I signed a contract with Heartland Transfer in February and was free of my Timeshare in May . I was impressed with the response, expertise and results produced by Heartland Transfer. Linda S was especially kind, answering all of my questions with patience and confidence that we would receive a positive outcome. I recommend Heartland Transfer with the highest marks for excellent service.

Heartland Transfer, LLC was the answer to our nightmare of getting rid of our Timeshare. The owners and staff were so accommodating, professional and pleasant to work with. Our Timeshare was one that was very difficult to get out of but they worked diligently to get it done. It was a costly procedure but we are so glad to be free to the fees and lack of use that the timeshare burdened us with. I highly recommend this company, they will do everything that it takes to get the job done.

On September , we entered an agreement with Heartland Transfer (HT) to transfer us out of 2 timeshares that were at the same location. May , we finally have copies of recorded warranty deeds and are out of our timeshares, I think. Without going into all the lengthy details, it was a long bumpy journey and I wondered if we had been scammed. Heartland Transfer proved to be a company with integrity and they honored their agreement. They ended up paying maintenance fees and expenses that they should not have had to pay. I doubt if they will ever be reimbursed for them. The one complaint I had they were not very good at returning phone calls or answering e-mails. There were lots of unexpected happenings in this transfer that I do not blame HT for. I would recommend HT for getting the job done. Linda and Joy were very pleasant to work with and I'm sure they were not any happier about the whole scenario than I was. Good job girls!
