I booked a 4 night stay for 3 rooms at Monterey Bay Lodge in April 30 2024. My credit card was billed $4439.52. I never received a confirmation or receipt from Hotelsone. After my stay in July [protected], I received checkout receipts from the hotel that showed the charge for all 3 rooms should have been $3276.54. I was over charged $1162.98. After many calls to the hotel, Expedia and Hotelsone, my request for a refund of $1162.98 was denied. I tried to dispute the excess charge through my credit card but I never received a receipt from Hotelsone so they could not continue the dispute. I tried the Hotelsone email address but got no response.
Claimed loss: $1162.98
Desired outcome: Please refund or at lease send a receipt do I can continue the dispute through the credit card

You’ve got a sharp eye for spotting that overcharge, and it's clear HotelsOne.com needs to get its act together. Charging $1162.98 more than the actual stay and then ghosting you on the receipt is not a good look. They might want to reconsider their customer service strategy before they lose more than just your business!
