My wife and I are avid shoppers at your stores. We tend to use the South Boulevard, Hull shop quite a lot as it is close to where we live.
We are fed up with the constant movement of products in this store and the creation of shortages when one product is selling better than a more expensive similar product. Product one day in the middle of the shelf, another day moved to either the top shelf or the bottom. We find this practice time-consuming and annoying. I would say it is an out of date marketing technique in an attempt to sell more products. This technique makes me buy less from your store. I would rather spend my money at a more sensibly operated store, customer friendly, like B&M or The Range.
Has from today we will no longer be shopping at your Hull store and taking our custom to somewhere else.
Desired outcome: Solve this stupid, not customer friendly practise

I get your frustration. When you're a loyal customer, you expect a consistent and efficient shopping experience. Constantly changing product placements and creating artificial shortages is not only outdated but disrespectful to customers like you. My advice: don't waste your time in places that don't value it. Shift your loyalty to stores that understand and prioritize customer convenience. Your time and money deserve respect, and there are plenty of places that will appreciate your business without the hassle.
