UPDATE to 12/18. Yesterday I called customer service that showed my order had been canelled. Harry and David employee told me I would have to work it out wit h Cheryl 's - They agreed to send per my instructions. Then I was charged double. Cookies were $29 from H&D and Chery;s charged me $49. I am a Celebration member. Here is my original claim

I am using this address. Because I could not find another. Please forward to the appropriate manager if this is not the correct address. I am amazed at how some of your employees seem to have any training for a problem.
I have enjoyed ordering from Harry and David and am a member of the Celebration Passport.
I had ordered a basket of fruit for two special friends I looked at my orders yesterday and found the special gift was to be sent in February delivery date with a Merry Christmas message.
I first spoke with Rachel last night. She had no idea how to handle my problem I spent at least 30 minutes with her– I asked for a supervisor or another employee and was told no one else was there – even though I could hear talking. I called this morning and spoke with Elaine. She said she could not help me and I should call back in to get someone different. When I saw February as the delivery I quickly canceled and called in.
Annie, I think, knew what I wanted. Just get the box to the stated address before Christmas. The first person (Elaine) said they could not help me because I did not have a tracking number. I do not have a tracking because it has not been sent. I spent at least 30 minutes with Rachel last night a few minutes with Elaine this morning and the time with Annie.
All 3 said they could not help me without a tracking number. I had no tracking no. because it had not been shipped. d for one. Annie said she would handle all paperwork to see the package was delivered by 12/20 I think I got her to finally understand what I wanted to do This morning I spoke with Annie who promised me that I would only be charged for one.
My time is valuable I have a disabled adult daughter that I take care.
I do expect some sort of refund or the ability to order something in its place.
I told all 3 reps not to touch my other order – as a cardiac patient, it does not help with getting so frustrated and angry After H&D rep told me I had to work out with Chery's Cookies, I had to start over with my problem. H & David just lost a good, loyal customer.
