On time, explained what he was going to do to fix my basement wall, and how long it would take. Upon completion Kevin explained and showed me what he had done. Work area was clean. Very good experience with Helitech.

Helitech is the best at what they do. They waterproofed my basement 9 years ago and I'm completely satisfied and they guarantee their work. Any time I have an issue they always are here to help. I trust them completely.

Excellent customer service. Solved our sinking patio issue. The did a fantastic job and were very professional. They were very knowledgeable about what was causing the sinking issue and were extremely helpful finding us a solution that fit our budget. Thank you!

We had our basement waterproofed last November by Helitech. We had a problem with a floor drain going into our sump pit. Company sent our a repairperson promptly. Mike *** figured out the problem and solved it promptly. Very courteous, caring representative for the company. Said he wasn't leaving until he had it fixed. Great customer service! I live in a well built 80+ year old home in Kirkwood and sadly the original downspout & underground drain system (installed in 1937) has collapsed. During the 2020 heavy rains water was backing up into the window wells causing torrential flooding in the basement. I met with several waterproofing experts in the region, however Bryan Adcock made Helitech stand out as the most knowledgeable business to trust with this project. He did an exceptional job troubleshooting our situation, innovating solutions and researching the codes/requirements for water discharge systems in our area. I was concerned we were going to need to invest in an extensive and costly new basement system, however Bryan was able to come up with a far less costly and invasive system to address our problems. The crew that installed this system; Mike ***, Alex *** and Shawn ***, were not only efficient, hard working and professional but very careful and had to implement some creative craftsmanship on the job to address some of the issues uncovered when construction began. They answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and went the extra mile to carefully route a drain pipe under my sidewalk so there was no need for concrete destruction or a 2nd dry well. Exceptional people who did exceptional work! Glad I choose Helitech!

Helitech originally installed their waterproofing system in 2014. During this past spring we were having issues with pests and hired *** to alleviate those issues. When the *** tech was on-site he refused to go into the crawl space complaining that it was wet. We then called Helitech and Mike *** arrived to do a site assessment. It was during this assessment that he not only completely assessed the previous system, but he also recommended we add a dehumidifier. He also arranged for warranty work to be completed as he did find some issues from the previous installation. It is very comforting to know that Helitech stands behind their products and goes the extra mile to ensure that their systems are functioning properly. In regards to the addition of the dehumidifier, since our contractor was not available to add the needed electrical, Mike was able to temporarily add the dehumidifier by placing it on a pallet. He recommended this for two reasons, 1st to ensure that the electrical when installed would reach the dehumidifier and 2nd to ensure that the placement of the dehumidifier would work to maximum. Once the electrical is completed and Mike verifies the placement of the dehumidifier he offered to come back by and hang it to get it up off the ground. I am currently very satisfied with the service the Helitech has provided and highly recommend their services.

We hired Heilitech to install two egress windows in the basement of our home. The crew left our home on friday, March 6th and told me they were "done". My husband called Heilitech later to ask them why the job wasnt completed. Nothing had been graded, there was a backhoe in our yard, and all the pieces of foundation that were cut from our home was left in our yard. We were not contacted back. Six days after company said they were finished it rained. I walked to my basement in saw that it was completely flooded with muddy water. We had 5" - 6" of standing mud water in some parts of the basement. We have tried to contact the company many times to get this handled. We had to hire a restoration company to clean the water and mud out of our home. It has been 13 days since our entire basement flooded. To date the company only reached out to us twice... one time, to collect final payment on the job, which we were waiting to pay when the job was completed, and one other time to tell us that 2 people came and evaluated the job...no one ever came to my door or told me they were there to come on our property. Now our family of 6, is quarantined to the upstairs of our small home because the basement is full of wet, muddy and now molding belongings. We have 2 teenagers living out of suitcases in our living room because they can't use their rooms in the basement.
