Health Street The customer service from this company is terrible

The customer service from this company is terrible. I tried to call and fix an issue that happened, but Louis and Shervon hung up on me two times. And Shervon even shouted on the phone and then hung up when I just asked her basic questions.

Health Street I don't trust these guys

I don't trust these guys. I asked the lab tech if my test was DOT acceptable. He said yes, even though he had no DOT experience. He seemed like he was on drugs. They took $200 from me for a useless piece of paper. When I called to complain, all they said was "he shouldn't have told you that". I wouldn't trust these people with anything!

Health Street Health Street is amazin, always friendly, competant, and on time

Health Street is amazin, always friendly, competant, and on time. Louis in particular went above and beyond for us. We have used more than 4 other vendors in the past and the turn around time for results has been the fastest with HealthStreet while maintaining quality and accuracy, they won't compromise on that and I truly respect that in a partner. They're great to work with!

Health Street I wouldn't recommend it

I wouldn't recommend it. I had to pay an employee twice to go take the test, and the fee was extremely high. The place they sent me was really rude and upset my potential employee. Cecelia from Health Street didn't want to wait on hold with the office they sent me to, to make sure they take the right sample this time. I won't use this service again, and I strongly suggest you don't either unless you want to be as frustrated as I am right now.

I wouldn't recommend going to this place! The folks at *** are just terrible when it comes to dealing with people. They're always giving out wrong information. I've been waiting for my DNA results for more than 3 weeks, and guess what? I got an email from *** saying that the *** I gave them wasn't acceptable. It's really upsetting to think that this company has all of mine and my dad's personal info, only to cancel the order we trusted them with. I'm seriously thinking about taking legal action against their shady ways.

Health Street My company and I have been working with Health Street for about 3 years now

My company and I have been working with Health Street for about 3 years now. I work with one specific agent named ***. He helped me along the way and is very accommodating. On a few occasions, the lab did not provide a form I needed. I called *** and he helped me right away and was able to get me the form I needed. My company also did about 90+ preemployment tests and he helped me schedule them on site. My company can always count on Health Street to help us with any tests we need for new and existing employees.

Health Street Their Customer Service is terrible!

Their Customer Service is terrible! There was a miscommunication at a drug screening site, and as a result, an employee was wrongly charged for a drug screen that should have been covered (DOT). The problem was resolved at the site, and the correct billing was done. However, they refused to refund the money that the employee had been charged. This means they made a profit from something they should never have been involved in. I spoke to several customer service representatives on the phone, and each one was rude, yelled, and showed disrespect. They had a very negative attitude, and to top it off, I was hung up on when I asked a question.

Health Street This company is a SCAM!

This company is a SCAM! I paid $500 for a hair test for court. After waiting in the office they sent me to for 3 hours, I was told they were out of hair tests and to try again in the morning! I explained that wasn’t possible because I have court in South Carolina but live in NYC. I immediately called to request a refund and told them I would not accept a credit for a drug test because I only needed it for court. The company replied that I could take a different test or use a different location because they don’t want to issue a refund even though they messed up! I was even told I could test in SC. I don’t know if they understand how court works, but once I came in without proof of being tested, the court sends you to their facility! I told them to stop emailing me trying to make me take services I don’t need and refund my money...of course they stopped all communication...I still need my refund! You charged me for a service I never received because your facility ran out of tests, then tried to make me take services I already told you I can’t use, then ghosted me when I insisted on the refund I deserve! Screams SCAM if I ever saw one! Plus, they charge almost triple what the actual facility they send you to charges!

Health Street I orderd a drug test online from Health Street

I orderd a drug test online from Health Street. I applied for a position with a Company and they had me take a drug test at ***. I took their test the same day. I did not know that when a Company gives you a pre-employment drug test that they do not have to give you the results. So to be on the safe side and to be prevented from being railroaded I decided to pay for my own drug test so I can have proof that I do not use drugs. Anyway I ordered the Panel 5 drug test 8/19 2021, I went to the Clinic 8/30 to give them my urine sample. I got to the clinic at 9:30 am. I was not called back until around 12 pm. I peed in the cup and the lab tech put my urine in a tube. The urine was supposed to be sent off. However the lab tech ripped up my Chain of Custody Form and I had to call Health Street to have them send me another form. I was told by the technicians at *** in Lumberton that I had to leave from the back and go into the lobby because they had other patients to see when I tried to call for another form because they ripped mine up. My urine was still sitting out in the open that they had collected, not sealed or anything. Mind you the barcode from the ripped sheet was already scanned in the system. I did pee again because my first urine sample was still sitting out not sealed and I was ordered to go upfront by one of the technicians. I have been calling Health Street the past two days about my results cause of the *** up *** made by ripping up my Chain of Custody form. I just want my results cause I am looking for a job and I will never use *** again. My anxiety is through the roof. I don't even do drugs but my anxiety is through the roof cause of the *** up *** made when collecting my sample by ripping up my chain of custody form. I WANT MY RESULTS!

I've called many times and sent multiple emails, but I never got a response. They keep giving me excuses, saying that the refund needs to be processed by accounts payable.

I needed a hair follicle test for oxycodone, specifically. I requested a test for oxycodone, but they could only offer a panel screening. I'm paying for the test I actually needed, so I can't use the one they provided. I decided to go with another company instead. They assured me that I would receive an email with the refund link. I tried contacting them multiple times through text and email, but I haven't received any response or resolution. I've lost $200 in the process.

On April 7th, at 1:55 pm, I made an account on Health Street and placed an order for a pre-employment 5 panel drug screen for a potential employee. I paid for the service as well. The prospective employee completed the collection on April 7th at 5:24 pm. The collection was received at the lab on April 8th. On April 19th, I called customer care to inquire about the status of the collection. They informed me that the lab had received the collection on April 14th. To address the issue, I sent two emails to *** on April 15th, one at 11 am and another at 3:21 pm. On the same day, I spoke with Ryan from customer care, who assured me that he would send an email to the lab to check if they could expedite the process.

Health Street I was lookin' online for a place to get a drug test near me

I was lookin' online for a place to get a drug test near me. I thought I was dealin' straight with the place 'cause they gave me the address and all. I made an appointment and they took $150 from me. When I got to the place for the test, they told me Health Street is actually a third party business. The place called Holland Medi Center charges only $40 for the same service. I got ripped off big time. Health Street's advertisin' is so tricky and misleading. They don't give refunds, so basically I got charged more than three times the right amount for the service. That ain't right and it's way too much.

Befor signing up for Health Street in April 2022, I used the search function on the website that showed a very close location for employee testing. I received a random for an employee that was at least 30 miles away from our area. I have called Health Street 2 times about this false drug testing location information. They have been unresponsive and very rude about it. Truth is that local location is still showing today on Health Street website local location search! What kind of customer service is this so called company providing with incorrect information just to get you to sign up for their services. Terrible customer service and business practices. You should agree. Refund and cancel any monies spent with this business is a solution or I will dispute all charges with my credit card company to obtain a full refund.

Health Street On [protected], I called Health Street to ask if they do sibling tests

On [protected], I called Health Street to ask if they do sibling tests. They said they do. I asked what happens to the data after the test. They said they destroy the data. I said I didn't want my data stored anywhere. I purchased the services. When I received my ***, it also said I was going to ***. I didn't want to use ***. That's why I called this company. This was a non-refundable transaction. They made me believe they were doing the test, not outsourcing it to a third party. I've emailed them multiple times and filed a complaint with no response. I've called many times, but they don't answer. When they do answer, they hang up on me. They talk to me, but when I ask for a supervisor or the complaint department, they hang up on me. When I call back and someone picks up, when I ask for management, supervisor, or anything else, they just put me on hold and never come back. My results were supposed to be back in 3 to 4 days. It's been over a week and still no results. Can I get a refund?

I paid for a hair folicle drug test for the mother of my grandson (through a court order allowing me to). The company (***) explained to me that EVERY substance she was taking would show up. He did not tell me that they would screen out every prescription that she said she took. They collected my money $475 and did the test and then instead of sending me the "positive" results - they called the person who was being tested and asked her what her prescriptions were. She gave a list. They then marked all of the positive indicators now negative because she is prescribed the medication. They didn't verify what the prescription was for specifically (how much) and note that she had way more in her system than what she was prescribed. They didn't even verify that she had stopped one script but it is still showing *** in her hair. Therefore what they told me was false advertising - they got my money and didn't provide the results to me. They conspired with the testee and canceled out every indicated drug she stated she was prescribed. Just because she said she is prescribed something months ago doesn't mean she is now. She JUST completed drug treatment and should not be taking addictive substances. Had they explained this "policy" of theirs - I never would have paid $475 for any test. I'd have known she'd come up with some reason for them to make it negative. She is HIGHLY manipulative. Because they basically lied to me to collect my money - I want my money back.

Health Street On 3/7/2022, I bought a 10 panel drug test from Health Street

On 3/7/2022, I bought a 10 panel drug test from Health Street. I went to the location they gave me, but it was closed for good. I tried reaching out to Health Street, but they didn't reply. Luckily, I found another place nearby that was run by the same lab/business, and they were able to do the test. It's now 3/22/2022, and I still haven't heard anything from Health Street. They haven't provided the service they promised. I've sent them more than 20 emails and talked to them on the phone 4 times. I asked for a refund because I haven't received the results within the 2-week timeframe promised by the lab that processed the test (I called them too, but they'll only give the info to Health Street). This delay is causing problems with my job. The woman I spoke to said she would call the lab, but she couldn't put me on hold or call me back because they only have 1 phone line at their whole corporate office. I just called again, and some other guy claimed to be the manager. He said sometimes it just takes this long and I should keep waiting. They won't give me a refund because they say I already got the service, but I didn't get any service at all! I peed in a cup 2 weeks ago, and nobody ever gave me the results or followed up. They were supposed to contact me for prescriptions if the sample was positive (for prescribed medications) and for follow-up testing, but they didn't! This delay is causing problems with my job, and my employer doesn't care at all. This timeframe is totally unacceptable. I need a refund so I can get tested somewhere else quickly.

Health Street I've called this company many times, but they never give me any answers or take responsibility

I've called this company many times, but they never give me any answers or take responsibility. They just pass it off to DRS, the service they use to read their tests. I ordered a drug test from HealthStreet in September, and at that time, it was the highest drug test they offered on their website - a 14 panel drug test. I went to LabCorp to get the test done, but the technician didn't know how to do it properly. She even had me touch the sample bag and labels. The test goes back about 90 days, but I've been on medication since May that would make the results invalid and prove that the test was done incorrectly. However, they haven't asked for my pharmacy records. Every time I ask to speak to a supervisor, they tell me that they are the supervisor and can answer my questions, just so they don't get in trouble. They also didn't do the complete test, so now that I'm requesting a retest, they say I have to pay for it. They offer a discount because they didn't test everything the first time, but they don't offer to refund my money or provide a retest or even answers. I feel like no one at this company is taking me seriously. I've already paid a lot of money, and now they expect me to pay again?! I sent an email asking the director of operations to call me before the end of the day yesterday, but I got the same email response as before - they can't offer a retest. Based on the complaints I've read, it seems like this company only cares about taking your money and doesn't care about anything else. I want a retest, and I want them to upgrade the test for free since they didn't test everything properly the first time. No one is taking me seriously, and it's been two months already. I've tried being nice, but it hasn't worked. I have more emails that I can send.
