I filed a claim the day we noticed wood swell up from liquid on table. It was 11/11 and on one of the dates in the written statement there was a typo that said “6/11.” When I called to follow up the CSR Tanisha was very unwilling from the start of that call to help in anyway. When asked to speak with a supervisor, of course no one was available. I left a message. A supervisor did call back and left me a message and said besides the incorrect date that was entered, even if it was 11/11 and not 6/11, we wouldn’t accept Tha claim anyway because it’s “warped” and we don’t cover warping.
I absolutely called back and got Tanisha again and this time she wouldn’t even send me to a supervisors voicemail because she said they already reviewed it and declined the claim and a supervisor already called me. I was so upset with this customer service I requested another option to speak with someone and she told me I would have to write a letter.. WRITE A LETTER. You have to be kidding me!
Nebraska Furniture Mart should stop working with this company because they don’t honor their warranties!

Desired outcome: The Guardsman to stand by their warranty and repair or replace my table top.
