Fake Jobs to collect information
Many of Hireart's job postings are fake to data mine your information. I have been rejected for jobs I'm perfectly and uniquely qualified for, with HireArt denying me a fair chance to even apply. The entire application model seems like negative steering, that is, turning people away from the application pool based on protected characteristics such as age, gender, ethnicity. Any other app I use, the process is fair, even if I got rejected I got to actually interview. Hireart denied me the opportunity to apply with a client because "they didn't like my drivers license". You can't make this up. I saved said email correspondence in case I decide to take legal action.
Desired outcome: Hireart needs to stop telling people not to apply when they meet all the qualifications. They should face repercussions for what is "negative steering", discouraging people from applying based on things other than relevant qualifications.
took my money and provided no service instead
I don't know what I was thinking when I decided to pay for their service. So I paid 3 months ago and since then I got no offer whatsoever.
I have a great resume, I am sure of that, I am professional in what I do, but I wonder if they actually published my CV. Maybe they didn't.
Unfortunately, contacting them is a hard thing, they send me computer generated emails with the same information and their replies are never personal which means they simply don't care about customers.
I just want to know what exaседн I paid for. I pay, you do your job. What's hard?
Useless...
Terrible experience - wastes jobseekers valuable time
This company has you go through a lengthy and arduous try out process before the recruiter will even look at your resume. What an utter waste of time! You do all this work for them and don't get paid for it, probably so they can steal your ideas. My "try out" took 25 hours over an entire weekend only to get rejected in 10 minutes. I feel they use...

Waste of money. All ads and offers were fakes
I signed for the website www.hireart.com. Basically, for it was waste of money and time. I paid only for the membership and didn’t get anything back. Everything what the rep promised on the website was lies and scam. I paid and checked the info, but all ads were old and all places were unavailable already. So, don’t waste your time and money. Better find another website.
They asked to watch and fill some crap, but after that refused me
I searched for the job through the company www.hireart.com. I spoke with the guy from the website, so he told me that I needed to fill in some questionnaire and watch several videos. After that they would look at my answers and provide the reply. I waited 3 days and no contacted me, so I wrote an email to the customer services. To my surprise they replied me “no” and no one explained me why. Strange company.
The interview was long and difficult, but I still have no idea of they hired me or not
I decided to apply for the job on the website www.hireart.com. I filed the application form and the long and painful process of interview started. I waited for several weeks and haven’t received any news from them. I did all tasks, which they asked me to do, but they didn’t confirm that I got the job. I still have no idea if I got this job or not. They didn’t reply simply. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
Fake ads for job seekers
I recently registered on the website www.hireart.com. I created account and hoped to find good job here. The agent contacted me and offered a job, which turned out to be scam. I made the project, but the seller refused to pay and vanished. I don’t have any contacts, so I don’t know how to find him. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
Hi Tabuc, my name is Nick and I work at HireArt.
I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with one of the employers on our site. This is the first time I've heard of one of our employers doing this to one of our applicants, and it's something we do not tolerate. We work hard to bring great companies to our site, and to make sure our users get hired. Employers who abuse the trust of our applicants are not welcome.
I'd be grateful if you could email me (nick@hireart.com) or call our support line [protected] -- ask for Nick). I'd like to hear more about what happened, investigate on our end, and help you get in touch with the employer if possible. We're also helping employers hire for a number of roles right now and if you're still looking for work, I'd be more than happy to help you find something you'd be interested in.
All the best,
Nick
Dude, your company is a time suck and ridiculous. Check out your SF yelp reviews. Seriously, just [censor] tell people "hey, if you're over the age of 30, don't even bother to apply". Just be honest otherwise you're just another [censor] temp agency.
