Missing parts
I purchased a Wordle game for my grandson. It was purchased at Mastermind Toys for Christmas.
We exchanged gifts on December 30th and discovered the following.
When the game was opened there were parts missing. The green & yellow squares were missing. There was only 2 empty plastic bags, no coloured squares.
Could you send me the parts so that he can enjoy this game.

Manufacturer cancelling an order after confirming shipping preparation
On October 6th, 2023 I received an unexpected email from Hasbro Pulse that my order got cancelled and refunded without any reason provided. Purchase the product at Target and 3 days later the tails came off! I don't have the packaging to return to the store and it seems impossible to contact the toy manufacturer to get replacement. I tried to fix it and was unsuccessful
Not only did I waste $30 dollars, I had a 5 year old meltdown for hours! Not what I was hoping for when I purchased the product.
The inability to use a giftcard on the website and the lack of response / unwillingness to be able to speak with a manager / supervisor
For the best five (5) days I have been trying to make an online purchase at habropulse. com. I like many others was trying to take advantage of the powerdays sale at 35% as I'am a hasbropulse member. Nice Hasbro webpage but when you try to take them up on their offer you only get a phone ringing. After 10 or so rings your call gets canceld!
If they do not want to help you they should rather not make the offer or offer an email address.
You would not believe something like this would happen but is does...

Bad customer service
Wow, Hasbrotoyshop.com customer service is in the dark ages. Do NOT order from them. Their responses are "cut and paste" and they're ineffective responding to email. Yikes! Wake up Hasbro! It isn't 1990 anymore!
I made a small error when ordering online, but caught it immediately. According to their site they suggested email or phone. I emailed within 20 - 30 seconds of placing an order.
Their response was automated ... "we care about your email blah blah" ... 20 hrs later they responded saying the order had shipped and there was nothing they could do.
Tip to Hasbro ... if you can't support a communication channel then don't offer it. They couldn't provide me with any info on how it had been shipped - I couldn't contact the shipper.
I made the mistake, but Hasbro failed to support a critical communication channel they suggested. That's just bad business.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Still have not recieved any help to the problem of the dog not barking.
