For the best five (5) days I have been trying to make an online purchase at habropulse. com. I like many others was trying to take advantage of the powerdays sale at 35% as I'am a hasbropulse member. However, whatever policy or protocol / security measure in place does not allow for the use of a giftcard (in this case, a Visa Vanilla giftcard). Time after time I received various error codes when trying to process the payment. I reached out to customer care / support only to be told that a zipcode is required with the giftcard. Per Visa Vanilla customer service there is no option to associate a zipcode with the giftcard. I asked numerous times to speak with a manager for further clarification and to date I'm still waiting for the manager (Michael Alfonso) to return my call and explain. Meanwhile the sale is over and many of a number of the items I wanted to purchase are now sold out. I do not understand how a giftcard can be so difficult to use. This is a toy store for all intents and purposes and when a child receives a gift card as a present they should be able to use it without issue. And more importantly someone from management should be readily available to assist as that is the purpose of customer service and support. Instead I'm being ignored.

Desired outcome: I want a response from management. I want the 35% discount and better for the items in my cart that I intended to purchase and I want the same discount applied for the items now sold out that were in my cart when they are available.
