Happie Family Store Disappointing Experience with Happie Family Store: Compass Never Delivered and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Happie Family Store. I mean, they call themselves "happy" but I'm definitely not feeling the joy after my experience with them. I ordered a compass from them and used PayPal to pay for it. But guess what? The compass never showed up! I was pretty upset about it, so I filed a dispute with PayPal. But they denied my claim because they said the compass had been delivered. But get this - the tracking information showed that it was delivered to a totally different zip code than mine! Like, what the heck? My address was right there on the paperwork, so how did they mess that up?

Anyway, I tried to contact Happie Family about it, but they didn't even bother to respond. So now I'm stuck in this whole mess. I've even had to involve my credit card company to try and get my money back. It's just a huge hassle and I'm really not happy about it.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using Happie Family Store. They seem like a total fraud to me. And don't even get me started on PayPal - they're way too expensive for merchants and their dispute process is a total joke. So yeah, I'm definitely not a happy customer.

I was really disappointed with my experience with Happie Family Store. I ordered a compass for my husband back in May, hoping to give it to him for Father's Day. Unfortunately, he had cancer and passed away on August 16th, and I never received the compass. I only received one email from the company, and they didn't even apologize for the delay or offer any solutions. I was really upset and frustrated with the lack of communication and service from this company.

I ordered the HUSBAND WIFE - FOREVER - COMPASS, and my order number was gbv_ebe4b7961ee2ecb436669784. I paid $64.90 for the product, and it was supposed to be shipped to my address in the United States. According to their website, the production time is 3-7 business days, and US shipping time is 10-25 business days. However, I never received any updates or information about my order.

I understand that there may have been high demand for this product, but I don't think that's an excuse for poor customer service. I wish they had been more transparent about the delays and kept me updated on the status of my order. It's really disappointing to spend money on a product and not receive it, especially when it was meant to be a special gift for my husband.

Overall, I would not recommend ordering from Happie Family Store. Their lack of communication and poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth, and I don't think it's worth the risk of not receiving your order.

Happie Family Store Disappointing Experience with Happie Family Store: No Delivery, No Refund, No Response

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Happie Family Store. I ordered something from their website and used PayPal to pay for it, but my order never arrived. I tried to contact Happie Family for a refund, but they never responded. And to make matters worse, PayPal wasn't much help either. Apparently, if the vendor doesn't respond, PayPal rules in favor of the vendor. So basically, I'm out of luck and out of money.

It's really disappointing when you think you're buying from a reputable online store and they turn out to be a scam. I mean, I get it, mistakes happen and sometimes things get lost in the mail. But when the seller doesn't even bother to respond to your requests for a refund, that's just plain shady.

I'm not sure if PayPal is a good place to buy from anymore. I thought they were supposed to protect buyers from fraud, but it seems like they're more interested in protecting the sellers. I guess I'll have to be more careful in the future and do my research before buying from any online store.

Overall, I would not recommend Happie Family Store to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable seller.

Happie Family Store Excellent Customer Service and Safe Transactions: My Experience with Happie Family Store

I just had my first experience with Happie Family Store and I gotta say, I was a bit nervous at first. I mean, who wouldn't be when making a purchase from a new company? But let me tell you, I'm so glad I took the chance!

I placed my order online and was pleasantly surprised when a representative from their team called me to confirm my address and order. It was nice to have that personal touch and made me feel more secure about my purchase.

Now, I did have a bit of trouble with my payment going through at first. It was an international transaction and my bank blocked it. But the Happie Family team quickly sent me an invoice through PayPal and I was able to process my payment that way. It was a bit nerve-wracking, but I felt better knowing that PayPal is a safe and secure way to make purchases.

After I processed my payment, I received a confirmation from Happie Family letting me know that my order was good to go and would be shipped out soon. And sure enough, my order shipped within 2-3 days and I was able to track it throughout its journey. It took about 18 days to arrive in California, but that's to be expected with international shipping.

Throughout the whole process, Happie Family's customer service was top-notch. They responded quickly to my emails and calls, which made me feel more comfortable about my purchase.

Overall, I highly recommend Happie Family Store. They're a safe and professional company with excellent customer service. I'm so happy I found them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Happie Family Store Happie Family Store Review: A Total Disaster and Not Worth Your Time or Money

I gotta say, my experience with Happie Family Store (happiefamily.com) has been a real doozy. I put in an order back in August (yeah, it's now October and I'm still dealing with this mess) and it's been nothing but trouble since then.

First off, they don't tell you this upfront, but all their packages come from Hong Kong. I mean, come on, would it kill them to mention that before you make a purchase? And then, to top it off, my delivery never even arrived. It's still stuck in customs and I can't get a straight answer from their support team about what's going on.

When I finally got my tracking number, this is the message I got: "The tracking number starts working 10-14 business days after shipping. EMS delivery time may vary between 2-3 weeks after shipping. Airmail delivery takes 3-4 weeks after shipping. The Airmail tracking numbers start working when the package reaches Customs. If you have any questions or need assistance, please our visit Customer Care." I mean, seriously, none of that was mentioned before I made my purchase. It's like they're trying to hide something.

Now, I've been trying to get my money back for the past five weeks using the "insurance" I bought with my delivery, and all I've gotten from their team is a generic response saying they've sent a request to their finance department for a refund. And get this, they say the refund procedure might take 14-30 business days, sometimes even two billing cycles. That's not how insurance works, folks.

Honestly, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This website is a total disaster and not worth anyone's time or money.

Happie Family Store Terrible Experience with Happiefamily: Poor Quality, Slow Shipping, No Customer Service

I bought a wallet from happiefamily and it took forever to arrive. They took my money right away, but then they said it could take up to 8 weeks to get my wallet. I needed it for a birthday gift and I told them that, but they didn't care. They don't even have a phone number to call. When I finally got the wallet, it was not good quality at all. I was so disappointed. Their website says they will give you a full refund for any reason, but they won't respond to my emails about returning the wallet. I am so angry and frustrated with this company. They don't care about their customers at all. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They are a total scam. I am going to complain to PayPal and anyone else I can think of. I have sent them more than four emails and they haven't responded to any of them. I feel like they stole my money. When I asked to leave feedback on their website, they told me to email them instead. I did that, but they didn't post my feedback. This has been a very negative experience and I want everyone to know about it.

Happie Family Store Happie Family Store Review: Complete Rip-Off, No Customer Service, and Dishonest Shipping Practices

This company, Happie Family Store, is a complete rip-off! I ordered a Compass from Wife to Husband and it never arrived. I tried emailing them to find out what was going on, but they never responded. Even though they claimed that my order had been shipped and delivered, the status on their website still said that it was in process. When I filed a dispute through Paypal, the tracking information they provided showed that my package had been shipped two days before I even made the purchase. It's almost like they knew I was going to buy from them!

To make matters worse, they don't insure their shipments and they won't take responsibility for packages that are left in an unsecure location. They're just hoping that something will go wrong so they don't have to give you a refund. I don't think they even bother to ship your purchase in the first place. When I tried to file a claim with the USPS, they wouldn't let me because Happie Family didn't insure the package for the tracking number provided by Paypal.

And if that wasn't bad enough, Happie Family won't even return your messages or offer any help at all. They know that if they provide a "delivered" tracking number to Paypal, they won't do anything and will just close the case. These people have no honor or integrity - don't give them your money! I'm going to file a mail fraud claim with the postal service and complain to Facebook, the BBB, and anywhere else I can think of. Stay away from Happie Family Store!

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Happie Family Store. I ordered a compass for my hubby's anniversary gift way back in May 2019, and it's now August and I still haven't received it. I reached out to them in June to ask when I could expect my order and what address they were sending it to. They got back to me the next day with some details about my order and said they'd send a tracking number once it was mailed. Turns out they had a temporary address for me, so I emailed them back to ask how long it would take and gave them my permanent address. But then I never heard from them again. I waited a bit and sent another email, but still no response. So I had to open a claim with PayPal.

After a little while, I had to escalate the case because Happie Family still hadn't given me any updates. Then, out of nowhere, they gave PayPal a tracking number saying my item had been delivered on June 21st. But get this: the tracking number goes to my city, but not my address. And they didn't even confirm my permanent address in their email to me on June 24th. I checked with my post office and they confirmed that the tracking number was bogus. So I called PayPal again to reopen my case and show them all the emails and tracking info. But they closed my case again! I had to call them a third time to get them to realize that the tracking number was fake and that Happie Family can't be trusted.

I did some research and found out that other people have had similar issues with Happie Family. Apparently, they take forever to ship things and give out fake info to keep people from cancelling their orders. I really hope I can get my money back and that PayPal stops working with this company. They're just not reliable.

Happie Family Store Trusted and Affordable Online Pharmacy: Happy Family Store Review

Happy Family Store, also known as Red-365, is the best online pharmacy I have ever come across. I have been ordering my antibiotics and other prescription medications from them for the past three years, and they have never failed to deliver. They even offer a redelivery guarantee in case your package gets lost in the mail, although I have never had to use it.

I understand that buying medication online can be risky, but I can assure you that HFS is not a scam. They have always delivered my orders on time and have never messed up my order. The shipping can take anywhere from 10-21 days, so it's always best to plan ahead and order well in advance. The quality of their medicines is top-notch, and I trust them completely.

I appreciate the fact that they offer free gifts with every order, and their prices are very affordable. After losing my job and health insurance due to COVID, I was relieved to find an online pharmacy that I could trust. I no longer have to deal with expensive cash doctor visits or pay cash for my medications at CVS or Walgreens.

Their customer service is excellent, and they respond to emails very quickly. They also have phone support, which is not shady like some other online pharmacies that require payment through Western Union or Bitcoin. You can use your credit or debit card to pay for your medications, and they have several payment options available.

I want to make it clear that HFS does not sell narcotics. This is a legitimate website that provides real medications for real people, not drug addicts. They even have Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, which can cure COVID. This is something to consider in these uncertain times.

I am grateful to HFS for providing such excellent service and quality medications. I asked them how I could leave a good review because my family and I appreciate them so much. I order medications for my mother-in-law, my 80-year-old father, my wife, myself, and my sons, and I have never had any issues.

I hope my review helps others find HFS because they are truly the only online pharmacy I trust. I have been burned so many times by other alleged online pharmacies and have lost hundreds of dollars. But since I found HFS, everything has been perfect. Thank you so much for everything!

Happie Family Store Terrible Quality and Customer Service: Happie Family Notebook Review

I just got the notebook for my daughter and when I looked at it, I was so bummed out. The text is all messed up and two of the words are covered by the buckle. I tried to put up a pic, but the upload thingy didn't work. I wanna give it back and get my money back or get a new notebook that's made right. I emailed Happie Family four times already, but they ain't gettin' back to me. They don't care about what I want. It took forever to get the thing and it ain't nothin' like the picture on their website. They're lyin' to us and they don't know how to make stuff right. Don't buy nothin' from them!

Happie Family Store Warning: Do Not Order from Happie Family Store - Terrible Customer Service and No Refund

I placed an order on the Happie Family Store website in the beginning of June for an anniversary gift that was supposed to arrive in July. However, it's now September and I still haven't received anything. I was given a tracking number, but when I tried to track my package, it didn't exist. I've sent multiple emails to the company demanding a refund, but they keep giving me excuses and never acknowledge my request for a refund.

On August 15th, I demanded a refund for the fifth time, but I didn't mention anything about the tracking number because I already knew it was fake. The company replied with another excuse, but still no refund. I tried again on September 7th, demanding a refund for the sixth time, but I received the same excuse-filled reply on September 9th.

I'm so frustrated with this company that I'm opening a case of fraud with my financial institution to get my money back. I don't want anyone else to go through what I've been through, so I'm warning everyone out there - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Happie Family Store Happie Family Store: A Nightmare Experience with Crooks and Scammers

I placed an order for some medicine from Happie Family Store (happiefamily.com) and boy was it a hassle! It took them two whole weeks to finally send me a tracking number, and even then, the number they gave me didn't work! I tried to track my package but it was nowhere to be found. When I contacted them about it, they told me to wait for ten days before the tracking number would start working. What a load of baloney! I spoke to EM and Parcelforce and they both told me that as soon as the package is scanned at the collection or drop off point, it should appear in the system. Happie Family Store just sent me a random code and told me it was shipped. What a bunch of crooks!

When I confronted them with what Parcelforce had said, they didn't care one bit. They told me it was my problem and that they didn't care if I believed them or not. Can you believe the nerve of these people? They're absolute scum! So now, I'm in the process of filing a PayPal dispute, but from what I've seen on here, it might not be an easy process. But I won't give up! I'll fight tooth and nail to get my money back from these swindlers.

I was on the hunt for a place to buy retin-A cream online and stumbled upon Happie Family Store (happiefamily.com). I was excited to see that they had the brand name Retin-A available for purchase. However, when my order arrived, I was disappointed to find that I had received 3 tubes of tretiheal 0.5% generic tretinoin instead. This was not what I had ordered and it made me question the legitimacy of the product.

I decided to give it a try anyways and have been using it for two weeks now. To my surprise, I have not experienced any retinization, which is when the skin becomes red and peels due to the use of retinoids. This is especially strange because I have very pale and sensitive skin. I consulted with my dermatologist and they informed me that tretinoin has a distinctive smell, which this product did not have. This led them to believe that it may be a fake product.

Happie Family Store Happie Family Store Review: Scammers with False Tracking Numbers

I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with Happie Family Store. I was really excited to get my hands on a compass for my dad's Father's Day gift, so I ordered it in the middle of May. But when the end of May rolled around and I still hadn't received an order or tracking number, I started to get a little worried.

So I reached out to the folks at Happie Family, and they told me that there was a delay in shipping due to high demand. I figured, okay, no big deal, I can wait a little longer.

But then August came around and I still didn't have my compass. I was getting pretty frustrated at this point, so I decided to dispute the charge with PayPal. And wouldn't you know it, Happie Family suddenly provided a tracking number that said my compass had been delivered on June 6th. What the heck?

I mean, I never received the product, so how could it have been delivered? It's like they paid to have a piece of paper delivered and tracked by USPS or something. I don't know, it just doesn't make any sense to me.

Anyway, PayPal denied my refund because of that tracking number, so now I've had to file another dispute. It's not even about the money at this point, it's just the principle of the thing. I feel like I've been scammed, and it's really frustrating.

I've seen some positive reviews of Happie Family Store online, but honestly, I have a hard time believing they're real. If you're thinking about ordering from these guys, I'd say don't do it. They're just a bunch of scammers.

I gotta tell ya, I'm not too thrilled with Happie Family Store. I ordered a compass for my hubby's birthday way back in April of 2019. The ad said it would take 4-6 weeks since they make 'em by hand. So I waited. And waited. Finally, in May, I sent 'em an email to see what was up. They got back to me two weeks later, sayin' how sorry they were and how "in demand" my item was. They said they were backlogged and since they're hand made, it would take longer. They promised to email me when my item shipped. So I waited some more.

By the end of September, I was gettin' pretty fed up. I sent 'em another email, threatenin' to report 'em. But ya know what? I didn't get a response. So I went ahead and reported 'em to the Better Business Bureau. And wouldn't ya know it, I finally got my item 5 days later.

But let me tell ya, it was a real disappointment. It was supposed to be hand made, but it sure didn't look like it. And it definitely didn't look like the photo. I mean, it was worth maybe 10 bucks, tops. And I paid 60 bucks for it! And to top it all off, the needle keeps movin' even when I'm standin' still, so it doesn't even work right.

So yeah, I wouldn't recommend orderin' anything from Happie Family. It's a real scam, if ya ask me.

Happie Family Store How to Get Your Money Back from Happie Family Store: A Step-by-Step Guide

So, I had a bit of a problem with Happie Family Store (happiefamily.com) recently. I ordered something from them and it never arrived. I was pretty upset about it, but I decided to try and get my money back through Paypal. It was a bit of a process, but I eventually got my money back.

Here's what I did: First, I took the online copy of my USPS tracking that I was given as proof of delivery from Happie Family to my post office. I talked to the postmaster and they were able to give me more information than what I could find online. They printed out a copy of the USPS internal tracking for me.

Then, I uploaded a copy of the USPS internal tracking to Paypal (https://paypal.com/il/uploaddoc). I also went to Paypal's Twitter account and sent them a DM explaining my situation and asking them to reopen my appeal. I included the form that I had uploaded to Paypal in the DM.

It took a bit of time, but eventually I got my money back. I think if more people do this, we can send a message to Happie Family that fraud won't be tolerated. Good luck to anyone else who's had a similar experience!

I recently made a purchase from Happie Family Store (happiefamily.com) for some Mod al$%t tablets. At first, I was disappointed to find out that my first shipment had not been shipped at all. However, after emailing them a few times and then calling them, they re-shipped my order until I finally received the product.

Unfortunately, when I received the tablets, I was disappointed to find out that they were not what I had ordered. They looked like they had been made in someone's bathtub and fell apart when I took them out of the blister pack. There was no line to split them in half, which made me feel unsafe taking them.

After contacting Happie Family Store and sending them photos of the product, they gave me a full refund. However, I had already waited over six weeks for my pills, and now I had to order from a different vendor and wait another four to six weeks. This was a frustrating experience, and I felt like my money had been tied up with them for too long.

Although Happie Family Store did give me a refund, I was disappointed that they didn't just send me what I had paid for in the first place. I don't think I will be using them again in the future, and I would advise others to find a more reputable vendor.

I had a really bad experience with Happie Family Store. I ordered a compass on June 3rd and it never arrived. I checked the company's website and it said that it was in process, but then it said that there was greater demand than anticipated. I was really frustrated and asked for a cancellation and refund when it didn't arrive by July 15th. But I didn't get any response from them.

So, I opened a complaint with Paypal and they asked Happie Family for shipping confirmation. Happie Family provided the confirmation, but it only showed my city. Paypal closed the complaint, which made me even more frustrated. I begged them to reopen the complaint, which they did, and I provided proof that it wasn't my confirmation tracking. It was for another item delivered to another address in my city. The shipper was Newgistics. Paypal asked Happie Family for confirmation of delivery.

Happie Family provided the same information, and Paypal accepted it and closed my escalation. I felt like I had been scammed, just like everyone else here. It's not just about the money, it's about the fact that Paypal adheres to their algorithm for addressing complaints, and Happie Family has figured it out to their advantage. It's really frustrating to feel like Happie Family and Paypal are partners in scamming the public.

Overall, I would not recommend Happie Family Store to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. I hope that others can learn from my experience and avoid this company.

Happie Family Store Happie Family Store Review: Terrible Customer Service and Product Quality

This company, Happie Family Store, is the worst to deal with and even PayPal supports them. I ordered a compass for Father's Day on May 27, 2019, and it never arrived. I went to the post office to use the "tracking number" I found through PP, and I found out that it was delivered to a different address in a different city. PP didn't want to help me and said it was delivered. I argued with them, and they told me that the PO had to update the info to go further. This was on August 31st. Finally, on or around September 6th, it arrived. I was totally embarrassed to show my husband what I ordered. The compass had plastic over it, and the inscription was smudged. I could barely read the words in some places. So, I reached out to HF through PP for a refund, but not one word from them. This morning, I got an email asking me to review their company/product. You have to be kidding me. And that's what I told them in the review, along with what I've said here. I don't think they will let my review be posted to their site, but I had to get it out there.
