I love this company. They did a fabulous job on my roof. They did the job in a timely and efficient manner. They left my property neat and tidy. They were very nice young men. This was a very pleasant experience.

The Guardian Roofing team was great from begging to end. They communicated well, talked through the options, and helped us get the roof paid for through insurance. Their work is also guaranteed for 10 years on the installation. Highly recommended and professional.

Very happy with this company. They arrived around 7:00 to tear off the roof and had it completed by 3:00 the same day, including disposal of all debris and cleanup. I worked with John Smith and he was outstanding. Answered all questions and completed all the paperwork that was involved. Highly recommend!

He met with the insurance adjuster when they came to the house and kept me up to date with everything. His crew was also polite and professional. The work Guardian Roofing Company did replacing our roof was beyond excellent. Not only were the salesmen knowledgeable but were very professional. The work crew were excellent at there job. They worked with me through the entire process. The crew was very nice and professional. They worked around the clock and did an excellent job with the cleanup as well.

Very happy with quality and workmanship of the roofing instillation. The owner was polite and very pleasant to work with. He identified extensive hail damage on our roof and was very knowledgeable about the insurance process. He worked on our behalf with the insurance company and met onsite with the adjuster. Crew arrived on time, on scheduled day and completed job by early afternoon. Was careful to protect landscape and cleaned up. Owner made sure we were 100% completely satisfied with our new roof when job was completed. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Was please with my roofing job by Guardian Roofing of NC. They were very professional and courteous. John the rep was very informative on how the process works and had taken the time to explain the process with the insurance company. From the first day of meeting John, their Charlotte area manager, who started our relationship with a full roof assessment, through completion of our roof replacement, overseen by Mark, one of the company owners, each day of construction, we were impressed with Guardian's approach, professionalism and execution. The project started and was completed on schedule. The crew executed their work with confidence, safety mindedness and professionalism. We are absolutely sure that it was installed correctly and will never cause us concern, something we can sleep on. I'm so glad Guardian Roofing of North Carolina came by and offer to check my roof for potential damage. I was not aware that my old roof needed to be replaced. I was very impressed with their sales rep., and the owners John and Jane know how and ability to work with the insurance. They handled the claim from inspection to completion, without my involvement at all. It would be impossible for a lay person like me to do that by myself.
On the day of installation the owners John and Jane spent several hours with the crew making sure everything is going smoothly.
The crew was very professional. They cover all bushes around the house and did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed.

I was and still am totally impressed with the service and professionalism of Guardian Roofing Company in Raleigh. Our roof needed to be replaced and due to the pandemic our funds were low. We really didn't know how we could even afford it. We were in shock when the team at Guardian Roofing informed us that our insurance company approved a new roof. We felt so blessed and they explained every step of the process from start to finish and they handled all of the details with our insurance company. They made the process effortless and stress free!.
