On 3/29/18 I made a purchase with dell and half way into delivery green dot contacted them and said it was not a legitimate transaction and that I was not the account holder. Dell then apparently refunded my money but i've received nothing. I contacted green dot and they insist they don't know what dell is talking about and that I should file a dispute. I have filed 2 now as well as emails to show proof of my transaction and denial of delivery from dell and green dot says my disputes and claims are denied and not "eligible" for recovery of funds. This company is a freud and needs to be sued and shut down.
walmart money card
My account was hacked nine days ago. I have filed the dispute forms, I have called, and I have patiently waited for my money to be credited back. It has yet to happen and no one will help me get my own money credited back. I will never use this card again ever!
The date was april 28. Someone in california used my card for a hotel room for 175.00 (which I would never spend on a room!). I need my money now. I need my money now and am furious that I am suffering because a criminal hacked my account. When I called saturday, again, they had no record of my dispute. So I emailed them about ten more copies of the dispute! This is a horrible company.

Fix your website! We purchased a prepaid card and are currently trying to register it, however, upon trying to enter the card number on the second page of activation (where personal info goes) it will not allow us to enter the numbers. We've been trying for two days. There is now money that I can not access on my card. This is upsetting at best. I will definitely not be purchasing in the future if this does not get resolved. Please rectify!

I am very upset about my transaction made today... This morning I had 31.15. I spent only 9.30 for todays transaction I promise I wouldnt lie! 8.00 is tooken from my card and im eft with 13.00! as of 4 19 18, i have emailed my drivers license 6 times, via mobile, computer, scan, jpeg, nothing has worked. Money 7K federal refund is still blocked. I can not get a clearer photo than via scan. My tax Return was transferred to this card and now I cannot access funds! The number I call says the card is closed and I cannot open another account with this bank. I need access to this money. I was told someone claims that this were there card. Here's proof that my husband purchase this card... what else do you need? please release the block on my card this is the third complaint I've wrote since Monday still problem not resolved. I sent all verification asked for. Went to social security twice. Took e mail from Green Dot about what was needed. They made verification letter. Still holding our family funds. My nine year old son and my 68 year old husband are disabled. We are about to lose where we live cause no access to our funds. They have what they need which is insane because it never should have blocked at all due to absolutely no unusual activity nor any changes.
I am still waiting for them to update my card. I made a complaint on the 11th. Everything has been sent in since April 6. They still have done nothing but tell me to allow 24 to 48 hours and refuse to resolve this. Social Security is aware of what they are doing and I have since obtained and attorney about this to close that card and have the balance sent back to Social Security so it can be deposited into my new account. I found they are in violation of New Mexico and Federal Laws and the Terms and Conditions is null and void since they did not do as federal guidelines advise them they are to do. So far, we are 160.00 in debt with late charges because of their idiocy.

I really need to speak to someone about my card in money. I have no idea on whats going on with my account i been with green dot since 2009 I will never do anything to put myself in situation where I have to face the law. I had reported my card lost and ended up finding my card, so I asked how to unblock my card with no avail. Been sent to some websites that didnt help cause it was either the wrong page or they didnt know where to send me. And I can not get ahold of any real person. fraudulent use of my info
Someone is using my information to open up moneypak cards. I found out from getting text messages that money went thru. I tried to contact your company thru the website but without the card number i cant complain there. The criminals have the card number not me. I want your company to help me delete any cards related to me and block future cards from being made. This is fraud and i need help please. Thank you
secured credit card
On March 30th green dot bank allowed a a charge of $3719.32 to go through on a secured card that had a limit of $1400 (my money) and an available balance of $200 at that time. I contacted them and they said that a rental car agency can force through a charge over limit. Complete bogus. I knew my charge was actually $379.32 & this seemed like a computer glitch. The fraud dept told me my only choice was to dispute charge & get new credit card (which I had to pay $30 to get). I wait for my card in mail & call again a few days later & was told that I cannot get my card or use my account until investigation is over. So their motto technically against the FDIC laws by not returning funds to you or allowing you to even use your card until they complete investigation. So I have money sitting somewhere. And they closed that card won't give me my new one (which I paid for). I faxed all documentation needed to verify this was a computer glitch by rental company. They now won't even allow funds to be paid to previous pending charges that week. $700 which is mine to be paid is now on hold. These practices are illegal. I want my new card & my available funds of $700 released. This isn't okay!

mastercard debit card
On 3-2-2018 I bought a reloadable green dot mastercard debit card from dollar tree and loaded it with $20. When I call it says my card is registered but when I try to use my card it doesn't process. I'm not sure if I entered something wrong when signing up but whatever the case is I need it fixed asap. I tried going online to resolve the problem, I tried calling a representative and nothing. There is no customer service. I need help, I put my last $20 on this card

Information, detailed, all I can say is that if I had the time to literally pursue some type of class action against them, I would. If I could afford to hire a lawyer, I would.
Yet I am just a single parent with two kids who works monday through friday and tries to make a decent living.
Yet this green dot, keeps my money so to gain in their own investments by holding mine and who knows how many more peoples funds as to gain interest, for themselves. How can anyone not see this. How else have they gained all these billions as they say, by simply ripping people off and holding their hard earned money to gain a profit for themselves.
They come up with theses, win this and win that, how many persons that you actually know have ever won, though they might show you a picture of some one, probably just one of their own employees though the persons on the other line are not even from our own country. Speak some foreign language they themselves cant understand.
As far as their customer service, well they have none

I called the 866 number to try to get some assistance because I had forgotten my password for MoneyPak
I was getting transferred and also met by some rude customer service people one gentleman transferred me to a sales manager and that person could not help either they hung up on me.
I had a learning disability so I could not remember my password so I try to change it it was an alarm me too when I spoke to one of the other customer service people they stated because I needed to send a photo ID which there was no link to do that and I still have not been able to resolve my problem

I got my account blocked last week due to "unusual activity" even though I have been using it almost everyday week. I sent it the documents they wanted and they claimed to me on two different days that my account would be updated and nothing has happened. I spoke to a supervisor on 3/14/2018 and she claimed it would be done within the day. Nothing is being done and that has my daughters social security money and all of my money on it. I jst want my money back already
