, but finance did not know what they were doing. And to come back in 2 days on Monday and he would have it all straightened out.I came back to the dealership on Monday and waited an hour in the lobby to talk to the finance person who tried to give me only the Lux package and even tried to lower the price of the Lux package (which affects the amount it actually covers).I explained what the package was supposed to include and the $6,000 increase from the ***. I was told they would do the lux and bump the cost of the lux back up to $4,999, but that is all they would do.The other $1,005, well they just called that Market Variance. Lastly, the plastic and stickers were still left on difference parts of the vehicle: the seats, doors, mirrors, and tires

We have had the vehicle 2018 Hyundai Sonata for less than 1 year. The car is only driven 5 days a week for work less than 20 miles away. I have had the car serviced every time at the dealership. Continues to have an issue with oil loss and now the starter. The vehicle was towed almost 1 month ago to Hyundai in Matteson and it is still not repaired. I have called several times and it takes for me to ask for a manager to get the minimal information I'm receiving regarding the return of my vehicle. I initially was lied to by Christasia regarding the process of a loaner car her presentation each encounter has not been pleasant. *** the supposed care coordinator they assigned me too does not return calls. This has been the most frustrating process especially due to poor communication. Also we continue to receive text indicating its time for a check up from Art who is aware the vehicle is their in service which is annoying. If the vehicle is there why isn't that being done while we continue to wait for the car to be fixed and returned. This place may make it possible for you to purchase a vehicle but when it comes to communication afterwards it's poor.

World Hyundai Matteson Erik is honestly the best person I've ever dealt with when it comes to looking at cars

Erik is honestly the best person I've ever dealt with when it comes to looking at cars. He made me feel very comfortable and didn't rush me at all. I went to at least 8 different dealerships, and he is by far the most knowledgeable car salesperson of them all. He also is a very cool guy in general, which just makes you want to buy a car from him even more! My dad bought a car from him over 5 years ago, and he even asked us about our dog when we came in. Such a simple gesture meant the world to us. Once I met him, I immediately knew where I'd be buying a car from. Such an amazing guy with an amazing talent for selling, communicating, etc. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Anyone who needs a car, Erik Garcia is your man!

I rated this establishment 2 stars only because of Dante! World Hyundai is lucky to have him (I would have given him 5 stars if it wasn't for my horrible experience prior to speaking with him). The salesman that I had interactions with was not truthful (he told me the car had features that he knew wasn't included). The car had multiple issues (which the service department was willing to fix). The manager made promises without doing her research--she told me she would reverse everything for me. When I arrived, of course, she was speaking a different tune. All of a sudden, she couldn't reverse anything because the financing was already finalized (she shouldn't have said anything if she wasn't sure). I dont recommend anyone to go to this dealership-they are not trustworthy at all!

World Hyundai Matteson is a very shady and undermining dealership. I went there with my son to look for a car. He was supposedly pre approved. Once we arrive and start talking with the salesperson, we realize that was just a PLOY to get him to the dealership. After we find the car he liked we went to finalize the paperwork for the financing. Surprise, he wasn't preapproved after all. I decided I would help him out and co-sign for the loan. The shady finance department decided that after the paperwork was signed that they would submit the paper work with me as the purchaser and not the cosigner. When I confronted the finance person Jeff about the problem he said there was nothing he could do. All the paper work had the wrong address on them and the finance company can't do anything about it either. So now I am going to have to see if my son can refinance the car without me on it. It is completely ridiculous that these businesses continue to operate this way.

When you need a car whether it is new or used go visit World Hyundai Matteson Auto Mall. When you visit ask for ***, she's the Salesperson for you. When it comes to selecting a car that would work for you. She is friendly and patient when you are unsure. *** is the Finance Director, and he can make magic happen with numbers. He will take the time to answer any questions you may have regarding your purchase. He is the person you want on your team. *** is the Sale Manager, and she is awesome. She's the one that can search around for the car you looking for to better assist the salesperson, to make sure you happy. This team together is AWESOME! We sent quality time together making sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. Everyone was extremely patient with me. If I was unhappy my team still continued to work hard to make sure I was happy, and I appreciate that dedication. I cannot leave out WILL *** the Manger, who was awesome as well. Stop by and say hi to my team, they will not let you down.

World Hyundai Matteson I've been to many dealerships and purchased cars this is the WORST one I have ever done business with

I've been to many dealerships and purchased cars this is the WORST one I have ever done business with. I went to a dealership so I wouldn't have to experience issues like this BUT here we are. I don't usually comment on things but my experience with this dealership was AWFUL. I put down $1500 for a car that I was basically a piece of junk. Literally the next day of having the vehicle my engine check light come on. THEN my door handle comes off plate lights don't work. I called them to ask and make sure I could get the car repaired. SO I travel two hours to get there for them to have me wait for 4-5 hours before they say we can't repair anything. They gave me the run around and walk around that building like they were doing something when all they did was waste my time and money. I'm seeking further assistance with issue considering I purchased a "warranty" they didn't honor. I will NEVER do business with them and I will be sure to tell my colleagues about their shady business practices. Thanks to the worst salesman I've ever dealt with named Chevy ***. Again I've been to multiple dealerships and Never had such a bad experience as I had with World Hyundai in Matteson.

World Hyundai in Matteson claims they worked hard for me. However, if they worked hard for me, why did they call me only 3 times? I had an appointment with a Dealer on Thursday 12.23.21, and I guess the receptionist didn't tell the person i was meeting with that because I worked on Thursday, I to reschedule for 12.27.21. Although, I left a voicemail on Joy's answering machine and emailed her, she called me on Friday like nothing happened. Seems skeptical to me. Also, I mentioned on 12.27, that I ultimately decided to cancel the appointment for 12.27, and I'll not be coming there and having to find out things that were not told to me before I go all the way out there. The new lady, Rachel, I explained to her that in my neighborhood (Morgan Park), people are very nosy, boisterous, and destroy items that's not there. I explained to her that the risks and the costs are greater than the benefits and I decided now is not the best time to get a vehicle. Rachel never sympathized with me, and she continued to talk over me. Now, if you let me continue with the risks and cost, I would have asked for used cars, buy since she continued to speak over me, and hung up on me, I'll be taking my money somewhere else. Be cautious because going to here, because of all the text messages. They ask me if they can call me, i SAY YES, AND 90% of the time, they text me. George W

I actually got a text come someone named *** who wanted to let me know my car finiancing was approved for an unlimited amount. She said I should send her my check stubs and a copy of my drivers license . Once I did she didnt respond, I received the same message 2 days later. Then I revived a call from someone name *** , *** assured me that she works with the banks and they have approved me for a unlimited amount . I explained to her I love to far and I dont have money for a *** of Lyft back she assured me I would be leaving with a car . The next day I come to get a car she tells me come in and ask for ***. I come in but *** has taken the day off and I have to work with someone new as well as reprint my *** and show my license again when I just sent them to *** the previous day. Then my ex wifes car came up on my credit but she has been paying her car off any their stating that the car hasnt had anything payed on it since the pandemic started which was possiable becouse she got her car stolen at the begging of the pandimic which she told me as soon as it happened. Turns out she has had the car back and been paying everything on it , she just didnt tell me . The manager of the facility pulled me in the office tried to explain to me the problem, but the problems should have been explained be fore I took a trip to Matteson *** from 68 and stony in *** Ill. The manager called me a *** at work keep in mind he black too, then told me to get the *** out of his establishment. I instantly called ally who the car is with and asked why its not adjusted on my credit but adjusted on my ex wifes , they told me to call the credit buro and get it cleared up. I called them and there no one to talk to no one to help . Im so confused these ppl have been doin this to people for years. I went through the same thing last year at the same dealership. They are acting as if they have no regard for human decent or respect. World Hyundai Matteson My wife Vickies Sonata was in for a warranty recall last year

My wife Vickies Sonata was in for a warranty recall last year. The repair took almost 5 months, which World Hyundai supplied her a Hertz rental to drive for a period of 46 days from 6-8 to [protected]. They told us to return the Hertz rental as they had a dealer rental/ loaner available. Well, we just received an invoice from Hertz for the rental not being paid. The person at Hertz said she has tried for 9 months to get the invoice paid. I have tried to reach people and get this resolved. I have sent email to Service Director Art *** as were his instructions. Art will not call me or discuss any more. The dealer phone people will not let me speak to General Manager Sh'***. This dealer is very unprofessional and management does not follow up in a timely manner. Maybe its just us, as our experience with the 5 month warranty was not pleasant, and resulted in them purchasing our car which was damaged while in their possession.

On March 31st 2022 I went to world *** to purchase a vehicle preferably a pickup truck or something with tow capability and was shown a 2018 *** Colorado only car that they showed me I was not told of any problems with the car I was told that the car was good and there was nothing wrong with it. I purchased the vehicle and within 45 minutes after signing paperwork the car began to overheat there was a brake light out and possibly other problems that I did not know about or was not aware of upon purchase I returned the car to the dealership world *** they say they were going to fix the car on March 31st then I was told that they were waiting on parts which wouldn't be in till Tuesday which was April 5. I have been asking to get another car but was told I can't since I sign paper work and drove off lot with that car. I have not had a car for 7 days now

Was made to think that a extended warranty was giving to me at no charge after going through my contract because the price of the car was higher than the price I was quoted I requested the warranty to be cancelled I was sent the paperwork which I signed along with a picture of the odometer it's been over a month every time I inquire about it being canceled I get bounced around from department to department with no answer I just want to know that the warranty was canceled.

World Hyundai Matteson On April 20, I took my car in for service to purchase new tires

On April 20, I took my car in for service to purchase new tires. My car has red protective rims around the wheels. World Hyundai kept my car for two days waiting on the tires to come in. On April 22 I picked my car up and the red protector rims were not around the tires. I informed the service manager Art that I would like to have them back on my car. He had his technician to put them back on. On April 26, one of the protector rims broke off my car because it was installed incorrectly. I called Art the service manager and informed him what has happened and he told me to take a pic and email him. After I forward the picture of my car he never responded. I called and left him several voice-mails. He never returned my call. On April 30, I took my car back to World Hyundai and asked for the manager. He came and looked at my car and said he doesn't know how that happen and he would call me Monday or Tuesday of next week. I would like to have my car fixed.

I have been given a car with with major issues needing an transmission at first, then transmission mount, then an engine now has been replaced and is miss-firing. I have taken the car back to the dealership that had replaced the engine and now there is no urgency in fixing or checking my vehicles unsafe condition. The dealerships service department has not made an effort to fix the problem nor allow me a loaner vehicle to get to work i have missed many days to get this car repaired and i can not miss anymore i will lose my job and income and be homeless if i miss work

I worked a deal with the dealership and we agreed over the phone on the payments. I made it clear to the dealer that I live 2.5 hrs away. He confirmed the car availability and that he is willing to stay late for us to close the deal. After 5 min the salesman called us for some information and said that he is waiting for us and that the car is available. 54 min away from the dealer, we called the salesman to initiate the paperwork. After providing all needed information, he confirmed that he is still waiting on us and that the car is still available. 10 min after the call, we received a text from the salesman stating that the car has been sold. I was very disappointed because I have traveled over 2 hr and I was 30 min away. I called the salesman requesting speaking with a manager. 20 min later the manager called confirming that the salesman was in the wrong but instead of offering solutions he started yelling on us over the phone and ended up by insulting and hanging up on us.

I purchased a vehicle December 18th. I have since had a few issues with the car. I have tried to call the dealership multiple times to get information. They respond that they are busy or they will call me back. I was also promised a free tank of gas. The salesman hangs up on me on me and disregards my messages. I have an agreement for free oil changes. Due to the terrible customer service with this dealership I would like a refund on that or the ability to go to another Hyundai dealer.

I purchased what was supposed to be a pre-owned used vehicle from world Hyundai 6/5. Within the first month I had to take the vehicle in for leaking inside the vehicle, 2 weeks later I had to take it back for fluids not being topped off, 2 weeks after that the first check engine light came on. That began the saga of the check engine light. With in 4 month of purchase the catalytic Coverter needs repair, that is under warranty. I take that in was not given a loaner, no rental. I get s call 3 days later telling me now the engine needs repaired. 1.5 almost 2 months longer i go to get my car pick it up and my engine has a hole in it. No new parts I'm charge for items but the service not performed and my car is running worse now the it did when it came in.

I brought a car from World Hyundai on 01/22. The car was working fine up until 03/28 around 11pm . I was driving on the expressway when it started losing acceleration and then jerked .I was coming up to my exit on the expressway when i was then flagged down by two other cars who were yelling at me that my car was on fire underneath. I immediately pulled over and got out to inspect. I saw that my car indeed was on fire underneath ( it was a small fire that went away in a few minutes )Once the fire stopped my car just begin to smoking. I waited until smoke was completely gone and tried turning my key in the ignition but it wouldn't do anything so I had it towed. I was extremely upset and confused as to why a new that i just purchased would catch on fire like that without any warning indication from the vehicle at all , NO WARNING LIGHTS I ALL!. The next Morning I called World Hyundai to address issue and they told me have it towed but they have not fixed or tried assisting

The engine died in my car. It is under warranty so they were supposed to give me a new engine. They have had my car since March 29th. Almost five months later, and I still haven't received my car, a new engine, or a loaner car. I've tried to remain as patient as possible, but this has become ridiculous. There was a guy named *** thay was working with me for a couple weeks, but after a while whenever I called he wasn't there and no one had any information about my car. It wasn't until I went up there last month when I found out *** wasn't even working there anymore? At this point I just want the best possible outcome.

They had told me there was an oil issue and I needed a new motor. *** they said there was not a large issue just a small oil problem and to bring it in every *** miles. *** they said there was nothing wrong with car. I was supposed to bring it in this month for an oil change and now they cant take it till November. I want them to take the car in for the oil change they had said the car needed. They said they might be able to take me this weekend, My car is still using oil and I dont know if it needs more work. They say nothing is wrong with it.

June 5 World Hyundai dealership in Matteson IL got my information fraudulently from *** car loan. I filled out my information and then erased and I didn't send it. They ran a hard inquiry from my credit report without my permission because of that my credit score dropped 45 points in 1 week. Plus, I have been receiving numerous emails and texts from other dealerships. They stole my information from *** and my credit score keeps dropping. I am a client of *** andthey inform me right away if someone runs a hard inquiry on me and if my credit score goes up or down. Last month my credit rose because of my on time payments. Now all my good hard work on my credit report has been stolen because of what World Hyundai dealership did. I have to do a credit freeze, dispute and credit fraud alert on my account. I have tried to contact World Hyundai dealership in Matteson by email and phone to no avail. I have asked for a Letter of Deletion to be sent to me.

I purchased a vehicle from World Hyundai in Matteson, *** in April . In September I paid off my car in full. I was informed by my finance company that I was entitled to a refund for the *** insurance that was purchased. I contacted World Hyundai on October 1 and informed the finance department that I paid off car and I would like to request a refund for the *** coverage that I purchased. I received the World Hyundai Cancellation / Termination Request form by email. I completed the form and attached a copy of the payoff letter and proof of my car's mileage. This request was emailed on Oct 4, 2021. In December I called World Hyundai to inquire about the *** refund where I was told it was being processed by the *** warranty company. I then called the warranty company where I was told that World Hyundai never sent the paperwork. on December 2 I then contacted World Hyundai and spoke with *** who asked me to resubmit my refund paperwork. After waiting a few weeks, on January 5,2022 I contacted the warranty company where I was again told that World Hyundai never sent the refund request. On the same day I sent an email to *** addressing this issue and I never got a response.

Over the last couple years World Hyundai has been performing oil consumption tests due to a recall on my car. After bringing my car in as required, they keep giving me the run around and making excuses. The mechanics are over worked, they lost the paperwork, the requirements changed etc.I am an elderly lady and they attempt to try and get me to purchase another vehicle instead of fixing the problem. As of today, I picked my vehicle up because after two days they still had not done anything and told me I could come get it and to bring it back Monday. I am at a loss short of hiring an attorney. I have attempted to work with them since I have purchased several vehicles from them. I need someone to assist me in getting the recall issue fixed because I need my car. I retired so I am on a fixed income and I have doctors appointments I have to reschedule because they keep promising theyll fix it and wont provide a rental or repair my car. Ive spoken to the general manager who assured me it would be taken care of and another manager (***), who made those promises as well to no avail. My 84 year old mother contacted the dealer about purchasing a used car she saw online. She says she was told by the salesman that she could not get financing for a used car but could get financing for a new car, at approximately 10% interest. She was sold a new car that she clearly cannot afford. The car should never have been sold to an elderly lady on a fixed income. I feel as though she was taken advantage of by an unscrupulous salesperson. She spent five hours in the dealership. She never did receive a copy of the vehicle sticker with the MSRP. She does have her copy of the sales contract she signed with my disabled brother who cosigned. He receives disability, most of which is spent on medication. As one of her other sons I have tried to resolve this issue through the dealer and through Hyundai Customer Care with no results. Hyundai Customer Care initiated a case. The Case Manager reviewed the case and referred me back to the dealer for resolution. This transaction was possibly a violation of the Elder Abuse Victims Act and/or the Senior Consumer Protection Act. I called the dealer on multiple occasions and spoke with the Finance Manager and a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager told me she would speak with the General Manager and someone would get back with me. No one has contacted me as of yet.

World Hyundai Matteson In December my car oil light came on

In December my car oil light came on. I brought my car into the dealership and was informed my car was missing 3 quarts of oil. I wasn't due for an oil change for another *** miles. I was informed I would need to have an oil combustion series on my car. That was completed in February 2022. After receiving my car no one gave me an update. I reached out to the service manager for a month without an response so I contacted corporate. I was informed by the dealership that I would possibly need a new engine but someone at their shop "dropped the ball" during the second series and now additional information would need to be taken to submit to corporate. On March 24th I brought my car to the dealership for an oil change. Three hours after receiving my car it started smoking. I call the dealership and brought my car back in. I was informed that I possibly have a cracked coolant. My car has never done this before. I spoke with the service liaison and he was completely rude stating when they change oil it has nothing to do with my coolant. I informed him I did not have that problem before I gave them my car and was completely dismissed. A loner car was not offered to me nor a wait time. I was told my car has to cool off before they can see where a leak is coming from. Eventhough I didn't have a leak when I got there.

Hello, I would like for your team to investigate the shady, underhanded, and deceptive practices of the staff at WORLD HYUNDAI of Matteson. They are advertising second chance financing with no money down. Then, once you get there they change their tune. They allowed me to drive off the lot after paying 1000 cash down on a vehicle that they claimed I had been approved for. Also, during this process, I was given a car that had been previously owned and driven. The car had over 3000 miles on it already. I was compliant and provided all of the necessary documentation. A month later, I am told that I was not approved and that I have to surrender the vehicle and I could receive my cash down payment back, but in a check. I asked for it in writing and they refused to accommodate my request. I am disabled with 4 children and two of them are disabled. I have no family and I am a single mom. I am working on repairing my credit. That's the main reason I considered WORLD HYUNDAI. The sales rep Carla made me feel at ease. Then Jeff T came into the picture. He has been deceptive and belligerent amidst my complete compliance. I need my FULL REFUND. He is trying to take the car and mail me a check. I don't trust him ONE BIT! Please help me and countless others (based on ***) get JUSTICE against this unjust business. Thank you for your time.

Hello,I dropped my car off for service at world hyundai on 1/25/22 to get an exhaust service. They gave me a quote of $1100 for the repair on 12/18. However after hyundai did their research they quoted me *** for the repair. For a month they had my car and gave me minimal updates regarding an estimated time to complete, on 2/21/22 i got an call saying my car was ready for pick up. Upon going to retrieve my car there was a crack in my windshield, when i inquired about it to the service manager they told me that they not fixing it. I explained to him i had footage of my car before the service and there was no cracks in my windshield. I contacted consumer affairs seeing how can i get my car repaired and they opened a claim. Spoke with the site manager he told me to pay 750 out my pocket to get my windshield repaired. I informed him that i could not afford it and i shouldn't be liable for this repair since it happened while they had custody of my car at the time. They did an vehicle damage report when they in took my car but their reports show no damage to my car but they want me to pay for the repair. On 2/25/22 i spoke with Will *** who is a corporate manager who informed me "i dont have to do anything for you" after i inquired about the repair please help me with getting corrective actoons taken i lost out over thousands on a rental car and if i drive my car any where i will be out of compliance due to the windshield having a crack greater than 6 inches. My kids had to miss school the week of 2/21/22 due to me not being able to drive my car.

World Hyundai Matteson August 13, I had walked in alone to finance a car of $20,732.97 2018 Hyundai Elentra, paid the putting a down payment of $1,529.60,however

August 13, I had walked in alone to finance a car of $20,732.97 2018 Hyundai Elentra, paid the putting a down payment of $1,529.60,however I was not able to leave with the car until August 14th due to he fact that I needed full coverage for the vehicle. I had asked them to do an oil change and make sure there is no mechanical issues, which they stated they had done early that morning of August 14th. Now I was not offered a warranty, however the Finance person, ***, disagrees he says " you gave a set budget, and you did not want to go a *** over", but was offered the gap insurance which I did accept, *** was my seller, I asked him can I pick a car myself at a cheaper budget, he stated " No because the loan approves you for a certain car, and the car cannot have high mileage" which explains that the loan picks a car for you rather than you picking your own vehicle or something that you are more comfortable with. Now September 27th, nearly 2 months my car had went out I had triple A tow my car back to the Evergreen triple A location, which they stated that the alternator is out, then September 28th, I had the dealership tow the Car to their Location, World Hyundai, which at this point neither the battery or alternator is not working, I had to finance a battery onsite, which they were able to run an diagnostic test, stating that the engine is lock now, and a new engine has to be replace costing over $7,000, which I decline due to the fact that I only had the car for nearly 2 months and the engine is already out, I had schedule appointment for my car to be checked and maintenance but the earliest appointment available was November 27th,2021. The Manager *** was very rude, aggressive and hostile, saying " you listen to me" , and in the hallway he was in my personal space as well.

World Hyundai Matteson In February 2022, I contacted World Hyundai to have the driver's side door handle on my car replaced

In February 2022, I contacted World Hyundai to have the driver's side door handle on my car replaced. The handle was broken when the door from a car parked next to mine hit the handle, which broke in half. I was given an appointment for sometime in March. I called close to the appointment date for confirmation, and was told that I had to pay to order a new handle first. I gave my credit card information and was charged $162.20 on March 25th by World Hundai of Matteson. I was also given a new appointment date of April 23rd at 12:15.I arrived for the appointment and was checked in by *** I told him what I was there for. I went to the waiting area and was there for about 3 hours when *** called me on the phone saying my car was ready for pickup. I informed *** that I was in the building waiting, and went to the service desk. *** then tells me that the door handle was not repaired because the handle was not in stock. Considering that I had just waited 3 hours for nothing, I was not happy. *** said that the part had never been ordered. He assured me that he would order the part and would call me when it came in.On Monday, April 25th, I discovered that my credit card had been charged for the part in March, so I called *** back. He informed me that the part WAS there, but had not been sent out for painting. He said it would take a couple of days for the handle to be painted and that he would call me back. Of course, he never did.I called this dealership at least twice this week, left messages and never got a call back. On May 11, I called and asked to speak to a Manager. I spoke to *** who identified himself as a service manager. He said the handle was there, but wasn't painted. He said he would call me back after finding out what's going on. He did not call me back. I feel like everyone I've spoken to at this place is giving me the run around. I've wasted gas and my time trying to have the handle repaired. It shouldn't be this difficult.
