Fake commitments made by the Branch Manager Mr. Sumit Yadav.
And, I have been charged RS. 5071. The bank manager (Unitech Cyber Park) Mr. Sumit Yadav assured to provide waive off, if I will continue my services with the bank.
My account was running in minus 4366 Rs., due to non-maintenance. When my company asked to open an account in HDFC Bank, I thought to continue with the older one that was the time I realized that my account is running in minus. I instantly called customer care, and they arranged a call from bank.
Next day morning I received a call from the bank manager Mr. Sumit Yadav who assured if given an application to him of continuing my salary account with the bank, he will provide the waive off. I immediately went to the bank and gave him the letter of consent I had received from the company. And as I had received my salary, the bank deducted an amount of 5071 rs, from my account.
I had raised a complaint last week and asked to arrange a call from the bank, but its been a week neither I received the call back nor the amount. And when, today I again called the customer care they said that the request of making it a salary account has been rejected by the bank. I really don't understand why did you make the false commitment with the customers? I had clearly said Mr. Sumit Yadav that if I won't get waive off, then I will not continue with the bank, and choose other bank services as a salary account.

I am HDFC bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 9737 without my concern on date: 02/02/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited. I already complaint about that please do'not debit from my account they acceptance that your complaint has been lodged, but nothing be done today. Dear team, I used your product hdfc pay with payzapp as your bank employee give me instructions. Your bank employee shiv parishad and jitender in narwana hdfc branch, told me about product fees is 352Rs refunded. But no anyone payment received by your bank. And also I received a amount 18000 from airtel money but in my app I received 17861Rs. I have sent the application to close the credit card already at that time they didnot told me that my signature are different.. i have not chose the option to generate new card why have they generated new card.credit card net banking was showing the it was not able to hotlist the card why have they hotlisted the card. I'm meghana, I ve CC from Hdfc. I knw I ve not paid my balance due amout within the mentioned date due to hospitalised reasons tat is ma mistake. 31st i mean today I got ma salary credit n as I work in night shift i was unable to pay d bill. Ur representative called around 7.30 pm n she dnt knw how to talk to the CX, I TOLD HER I will pay the bill tomorrow mrng by 10. She was nt able to understand n she is question me that ur so busy that u dnt ve time to pay and I told to send any of ur rep. near my off. So tat I will pay. N she is ordering me that y should I send .. telling me to send me to my family member. I dnt knw wat kind of service is this. I ve the call record of this. N she is threatening me that she will decreasing my cibil score. She is questioning me that you knw to use the card n u can't pay back.
Frist of all, she is not calling me from bank, she is the third party who is workin for d bank. Before bank give this process to any company, bank or d organisation should teach them how to talk n convience the CX.
If i file a complaint to RBI and police station as harassment with all the proof. I guess you knw wat all the consequences you should face. I need the customer relatioship manger to contact me.

Y because u people will not talk quality words. Tats is the reason they give or say that quality statement. At last worst CX support 0 rating is also waste for this.
I used my debit card in SBI atm(GT Road Ganaur) for the transaction on 6 Feb 2019 (1:20 pm). An Error is occurred when i used my atm( The transaction is declined Due: For the External Decline). But i get sms from the HDFC Bank that 10, 000 rupee has been debit from your account but i didn't get any amount from there. After that i called to customer care and registered my complain for disputed amount which had been deduct from my account.But After the complain i didn't get any sms towards the hdfc bank and my complain no is 1816864.
I am highly Dispointed from the hdfc customer care service.
Note: If hdfc bank doesn't revert my disputed amount then i wont pay any EMI of my personal loan and credit card payment also.

fraud transactions
Hi team,
My name is Devashish Dutta and I had to leave my job on 31st October 2018 due to lack of business in the company.
After 60 days of leaving the company I was pursuing to get my provident fund amount online. But even after 22 days I raised the claim there wasn't any success I got.
So I took a contact number from the Google and did call to get it processed. The person over the call took few of the information like last 4 digits of the card and the last 4 of the account number as well. However, the claim status got suceeded but still to be on a safer side I called my personal banker miss Pooja Soni told about the complete story and at that time no transaction took place.
She asked me to change the application ipin and assured me that everything will get secured and everything will get secured. I did change the application ipin but still at night 11:58pm, 11:59pm, 12:01am and 12:02am there has been 4 transactions took place back to back for Rs 20000 each. So I lost Rs 80000 in total. Later I blocked my each and every service instantly over the phone of the bank.
So I request first of all that in spite of investing the matter of the transactions I firmly request that it should also be consider a case of shear misleading information as well.
Kindly help me to get it sorted as early as possible.

This is om Jaisari and I am a personal loan customer for your Bank since last one year.
This is very unfortunate after multiple follow ups and mendate form submission in your personal loan branch (bund gardan pune) still my loan emi not deducting automatically. How every month I am paying EMI manually next day of my emi scheduled date without any delay.
I did multiple follow ups regrding that but no positive results came yet.
I got fedup with hdfc services and I am thinking this is my biggest mistake I have taken loan from hdfc.
Now I got a surprising message stating that you have to pay extra charges 785 RS.
Tell me why should I pay additional charges if this is not my mistake. It's completely hdfc mistake and I am not going to pay any additional charges.
