I ordered the test and it arrived at my house in just 2 days. I was really happy about that because I was feeling pretty anxious and I wanted to know what was going on. I did the test right away and sent it back to the lab.

I have messaged customer service well over 20 times, I have called in and spent over 2 hours total on the phone w/customer service and every single time they tell me they will contact hq about the matter but nothing ever gets done. I generally take half a pill of the real stuff crushed in powder form and it takes affect in less than 30 minutes and I can usually be good for 2 or three sessions over a period of 3 to 4 hours. When I took Hims, I got absolutely nothing. I took 4 of their 20 mg pills and they did absolutely nothing. No affect at all. I cancelled my prescription after one month.

This company started a new subscription based company called Apostrophe. I was prescribed medication that created adverse reactions and I asked for a replacement or a refund. They offered me a replacement of only one of the medications and want to charge me to fill another 3 month supply. I would not recommend you use the *** they do not take responsibility for prescribing medication that is too strong and it is expensive under the pretense that you get 3 months worth of product. Also, I believe the reviews on the Apostrophe website are fake there was no place to actually post a review.

According to Him's website, they have a "money back guarantee". It states that 90 days or after a full refund is available. After contacting the company, a representative ***. only offered a 50% refund and to keep the product. This is inconsistent with their refund policy. I have tried to contact them twice after this interaction and received no response. Additionally, there is no way to cancel my subscription on the website and they do not respond to any emails.

Two stars because it is convenient. On the other hand, they make it as difficult as possible to cancel your subscription. You can't contact them on their website, and if you try to email them, it'll bounce back because "the recipient's mailbox is undergoing maintenance and can't accept messages now." They're either hoping you will give up and let them keep charging you or they're just extremely unprofessional. I suspect it's a combination of the two, but probably more so the former.If a client doesn't want to continue doing business with your company, they should be allowed to quit at any time, for any reason. Intentionally making it impossible to cancel is egregiously scammy.

The support team was dismissive and condescending. I would not recommend this service to anyone, and I am extremely disappointed.

Easy to use which is why I give it more than 1 star. They use very misleading somewhat false advertising. I was led to believe that I could submit the prescription to my insurance for possible coverage. Worst case I figured I could submit it to HSA for reimbursement. When I contacted them to ask for any documentation showing what I had paid for they said they can't provide that. All they would give is a receipt showing the amount I paid to their company but not what I paid for. I don't believe any of their claims that they are a legit medical service. Very shady that I can't get a single receipt showing what prescription I am paying for. Not sure how they claim that their service and prescription can be "at no cost to you" like their ad claims if you can't submit it to insurance.

There was virtually no information in the email order confirmation -- no name of product purchased, price or that this was a subscription product. I found out it was a subscription two weeks later when I received an email saying the next shipment had ALREADY shipped. When I called customer service, they said it was indicated at checkout that it was a subscription (which there's no way to confirm) and that I couldn't return it. What kind of company signs you up for a subscription service without clear communication, sends the next shipment without informing you or giving you a chance to cancel, and doesn't allow returns of unopened packages?! Finally the packaging for the product, Latisse for eyelash growth, is incredibly wasteful -- 60 plastic applicators in plastic packaging for a 30-day supply, one for each eye every day.

This company is an absolute fraud and scam. I have tried for 3 months to cancel my subscription. They told me I need an order number yet they do not ship their goods with a packing list or any order number. I asked to speak with a supervisor and Janet in customer service refused to transfer me, telling me that my identity needs to be verified. There is nothing I can do here. She said this call has not been productive so she is going to hang up and then she hung up on me! I understand businesses rely on the subscription model and suck customers into forgetting to cancel or not using product but this is so extreme. I own 2 business and have never dealt with customers the way they do. It almost makes you wonder if the customer service team gets consequences for cancelling subscriptions. Him's is a *** company that will steal your money! I was using the product and everything seemed fine until I get a message saying I need to do a second online doctor visit. Up until this point They were sending 30 day supply at a time. But then they charged my account 456.00 without my knowledge. I figured it was just a mistake and since I called customer service literally ten minutes after They changed my account it would be fixed but no. After the first guy said he would try but they are having trouble contacting their shipping department (at 9 am on a Monday.) And if the product ships they can't refund. After two hours of no reply the second operater told me they stopped the shipment but then the phone disconnected. The third person assured me that they were doing everything they can. Now it's the next day and I can see the product shipped. They just stole 446.00 from me during a pandemic. I told them I'm on furlough the third guy sounded like he was laughing. Do not trust Hims! P.S. I see that Hims often replies to say they fixed the problem. I will definitely update if they fix this.

I was on the weight loss program until the third week when I received an email saying that I was not eligible for the program. I was cut off with no further instructions. I am unable to contact them by email because every time I try, I am asked to reset my email which I do with no luck. I have also become sick from these pills (disorientation, dizziness, upset stomach), so I was actually relieved to hear I was not eligible. One of the problems is that I accidentally pushed the button for a mental health issue which I do not have, and I can't back out of it. They keep sending me the form which does not apply to me.

I cancelled my account then, thinking it was resolved. Come 08/06, a prescription arrived, and my bank showed another unexpected charge, with a transaction number I didn't recognize. I've repeatedly tried to stop these charges to no avail. My bank can't reverse them; HIMS hasn't helped. I want a refund and my data erased to prevent future issues. This company refilled, shipped and process payment for a medication with not contact with customer before processing the order. This order is for a doctor prescribed medication and has been shipped to an address customer no longer resides at. The company made no effort to cancel, refund or try to intercept the drugs that were shipped overnight. Prescription with customers name is now going to new residents at the old address and someone can get hurt or hurt others with access to the drugs.

I never ordered rxs from hims, inc. And they keep sending and charging my credit card. The physician and I determined that hers medications would not be right for me, there's documentation of this information in the hers physician messaging and the company still sent and charged my card for the meds anyway. I have asked that the order stop and that I be refunded twice now and I received yet another order today. I have asked through social media and through the site for someone to contact me to remedy this situation and I received automated emails stating that the issue has been addressed but I am still receiving medications I didn't order and i'm getting charged for them. This is very dangerous as I saw they also provide mental health medications, meds that increase blood pressure. This should not be going on.

I cancelled the subscription to their product within a few days of ordering, figuring I'd rather speak to a physician first before purchasing medication. They guaranteed a refund if cancelled within three months. Not only did they not cancel, or refund me, but a recurring charge recently hit my account. In total, I am due a refund of at least $300. I need to comb my account statements and be sure that there are no other charges. But I am pretty sure there aren't.
I cancelled my subscription on 10/29/22, after contacting the company back in September attempting to cancel, and they claimed they couldn't find my account. On this same day, I received a confirmation that they cancelled my account, however, then they charged me $136.00+ for a refill I didn't authorize. And now they are refusing to refund me even though they shipped it AFTER I cancelled, and after I made multiple attempts to cancel. We are living in difficult *** and a disabled veteran, who sacrificed for this country deserves better and deserves to hold on to their money. I would like a refund immediately and any product returned to them. I would not recommend them to anyone. There practices are fraudulent and aim to scam and deceive customers.
I cancelled service after I was dissatisfied with their product in August-September 2022. After several months, I saw an email saying that an order was shipping to my old address despite my earlier cancellation. I called hims and hers to tell them I had already cancelled and that I wanted them to refund this order and hold it from shipping. I have a very simple case. I've been on 10mg of Lexapro for years, but I switched insurance companies, so I have been unable to get a refill of my prescription without a 3+ month wait without my necessary mental health medication. I was told *** was a good option for those with this issue, and was refused service when I am a very simple case. They offered zero help and were extremely rude about it. Luckily, I am in a good place mentally (because of my necessary meds), but if this happened to someone else, I'm afraid it could be fatal. I think this is a really troubling and frankly, disgusting business practice. Especially when why social media feeds are filled with false information from this company's advertisements. I'd highly recommend looking into this company.
On 8/25/22 I noticed a charge to my account after I had already called and canceled. I called the following day on 8/26/22 and the customer service representative was very nice and said they would cancel the order and refund me. A month went by and I was never refunded. I have since called back and they told me there is nothing they can do. They charged my card without my permission and will not refund me. I believe this is a common scam where they continue to charge people after they have cancelled.
I subscribed to a product with Hims earlier this year. I did not want to continue the subscription, so I reached out in July to have the subscription canceled. Today, a charge was placed on a card. I did not receive any notification that a charge was coming, and I thought the subscription had been cancelled months ago. When I reached out to customer service, they told me they were unable to refund me, but could issue a replacement. Any company that claims they cant issue refunds is lying.
I ordered one of hims's prescription hair loss treatments. The first package arrived and the bottles of medication had leaked all over inside. The company refunded part of the order and shipped a new one. Same thing, leaky bottles. I waited t0o long to reach out so they said they couldn't do anything to resolve it except offer a discount on a reshipment. So I paid them an additional $100+ to get a third shipment. This one was the worst; the bottles had leaked all over and were wet inside the package when it arrived. The company refuses to do anything other than a partial refund and refuses returns. Unacceptable and possibly illegal for prescription medication. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

The packaging says that you are purchasing a months supply, but you really arent based upon my experience. They provide a 1 ml droplet within the bottle that you are supposed to use to apply a dose. They recommend 2 doses per day for the best results. So, at (2) 1 ml doses per day for an average of 30 days (one months time), you would need a bottle that holds 60 ml, which is exactly the amount that is listed on their bottle. The problem is, based upon my experience, the bottle does not truly have 60 ml within it, despite the stated volume printed on the side of the bottle. I religiously only filled the droplet (that screws into the bottle) to the 1 ml line that is printed on the side of it and the bottle only lasted 27 days.

I did not authorize a $270 transaction or knowingly enter into a subscription service. I spoke to customer support several times and was told "they were trying to decide what to do." Finally, I stated that I no longer want to do business with their company and will refuse the product so it will be returned without being opened. Customer Support stated that they will not accept the product return, however, they have a satisfaction guarantee or money-back policy. I am dissatisfied with their business practices and placing me in financial hardship over a hair product I expected to pay $45 for. I then signed up and spoke with a licensed doctor (not even sure if its true at this point) I was told and saw that the first month would be charged $25 dollars for my medication, but they attempted to charges me $123 dollars. Weird amount honestly. I emailed them about it, got an automated reply (Ill attach below)I actually have emailed them 3 times since last week, not one time did they email me back besides the automated reply that is sent out. You will only see a "snooze" option on the company's site to resume it at a later time. This is clearly a deliberate strategy on the part of the company. The only way to cancel a subscription is to contact customer support and insist on a full cancellation. In fact, in 2019, the company was called out in a business news article (link below) and they promised vaguely to change policies. Almost every complaint here mentions this. Hims is obviously aware of the problem. I was so hopeful for this service... A few months in I've been charged for more medication that I did not approve, authorize, or even get as the result of an updated provider check-in. Not even an email to warn me, just a $147 charge to my account a few days before payday. This resulted in an overdraft in my bank account on a Friday federal holiday. When reaching out to support I was essentially told, oh well. I have canceled my account with this company, but I am so appalled that a company whose main customer base is made up of people struggling with mental health and without other resources (like access to traditional health insurance) would have such an aggressive automatic, no warning subscription model. I thought I would at least hear from my "doctor" before being charged and shipped 3 months of medication without consent! I wish I would have checked the Complaintsboard.com ratings before getting into this mess. I hope there will be some eventual protections from scam companies like this one from charading as mental health support for vulnerable members of society.

Even though I was told that I need to be notified when a psychiatrist is changed, my doctor was changed 4 times without explanation and multiple customer service reps would not listen when I tried to explain how traumatizing this is. People with mental illness need to feel supported and safe, not panicky and alone because this company throws multiple people at patients for 24 hour support when we just need to feel safe with one doctor. Constant responses with Im sorry you feel that way when Im struggling with medication and unsure who even to talk to anymore. 5 different doctors so far. This company does not understand the unique needs of those with mental illness. I felt like a number, and I felt wrong for even asking for one trustworthy doctor. This company exploits trauma without caring to learn why, and I feel worse than ever. Treat patients like real people and provide them with ONE CONSISTENT TRUSTWORTHY TEAM or get out of the mental health business. Im so shocked by all of this.

I was approved to get a prescription for medication and was immediately charged for the medication, on their site it states that they will have shipments out within 24 hours unless they have slow processing due to weather conditions or whatever have you. My order has been sitting in processing now for almost a week, there is not a phone number listed to contact any corporate office, I cannot get anybody to answer me via email or through my consultation chat, and this includes the physician I spoke to as well. They were eager and quick to take my money, but as of now I am at a standstill and cannot even get anybody to answer an email back all I have received is email stating they have received my complaints and someone will be with me within the next 24 hours that was 5 days ago. I cannot get a refund on this prescription nor was I able to cancel it off of my bank card. Since going back on the site, I have noticed that my prescription has been deleted and is no longer in my order status.

I attempted to begin a treatment plan and added on shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo and conditioner billed immediately while the treatment needed reviewed by a medical professional. The treatment was denied and I was told I needed an in person consultation. Within two hours of starting the process and I sent an email to cancel everything. I got an automatic acknowledgment stating I needed to cancel subscriptions in my account. I replied back that since treatment was denied there were no subscriptions to cancel, just the shampoo and conditioner. I got an email two days later from *** staring just now getting to my email because currently working through many messages. That delay sounds more like a staffing or workflow issue, not a consumer issue. I cancelled within two hours but because of their many messages the shampoo and conditioner already shipped. I cannot return the package as they dont allow returns. I cant get a refund because they cant respond to emails in a timely manner; but can sure ***. I am willing to return the package but simply want my money back
