Hello my name is Pete Norwich and I have been a HC client since March of 2023. I usually go to the Orange location in California. For the 1st 3-4 months everything was ok.
For some reason the service fell off tremendously! There was (is) no follow up by anyone. I am appalled at the lack of service from your organization.
I have called in several times trying to get service but they tell me that no one can see me for several months! I did go to another location in Glendale but it was a disaster and VERY inconvenient. I have called in to talk to a manager but no one has bothered to even call me back for months.
At this point I am super frustrated and I don’t know what I should do. I have resorted to wearing hats all the time and I am embarrassed at my profesional sales career and my personal life. I am either requesting a full refund or at the very least an extension of my service for a couple more years. My other option is to consult my attorney for further action.
I cannot believe how you can continue to treat customers like this. I do not want to post my experiences with your company in social media but I will if I cannot get some kind of a satisfactory solution here.
My stylist in Orange is/was (Alex) and he was awesome. The management and other services are non existent.
