I have a Home Warranty with HWA - paid monthly with automatic draw - so never late paying.
Turned in a Claim on July 12th my microwave was not working
HWA assigned the Work order to Ness Appliance, made the first appointment took the check for the $75 and said we need to order parts. Two weeks later I get an e-mail setting an appoint for Ness to repair the microwave. Took off work and waited - no one showed up and no one was answering the phone # I was given for Ness Appliances. Three days later some finally answered the phone and advised me that the parts were back ordered and HWA must have made the appointment as they have no record of the appointment. Ness Appliances never got the part in & never reported anything to HWA. HWA claims department gave me the same response every day for two weeks and not until I told them I would just file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General did they say maybe we should assign a different technician - so they did, Bonnett Appliance were assigned the work order and appt for Sunday 08/20/2023. No one showed up and no one called, the following day HWA just said something must have come up and rescheduled of Friday 08/25/2023 - again no one showed up and no one called. I called and got through to Bonnett who advised they would not be honoring HWA work orders as HWA had not been paying for the prior jobs. HWA was surprised when I called with this information and assigned another technician - for next week.
I have never had such poor customer service - the claims department would not forward me to a manager and actually told me that there were no managers that the claims were handled by them and that was it.

Desired outcome: Microwave still not repaired or replaced and we are getting close to 2 months since I originally place the claim
