Ladies tops
After ordering $80 worth of women's tops, I was told by a friend that Holapick is a scam. I tried calling them but my call wouldn't go thru. I then emailed them and they give me a verification code which when I entered it. It wouldn't accept it. I want a refund but can't seem to locate them. I will be making a complaint with the BBB as well. They took my money immediately on my credit card which I have deactivated but it was already posted in my bank. They will be disputing this charge. This ad was on Facebook and should be removed so other innocent people like myself don't get scammed by them.

A refund and return
I had order from these peoples on 5/25/2020. I didn't get my order an till 6/8/2020 when I got my order everything in the bag was too small so I email them and the I contact bbb and made a report to them about what has happen then on 6/10/2020 I got a email from them tell me that I wasn't going to get a return labels to sent the stuff back to keep it and they would give me credit I email them back and told them I want my money back I don't want to keep something I can't use. I haven't got anything from them and all I want is my money back. This business has been doing this for years they have change there name over 5 times and they keep ripping peoples off. Some one need to put a stop to them.

Order placed in january and they took the money immediately; they shipped 3 items; one in february and two in march.
I repeatedly requested a cancellation/refund from them w/no success. Most of the correspondence is like form lettter emails, same exact expressions w/no addressing the particulars of the situation... Like it is being dispensed by a machine and not a real person who is reading the correspondence from me.
I wrote to the ceo of the company (postage $3.50) and have had no response. So far i've received this email "form" answer from a total of 11 different people.
They continue to say they cannot give me credit because the portal closed and would I take a voucher.
I repeatedly to each of these 11 people say that I do not want a voucher would they please issue a check. They seem not to know what a check is. Everything I write is ignored.
The amount of my order, which they got immediately, was $129.65. The three items shipped were $51.86 (don't know the shipping cost because there was no invoice in the package); so i'm asking for a refund of the remainder of the order $77.79, minus s&h.
Holapick - is not responding to a request from customs in China to fill out declaration. My order numbers are # [protected] - 4 Items
and # [protected] 2 Items Total return 6 items . Holapick will not accept the items when Fedex agent is calling for information . They are refusing to accept the parcel and refusing to Cooperate. Form letters are being sent to me from Holapick saying sorry your parcel has not arrived in China. It’s the 8 Dec Tue 2020 . The parcel arrived Fedex 30 Nov 2020. I am not sure what my rights are ? If they can refuse my return now. This is so horrible not being able to call them and speak with a customer service agent . They can’t speak English . They won’t call me . This is the worst experience. Holapick is not holding up to there end of the sale. The items don’t fit . They have me address to send. Items back which I had to pay. Clothing I purchased weeks ago has not arrived.
I tried to use holapick's customer service link. It will not accept my email address, given that I don't have an order number. I have tried to cancel the order, but it has to have an email address. Which it will not accept! After not being sent my order, I checked their reviews and realized they are crooks. I want my money back! If I had been smarter, I would never had ordered from the damn non-trustworthy chinese. Go get'em trump!

Payment for full refund not received
I placed am order with Holapick on May 7, 2020. My credit card was charged on the same day. The next day I received an email stating that due to supplier delay because of the coronavirus my order had been cancelled. I would be issued a refund. I received a partial refund of $20.42 when the original order amount was $116.75. I am receiving numerous emails saying the same thing and the last one stated I had cancelled the order. Normally companies do not deduct the funds from the credit card until the order is shipped. I want the total of $116.75 for the full refund.

When I submitted it to my surprise it said Holapick.com First clue something was fishy.
I looked them up and saw it was a scam .
I called my bank but they had already processed the money.
I assume I will never see the clothes or the money.
They sent me an email to choose a credit or a refund but it is a no reply email with no contact information to respond with my choice.
Someone needs to shut these crooks down and Facebook should not be allowing their ads on their site. They are quick to censor the truth though.

On January 19, 2020, I ordered Dresses (Order #[protected]): (1) Fashionable Loose Long Sleeved Maxi Dress, $24.66, (2) Cotton/Linen Contrast Color Casual Maxi Dress With Pockets $28.61 and (3) Sweet Heart Asymmetric Hem Plain Maxi Dress $20.16... and the total amount was $73.43, taken off my visa.
I have not received the dresses or a refund! I think I've been patient enough and have tried to contact with the windows they have and can't get through any complaints with them.
I'm sick of going over the same thing, trying to contact someone thru this nonsense, it's the principle behind the B.S, from one window to the next, realizing now, it's all a hoax, so now, I'll take this a bit further. I don't know why I'm wasting my time typing this.

Dear Compaints Board, I have tried repeatedly to get them to stop advertising on my computer to no avail. Just recently found out that they are not based in the United States. To me, their products are of poor quality. I would not purchase any of this clothing. Thank you. This is about Holapick.com website. I have never seen anyone around where I live in the United States wear anything like this. As a consumer I know better. If at all possible can you contact them and ask them to stop advertising on my computer? Thanks again.

Please cancel order#[protected]. I placed this order for totally wrong sizes as the clothing was not for myself. Please respond immediately so this can be corrected. My daughter does like the dresses and will reorder with correct sizes. False advertising, poor products, scam, no refund
This is a fraudulent company. I ordered a large order (us$ 1, 000+) in november 2018 and received no confirmation of the order. Once I chased for several days they acknowledged receipt of the order and payment and said the items would be shipped shortly and I could track them via an app which I was able to download and track. It took until early january 2019 for the items to arrive. They were appalling quality; sizes too small/too big, holes in the items, threads hanging out of every seam, nothing remotely like the pictures. I asked to return the full order and obtain a full refund, I had taken photos of every item and all the defects and sent these to halapick so they could not avoid the fact that the quality was extremely poor. They agreed to the refund, provided I paid for the return shipping or they offered to have me keep the items and they would give me a free us$ 100/- vouchure (I of course chose to return the items at my cost and request a full refund). They insisted on a parcel post shipment, would not accept couriers, or any form of expedited return shipment. I have tracked the shipment and it has been delivered but holapick now refuse to respond to my messages and of course there is no refund. I have no way of reaching them. Therefore I have told them that I will make it my mission to ensure no one falls foul of their fraudenlent methods by writing scathing reviews everywhere possible. I am strating here and will continue. Be warned, do not order through this so called company. I never ever fall for scams or fraud and am normally both extremely careful and cautious, but unfortunately in this case I made a very costly error. I am hoping that no one else does the same.
Wish I had seen this:( I placed an order a few days ago for $160 and afterwards so there was no email confirmation of my order. I started looking into how to contact them to cancel my order. Keep sending messages to no avail. The charge went through. And now I'm seeing many negative reviews. Did you ever get a refund? I'm hoping since I canceled it the following day I might get them to refund me but I can't get anyone to answer or respond to me. so frustrating

These days we hear lots of scammers all from China, not just online shopping, but in the field of science, medicine, and technology, etc. You name it, from merchandise to military secret, if they could steal it, they would. Isn’t it the dire consequence of the West, the government, social media, big companies, etc. — MBA, Pay Pal, Facebook to name the least, pocketing the Communists’ money and so turning a blind eye?
I appreciate your review. I will not even consider ordering anything from this company or any company like this one.
I find that if they don't have an address or phone number and will only take email, this is usually the sign of an illegitimate organization. I feel that the U.S. is responsible for allowing all these foreign entities to operate within our borders. Especially when the consumer affairs department seem to have their hands tied and can't seem to do anything about it.
