I do not appreciate bullying of a 16 year old. my child gave up her job at the cambourne cambridge branch because of the attitude the manager gave her and the way she was treated and yet the manager still continues to harass her by making comments about her over the headset to several members of staff 2 different people have confirmed this incident. why she feels the need to continue to pick on her is beyond me. my daughter handed her notice in a week ago yesterday and worked her weeks notice and as of yet said manager hasn't even acknowledged my daughters resignation but can find the time and effort to act inappropriately towards an ex member of staff. several occasions my daughter approached the manager for a shift change to 1 of her days as it was affecting her college studies her response was i studied at uni whilst working here and i managed it why cant you? several times my child left the building in tears and in the end we told her to hand in her notice. I am not going to tolerate her making my daughter cry not only did my daughter feel she had to give up her job for this reason she is now hearing stuff being said about her whilst she is in college...to be told there's no morning shift for her to have and then watch a supervisors girlfriend be given all morning shifts clearly indicates favouritism in the workplace. i am contacting a law firm today i am not putting up with this any longer. my daughter played by the rules worked her 1 weeks notice returned badge uniform ect and is awaiting her final pay. i suggest this is dealt with asap. i could tell you a great deal about what happens in that store and this information will be given to our law company also.
Desired outcome: i want a written apology to my daughter for talking about a confidential matter with all staff members over the headset when she doesnt even work there anymore it is inappropriate unproffesional bullying and harassment
