Embezzelment is a state crime, but tax invasion or whatever is a federal crime ... I know a lot about white collar crimes for the federal aspect. I've known a lot of people who were on fed probation for tax evading.. I think thats the right term. But if they were to do corporate kiting and shredding of docs, etc, then that's a lot more investigative work and also hiding money, it's all crazy and carries huge fines. So, they reap what they sew and they have a lot coming to them for their dishonest ways and leaving us employees out to hang! Whatever, they need to be shut down and everything stripped of them to see how it feels for the rest of us!

Boy was I sucker by this company. I talked to them on the phone for over thiry minute on Tuesday morning March 8th, as they were, unbeknownst to me, getting ready to close their doors. It all sounded so great I actually paid them $249.00 by credit card to start my website. Two days later I get a phone call from another company saying they had taken over and wanted me to go to another website and "sign" a contract. It all sounded fishy to me so I went online to really check them out. Boy was I ever in for a shock! Now I'm working with my credit card company trying to get my money back. Tonight I got an email from someone saying they were ready to start my site and needed all these questions answered in regard to how I wanted my website. I emailed them back and said I wanted a refund. An hour or so later they emailed me and said they had just issued me a refund. Which of course they hadn't. This is the biggest mess I've ever been involved in. My credit card company assures me everything will be okay since I had filed a complaint within two days. This world is so full of crooks it's unbelievable. They'll all burn in hell so I hope it's worth it to them. I assure you I will never by another thing online.

What company was this? Iso Webworks?

Coporate America 'sucks' what happened to people who lost there jobs or doors closed because the economy sucked... oh yeah moved on because there was NO yes NO internet or complaint boards etc... If my group could write this on the main page of the complaint boards, rip off etc.. or even just get a hold of Google or yahoo etc... to say 'wow" you like breeding anger among Americans by lettling this things happen. All companies start as an idea and grows from there look at Facebook or Google. Were are all the mom and pop stores like groceries, or video etc gone... Corporate America bought them out, because we the people are greedy, look at the economy in the financial world, there is a lot of people still out of work or working for minimum wage because of the Grand Central, Fred Meyer to Smiths, then you have America First Title who sold to First American Title, or the Zions First National Bank merger to First Security Bank, wow how many people lost retirement, 401k, jobs had lost everything. If people look at the picture as whole WE the people are greedy! Corporate buy outs, why did the fibernet company not buy or do a corporpate take over if they knew this company was in such diar straights and owe them money (can not recall the amount), however corporate take overs happen all the time, Mom and pop stores are having a struggle because of corporate America for we the people contribute to them on a daily basis for groceries, hardware, cars, etc..
This day and age is about trying to keep a job, even a temp job, for the market sucks! People wake up when you get a job feel lucky for at any moment you can loose it. We that have created this is because we are tired of ksl and the other media, for it is all about ratings and who can get it out there the fastest, back in the good old days with Walter Cronike news was news not about bashing and hurting people for ratings, and people cared about people and they moved on with there lifes when life got tough.
What has happened to MANKIND, ask yourself how you can put a degrading post without thinking "what if this was me or my family they are talking about". Google and Yahoo and the media and MANKIND need to stop breeding anger.

HAve you read your own posts? Do you realize that u have placed blame on employees and honest workers, then point the finger at Corporate America? Um, No one is BREEDING anger. We the people Are Angry, not because of what Corporate America did to us, we are Angry because of what HIT Web Design did to us. You make no sense to address people of their "LUCK" for landing a job. We are trained and capable people who should be valued as employees and not taken for granted. Job security should lie with the companies intent on serving its patrons appropriately and in good standing. Because the Company scammed and lied, WE THE PEOPLE were screwed. I shouldnt have to worry about my employer closing its doors, especially if I had no prior warning. What? HIT Web didnt know they were closing? Bull!

Take your we the people speech over to the " I screwed people with my company and am now paying for it" Forum, its an insult to be a proud American, a proud parent and a proud employee and hear idiots cusping how we should be lucky. The media is just that, a medium used to convey information wether it positive or negative. They have no preference in the goings on of business' that they may need to "investigate." Next you'll say WE THE PEOPLE caused Hit Web to accrue 17 million in owed Taxes. Or WE THE PEOPLE got greedy asking to be paid for hours worked or completed assignments. Your ridiculous!

When addressing a situation, research then reply with care FOR any idiot can spout WE THE people to take attention away from Delinquent entrepreneurs and place the blame squarely on our white/blue collar colleagues. If you werent there dont comment at all! Spread anger? We have a rite to be angry, we have been unjustly robbed, our families forced to eat soup and bread, our bills unpaid, and now WE THE PEOPLE raise our voices in anger and shake our fists at the company that FORCED us to respond in vicious tones. So that they learn like a punished child, the repercussion of DOING WRONG. WE THE PEOPLE, THE HONEST HARD WORKING PEOPLE rest our case, whose side are u on, anyone waving a check ? Careful, these checks are printed on rubber!

First they took people's dreams and stole their money. They knew for YEARS, I mean YEARS that their fulfillment system was poor and rarely delivered, yet they did nothing.

The owners were quick to sue and pursue legal action blaming others instead of changing and fixing their own systems.

People are starving in Utah because of Hit Web Design.

We need to get as many people together as we can. Please help so we can try to recoup some money from these criminals.

We need 5-15 people for a class action lawsuit... If we can break through their bankrupt corporate loop holes and sue the people responsible directly instead of the "company" we may recoup some money.

We need all the former customers of Hit Web Design to call ISO Webworks and demand their money back.

Everyone needs to think long and hard about the abuses that they recieved at the hands of the officers, owners, and managers. They were the ones who profited from people's suffering and misery. We need to personally sue the.

But the only problem i see is that if an attorney cant find a lot of hidden assets there would be no financial gain for them. They didn't own the bowling alley, didn't own servers, etc. So, they really dont have anything. I think that we would have a hard time finding an attorney to take it because of this. Or we cold pony up the money ourselves, which would probably cost over 100k.

I have been working with HIT since Sept 2010. Still do not have a website and am in ALOT of money, just like everyone else on here. I have a lawyer in my state of Missouri and have spoken with the Utah police department. They have set up a designated number for all complaints coming in--Jennifer at [protected]
My husband and I own our business here in our town of 5000 people and we are not by any means made of money, this will hurt our business tremendously. Also the CEO is David Aitken and if you go to their website, he is still on there taking about how great HIT is. WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP. This will not be dropped by my family.
Also something to keep in mind for those of us that have not had product delivered, they filed bankruptcy, we should listed as a debt they owe in the papers since we did not have our product delivered to us.

Thank you for that update. I received incorrect info from someone. I am in on anything that needs to be done for a lawsuit.

I think that all of us ex employees for HIT should go to ISO web works and demand our paychecks. We all know that Kevin Morril was involved in this! just look at his face, he has a face of a lying ###! i hope people dont fall for this company.

I think everyone should protest outside their office, also they should call and constantly ask for their money.

Yes my site still has problems, I asked if there would be a problem getting my site up in a month or two at most .I selll halloween stuff my site was unable to take and procces orders..Which was the whole point.
