Time share contract is not able to be used/access due to Hilton not applying my additional benefits as stated at time of purchase. We were promised on paper to get credit of 608 dollars for Fees during the first year use. We purchased 8/28/22. We would not be able to use timeshare due to the timing of purchase and length of time it takes to go through escrow. So we were given this benefit.
I have called multiple times no one is able to help. I get the run around even from managers in the financial services dept. I have been invited to events that say they will help me learn how to use my timeshare and answer and questions I may have. They do not help the citing multiple reasons and end up telling my to just pay the money. Because of this fee that is still on my account I am not able to book and use my points. I will be nearing the end of the year and they will expire. Everything else that is my responsibility has been paid for. I do not know how else to get help other than to call the real estate board or get a attorney.
Desired outcome: I would like the credit that I was promised in writing! Hopefully, I will not lose my points and be able to travel and enjoy what I have been paying for.
