Awful Company !! Do not buy from these Crooks !
Negative stars for this awful company. I purchased an air riffle for my cousin as a gift. Hatsan Gladly charged me, then disappeared! I tried contacting them on the status of my order, and had absolutely zero contact. Tried calling, emailing , opened 3 service desk tickets, a whole week went by, nothing. To make matters worse, I couldnt even log into their website anymore. Calling them is not even possible. You get disconnected , no one gets back to you. I mean... Seriously the hell with this company. Please, anyone reading this, do not buy from them. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. How are they in business? Now I am down $600 plus , without the item I ordered. No way of finding out what's happening. Buyer be ware !
Recommendation: Please please be aware, this is nothing short of a scam. I dont know how this is an actual company.

I purchased a Hatsan air gun from Dick's Sporting Goods, have had it for less than a week. Gun is either defective or needs adjustments. On 4/27 I ordered a Hatsan product online from Dick's sporting goods. There is an apparent problem with the product. After several attempts to contact Hatsan, I have had no success. Do not purchase a Hatsan product! I will be returning this back to the supplier for a full refund.

Order # 98891. Was delivered defective. Customer Service by both phone and online website appeals have been ignored. This is unacceptable practice. I was on a waiting list with HatsanUSA for a Flashpup Wood QE .25. After ordering and receiving the item on Oct 28, 2020 I immediately opened the package and tried filling it to capacity PSI for a product test. Was inept and defective right from the box. The rifle would not accept nor hold PSI but leaked out as fast as pumped in. Also the barreal shroud was loose and nearly detached. The one response online Id gotten the next day was that it probably occurred being jostled in transport. This is not acceptable. I want to hear about how my expensive warranty product will be made operable or replaced altogether. This no correspondence denial gimmick is criminally negligent.

On January 8th I ordered a mod 125 in 25 caliber air rifle from Hatsan USA , i received my invoice with my purchase information since then I have been trying to get in contact with them for over a week to no avail , its coming on to 2 weeks this firday the 22nd and not only have they not shipped it I haven't been able to speak to a single person at Hatsan USA , not surprising my order isnt at my location beacuse of the pandemic but I find it very odd that when you call the company customer service number when it does work all I get are machines and not a single person to talk to I ordered items from GAMO USA another air rifle company and I had my purchase in less than 2 weeks , in Hatsan USA 2 weeks have passed and my order hasn't even been processed , an order of 334 dollars for a mod 125 and 2 tins of HnN pellets with the order number XXXXXX , it will be 2 weeks this friday .

Customer service is almost non existent. They do not answer phone calls and take 3-5 days to answer emails. When you call their phone number you are directed to the website to fill out a form. It takes 3-5 days for them to respond. Maintenance kit can be ordered on the website but came to me short certain parts, again you can not call and must email but it takes 3-5 days to get a response. Certain repair parts are not offered on their web site so you have to email them with a part number for an invoice, which takes 3-5 days for a response, and they have a habit of including only partial of parts requested for invoice, when you email them for the other part they say you never request it even when you screenshot the email of the part requested. Then when you place the order they charge you for shipping it can take up to 2 weeks for them to process the order even though they take the money out of your account the first day, and you have to email them to kickstart your order process. They say they offer no guarantee on orders placed on web site but they force you to order through their web site, then they refuse to refund for shipping when it takes 3-4 weeks to receive what you ordered. Their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever seen. They do not call back when leaving a voicemail on their phone number or when you request to speak to someone through email. I've left 3 voicemails and requested in email. They called me 1 time after 5pm EST a week after I requested 3 times to speak to someone. Never left me a voicemail and no way to speak to someone in a timely manner.

Hatsan BTS-12 has factory defective parts and Hatsan will not talk with me any longer, ask for a full refund and Hatsan will not respond any longer. Purchased October 19th, internet sale, after arrival and FFL transfer, I inspected the firearm a Hatsan BTS-12 and found several factory defects, one was the barrel shroud had been damaged from a stuck forend bushing as well as the bushing had a stuck part that dug into the barrel shroud, then the included swivel fell apart when it was removed from its mount. The biggest is the safety switch for the firearm is broken, this is a serious problem that could cause death or harm to myself or others. The firearm has not been used, feel it is unsafe to use. I contacted Hatsan and they did send out some replacement parts, forend bushing, swivel but refuses to replace damaged barrel shroud, which could possibly loosen and cause an accident, they say the barrel shroud is cosmetic damage, that it is damaged but the damage won't be seen so it's okay, unacceptable. The safety is the big one, it is not functioning correctly and could result in injury or death, Hatsan acknowledged it was defective, at that point Hatsan offered to send an RMA for return, I responded that I wanted a prepaid return label with the RMA and I would like a full refund seeing the firearm is riddled with factory defects. At that point Hatsan stopped responding and why I'm here now filing a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint. Hatsan says no firearm manufacture does a refund yet through the years I have had a few firearm manufactures buy back defective firearms, reputable companies that is, so I know that a buy back can be done. I would not recommend Hatsan as a shotgun maker to others for purchase. Firearm is brand new still unused condition.
